L'invention porte sur une composition d'huile de graissage comprenant : (a) une huile de base choisie parmi les huiles de base du groupe III, les poly(alpha-oléfines) du groupe IV ou une association de celles-ci; (b) 30 % en poids ou moins d'un agent renforçant le pouvoir dissolvant; (c) un antioxydant choisi parmi les antioxydants aminofonctionnels, les antioxydants phénoliques et les mélanges de ceux-ci; et (d) un détergent comprenant (i) un salicylate de métal alcalinoterreux ayant un TBN (équivalent d'indice de base, déterminé selon la norme ASTM D2896) dans la plage de 50 à 150; (ii) un salicylate de métal alcalinoterreux ayant un TBN dans la plage de 150 à 250; et (iii) un salicylate de métal alcalinoterreux ayant un TBN dans la plage de 250 à 400. La composition d'huile de graissage de la présente invention présente des propriétés à l'oxydation améliorées et de propreté des pistons améliorées.
