Definitions

  • the invention relates to a household appliance with a storage container and an oxidant onsffengenerator and a method for its operation.
  • Ozone is a powerful disinfectant and, in conjunction with a care or cleaning agent applied in a household appliance, also produces complex and rapid reactions that allow for improved care or cleaning effects.
  • oxidizing agents in a household appliance is particularly useful when, in order to save water, it is useful in a treatment process of e.g. Laundry or crockery used water is at least partially collected in a storage container. Depending on the type of liquid and / or its loading with organic substances, this can easily become a nutrient medium for microorganisms. To prevent the spread or removal of microorganisms, the use of an oxidizing agent is very helpful.
