一种固定装置及使用所述固定装置的背光模块,所述固定装置包括一定位柱(10)、一嵌入部(20)以及至少一弹性部(30),所述嵌入部(20)垂直穿入所述定位柱(10)中,所述至少一弹性部(30)设置于所述定位柱(10)的至少一端,所述固定装置不仅结构紧凑且具有高定位精度的功能,所述弹性部(30)还能减少固定处的冲击及改善应力集中的问题。

Description

固定装置及使用所述固定装置的背光模块 技术领域
本发明涉及导光板技术领域,特别涉及一种用于导光板的固定装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置主要包括液晶面板及背光模块,背光模块是用于提供液晶面板显示影像时所需的光线。背光模块中的导光板则是用于导引光线至液晶面板。
局部调光(local dimming)是目前背光模块中常用的技术。局部调光是指背光模块可在不同区域作不同亮暗的控制。实现局部调光常用的方法是对导光板进行局部裁切或是将导光板分割后再拼接,藉此达到在不同区域作不同亮暗的控制。
然而现有技术都只着重在光线路径或是背光模块中光源的设置位置,却显少提出导光板局部裁切或是分割后再拼接的固定装置,使得导光板因为不良的固定方式而影响到局部调光效果。
因此,需要对上述缺乏导光板的固定装置的问题提出解决方法。
技术问题
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种固定装置,以解决现有技术中缺乏导光板的固定装置的问题。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种背光模块,以解决现有技术中缺乏导光板的固定装置的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明提供了一种固定装置,包括一定位柱、一嵌入部以及至少一弹性部,所述定位柱包括一第一部及一第二部,所述第一部及所述第二部呈倒T形状,所述嵌入部为一具有螺纹的柱体且垂直穿入所述第一部中,所述至少一弹性部设置于所述定位柱的至少一端。
在本发明的固定装置中,所述弹性部设置于所述第一部及所述嵌入部的交界处。
在本发明的固定装置中,所述弹性部设置于所述第一部及所述第二部的交界处。
在本发明的固定装置中,所述嵌入部为一螺丝。
为解决上述问题,本发明还提供了一种固定装置,包括一定位柱、一嵌入部以及至少一弹性部,所述嵌入部垂直穿入所述定位柱中,所述至少一弹性部设置于所述定位柱的至少一端。
在本发明的固定装置中,所述定位柱包括一第一部及一第二部,所述第一部及所述第二部呈倒T形状,所述嵌入部垂直穿入所述第一部中。
在本发明的固定装置中,所述弹性部设置于所述第一部及所述嵌入部的交界处。
在本发明的固定装置中,所述弹性部设置于所述第一部及所述第二部的交界处。
在本发明的固定装置中,所述嵌入部为一具有螺纹的柱体。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种背光模块,以解决现有技术中缺乏导光板的固定装置的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种背光模块,其包括一固定装置,所述固定装置包括一定位柱、一嵌入部以及至少一弹性部,所述嵌入部垂直穿入所述定位柱中,所述至少一弹性部设置于所述定位柱的至少一端。
在本发明的背光模块中,所述定位柱包括一第一部及一第二部,所述第一部及所述第二部呈倒T形状,所述嵌入部垂直穿入所述第一部中。
在本发明的背光模块中,所述弹性部设置于所述第一部及所述嵌入部的交界处。
在本发明的背光模块中,所述弹性部设置于所述第一部及所述第二部的交界处。
在本发明的背光模块中,所述嵌入部为一具有螺纹的柱体。
有益效果
本发明相对于现有技术,解决了现有技术中缺乏导光板的固定装置的问题。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。
请参阅图1,其为根据本发明较佳实施例的固定装置结构图。
