E. 制造包括连接夹和固定器的定位安装夹具,借助卡在所述柔性防水封装壳的卡槽上的 连接夹, 将该定位安装夹具连接在所述防水柔性 LED灯条的柔性防水封装壳上; 借助所述固 定器将所述防水柔性 LED灯条定位安装。 同现有技术相比较, 本发明 "防水柔性 LED灯条及其制造方法" 的技术效果在于:
1. 本发明所述柔性防水封装壳釆用直接在灯串上注塑成型,从而完成防水密封和外观成 型, 大幅减少了制造工序, 减少材料用量, 降低了生产成本;
2. 所述柔性复合材料质地柔韧, 耐腐蚀, 绝缘性能好, 釆用注塑工艺做成的防水柔性 LED灯条具有结构紧凑、形状可变的特点, 可根据防水柔性 LED灯条所装饰照明的景物需要 直放、 弯曲、 缠绕安装, 且防水性能优良, 使用安全;
3. 本发明可以釆用分段注塑工艺实现, 用一套模具可以做出不同长度规格的产品, 生产 上只要选配 LED灯的数量和长度, 逐段注塑封装, 就可以得到不同长度的产品, 满足不同的 装饰照明需要;
4. 所述卡槽和定位卡槽不仅为防水柔性 LED灯条提供定位支撑, 还可以通过调节所述 卡座的卡环在连接线封装壳上的卡位改变防水柔性 LED灯条的灯光照射方向, 设计巧妙、 实 用;
5. 所述定位安装夹具的扩展连接夹和卡座的扩展卡环提供了扩展定位固定方式,便于在
防水柔性 LED灯条上附加安装其它必要附件提供了固定方式, 为防水柔性 LED灯条增加附 属功能提供了便利的解决手段。 附图说明

本发明提出一种防水柔性 LED灯条的制造方法, 包括如下步骤:
A. 制造至少一块灯体电路板, 用串行电连接导线将各灯体电路板串行连接成一串, 在 所述各灯体电路板上分别电连接 LED发光体, 每块灯体电路板上电连接至少一个 LED发光 体, 从而制成 LED灯串; 用电源输出导线将电源模块与所述 LED灯串一端的灯体电路板电 连接;
B. 根据灯体电路板的数量, 相邻灯体电路板之间的距离, 以及所述防水柔性 LED灯条 的外观需求, 制造封装在步骤 A制成的 LED灯串外的柔性防水封装壳的注塑模具;
C. 将已连接电源模块的所述 LED灯串放入步骤 B所述注塑模具内, 将柔性复合材料注 入注塑模具内, 经过注塑工艺后在所述 LED灯串外封装一层柔性防水封装壳, 从而制成所述 防水柔性 LED灯条。
本发明用柔性复合材料直接注塑在所述 LED灯串外, 将 LED灯串密封在柔性防水封装 壳内, 既令所述防水柔性 LED灯条具有防水性能, 还较现有技术省去了很多密封工序, 简化 了防水柔性 LED灯条的制造工艺, 节省了材料, 降低了成本。 上述方法可以分段在 LED灯 串上注塑, 用一套模具就适用防水柔性 LED灯条的各种长度需求, 制造工艺简单便捷。 利用 柔性复合材料的绝缘特性确保了所述防水柔性 LED灯条的安全性。 所述防水柔性 LED灯条 的柔性特性使其能够随意弯曲, 适用各种应用场合的景观照明造型, 且便于产品收储。 所述 防水柔性 LED灯条尤其适用安装在水族养殖箱内用于箱内照明, 或者安装在花园、 园林的景
物上用于装饰照明。
为了使所述防水柔性 LED灯条便于定位安装, 上述方法还包括如下步骤:
D. 在所述柔性防水封装壳上设置卡槽;
E. 制造包括连接夹和固定器的定位安装夹具,借助卡在所述柔性防水封装壳的卡槽上的 连接夹, 将该定位安装夹具连接在所述防水柔性 LED灯条的柔性防水封装壳上; 借助所述固 定器将所述防水柔性 LED灯条定位安装。
所述定位安装夹具结构简单, 使防水柔性 LED 灯条的安装拆卸都很便捷, 满足防水柔 性 LED灯条在水族养殖照明、 公园景观照明和园林景观照明等对灯具拆装简化提出的需求。 本发明还提出依照上述方法制成一种防水柔性 LED灯条,如图 1至图 3所示,包括 LED 灯串 2。 该 LED灯串 2包括至少一块灯体电路板 22, 将所述各灯体电路板 22串行电连接成 一串的串行电连接导线 23, 以及电源模块 3。 每块灯体电路板 22上都各自电连接至少一个 LED发光体 21。所述电源模块 3借助电源输出导线 31电连接所述 LED灯串 2—端的灯体电 路板 22。 尤其是, 所述防水柔性 LED灯条还包括将所述 LED灯串 2注塑封装其内的、 用柔 性复合材料制成的柔性防水封装壳 1。所述柔性防水封装壳 1是在注塑模具内置入所述灯串 2 后一次封装成型的。
本发明优选实施例, 每块灯体电路板 22上电连接一个 LED发光体 21 , —根防水柔性 LED灯条上设置有四组 LED发光体 21和灯体电路板 22。 显然, 为了获得更好的景观装饰效 果, 可以在灯体电路板 22上设置各种控制电路, 以实现对 LED发光体 21的闪烁频率、 发光 色彩、 发光时段的控制; 还可以在每块灯体电路板 22上电连接多个 LED发光体 21 , 满足调 光需求。