所述固定装置包括一定位柱10、一嵌入部20以及至少一弹性部30。
所述定位柱10包括一第一部12及一第二部14,所述第一部12及所述第二部14呈倒T形状,即两者互相垂直。所述定位柱10采用车切方式制成,因此能视需要制成精准的形状。要说明的是,所述第一部12及所述第二部14可为一体成型或是单独制造后再将两者固接成倒T形状。
所述嵌入部20垂直穿入所述定位柱10的第一部12中。较佳而言,所述嵌入部20为一具有螺纹的柱体。于一实施例中,所述嵌入部20为一螺丝。
本实施例中,固定装置包括两个弹性部30,分别设置于所述定位柱10的两端,更明确而言,所述弹性部30套设于所述第一部12及所述嵌入部20的交界处及所述所述第一部12及所述第二部14的交界处。要说明的是,可以视需要而仅设置其中一个弹性部30在所述定位柱10的一端。
请参阅图2,其为根据本发明第一实施例的固定装置用于固定两块导光板的示意图。如图所示,导光板40、50是承载在一底板60上,分别具有相对应的形状而能拼接而成。
本实施例中,所述固定装置仅包括一个弹性部30。固定所述导光板40、50时,首先将所述导光板40、50对应地拼接,然候将所述定位柱10的第一部12穿过所述导光板40、50共同接触的区域,使得所述定位柱10的第二部14固定在所述底板60上且所述弹性部30抵靠住所述导光板40、50至少一者的上表面,于本实施例中,所述弹性部30是抵靠住所述导光板50的上表面,最后嵌入部20穿过所述定位柱10的第一部12,使得所述导光板40、50完成固定。
请参阅图3,其为根据本发明第二实施例的固定装置用于固定两块导光板的示意图。如图所示,导光板42、52分别具有相对应的形状而能拼接而成。
与第一实施例不同的是第二实施例中的固定装置包括两个分别设置在所述定位柱10的第一部12两端的弹性部30,因此拼接的导光板42、52是位于所述第一部12两端的弹性部30之间。
固定所述导光板42、52时,首先将所述导光板42、52对应地拼接,然候将所述定位柱10的第一部12穿过所述导光板42、52共同接触的区域,使得所述定位柱10的第二部14固定在所述底板62上且位于较高的弹性部30抵靠住所述导光板42、52至少一者的上表面,于本实施例中,位于较高的弹性部30是抵靠住所述导光板52的上表面,位于较低的弹性部30是抵靠住所述底板62的上表面,最后嵌入部20穿过所述定位柱10的第一部12,使得所述导光板42、52完成固定。
请参阅图4,其为根据本发明较佳实施例的固定装置用于加强导光板结构的示意图。如图所示,一导光板44是承载在一底板64上,为了达到局部调光,所述导光板44的底部区域A被往上裁切掉三角体的部分,因此所述底部区域A的结构较为脆弱。
加强所述底部区域A的结构时,首先将所述定位柱10的第一部12穿过所述底部区域A的左侧,使得所述定位柱10的第二部14固定在所述底板64上且所述弹性部30抵靠住所述导光板44的上表面,最后嵌入部20穿过所述定位柱10的第一部12,加强所述底部区域A左侧的结构。
此外,可以在所述底部区域A的右侧设置本发明的固定装置,加强所述底部区域A右侧的结构,其过程与上述在所述底部区域A的左侧设置本发明的固定装置相同,此不多加赘述。
本发明还提供一种背光模块,其包括本发明提供的固定装置,鉴于该固定装置在上文已有详细的描述,此处不再赘述。
本发明的固定装置不仅结构紧凑且具有高定位精度的功能,所述弹性部30还能减少固定处的冲击及改善应力集中的问题。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

  10. 一种背光模块,包括一固定装置,所述固定装置包括一定位柱、一嵌入部以及至少一弹性部,所述嵌入部垂直穿入所述定位柱中,所述至少一弹性部设置于所述定位柱的至少一端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的背光模块,其中所述定位柱包括一第一部及一第二部,所述第一部及所述第二部呈倒T形状,所述嵌入部垂直穿入所述第一部中。