本发明优选实施例, 所述柔性复合材料是聚氯乙烯材料 Polyvinyl chloride resin, 即 PVC 材料, 使防水柔性 LED灯条具备柔软、 绝缘、 耐腐蚀等特性。
所述防水柔性 LED 灯条还包括至少一个定位安装夹具, 该定位安装夹具包括连接夹, 以及连接在该连接夹上的固定器; 所述固定器用于将所述连接夹可拆卸地固定安装在固定物 上; 在所述柔性防水封装壳表面设置有向壳体内 G3进的卡槽, 借助卡在该卡槽的所述连接夹 实现所述防水柔性 LED灯条的定位安装。 借助所述定位安装夹具实现防水柔性 LED灯条的 快捷安装和拆卸, 使防水柔性 LED灯条能够随时随地简便地安装或者拆卸, 提高了布设便利 性。
所述定位安装夹具还包括至少一个连接在所述连接夹上的扩展连接夹, 用于在固定安装
所述防水柔性 LED灯条的同时安装其它附件。 在水族养殖照明、 花园园林装饰照明实际应用 中经常出现在布设灯条的同时, 布设其它附件, 例如各种线路、 造型背景轮廓线, 借助扩展 连接夹就不需要为附属装置的再专门设置定位安装装置, 所述附件可以借助扩展连接夹被定 位固定。 所述扩展连接夹使防水柔性 LED灯条更适于实际应用情况。
本发明优选实施例, 如图 1至图 6所示, 所述柔性防水封装壳 1包括灯体封装壳 11和 连接线封装壳 13。 所述灯体封装壳 11分别封装各组电连接在一起的所述 LED发光体 21和 灯体电路板 22。 所述连接线封装壳 13分别位于两相邻灯体封装壳 11之间, 封装相邻两灯体 电路板 22之间的串行电连接导线 23。
具体而言, 所述灯体封装壳 11包括中空管状的主封装壳 111 , 以及从主封装壳 111管壁 上分别向两侧伸出的两中空管状的加强封装壳 112, 所述两加强封装壳 112的管腔都与主封 装壳 111的管腔连通。 所述连接线封装壳 13呈中空管状, 两端分别连接分属两相邻灯体封装 壳 11的两相邻加强封装壳 112。本发明优选实施例,所述主封装壳 111主要完成对 LED发光 体 21和灯体电路板 22的密封封装, 所述加强封装壳 112增强主封装壳 111的机械强度, 确 保封装安全性和可靠性。 对于本发明优选实施例每块灯体电路板 22上电连接一个 LED发光 体 21的情况, 主封装壳 111底部封闭。
在所述柔性防水封装壳 1的上述具体结构条件下, 所述定位安装夹具可以具体为本发明 优选实施例的卡座 4。 如图 4至图 7, 所述防水柔性 LED灯条还包括至少一个卡座 4, 该卡 座 4包括具有第一缺口 413的圆环柱面状卡环 41 ,以及连接在所述卡环 41上的定位固定器 4。 所述各连接线封装壳 13上设置有各自的至少两条伸展方向互相平行的、向所在连接线封装壳 13内 G3进的定位卡槽 131。所述定位卡槽 131沿封装在所述连接线封装壳 13内的串行电连接 导线 23的延伸方向伸展。 所述卡环 41围卡在所述连接线封装壳 13外壁上, 且该卡环 41的 第一缺口 413两端部分别卡入定位卡槽 131内, 从而将所述卡座 4可拆卸地连接在所述连接 线封装壳 13的外壁上。 借助所述定位固定器 42将所述卡座 4固定安装而实现所述防水柔性 LED灯条的定位安装。本发明优选实施例在一段连接线封装壳 13上设置了四条定位卡槽 131 , 通过调整被所述卡环 41夹住的定位卡槽 131 , 可以调整 LED发光体 21的照射方向, 更便于 实际应用。
本发明优选实施例, 所述卡环 41包括具有第一缺口 413的圆环柱状主卡环 411 , 分别连 接在所述主卡环 411的第一缺口 413两端的两圆环柱面夹口卡环 412。 任一夹口卡环 412中 心轴线与主卡环 411中心轴线平行, 且该夹口卡环 412中心轴线位于其与主卡环 411连接处 的主卡环 411柱面的外侧, 从而在卡环 41的第一缺口 413两端形成两正对凸出夹壁 414, 当
所述卡环 41连接所述连接线封装壳 13时,所述两夹壁 414卡入该连接线封装壳 13上的两定 位卡槽 131内。 所述夹口卡环 412在第一缺口 413上向主卡环 411外侧伸出, 进一步确保卡 环 41的连接稳定性。
如上所述, 为实现在防水柔性 LED灯条上安装附件的需求, 所述卡座 4还包括连接在 所述卡环 41外壁上的至少一个扩展卡环 43, 所述扩展卡环 43是具有第二缺口 432的圆环柱 面体。
本发明优选实施例, 如图 4至图 7所示, 所述定位固定器 42是吸盘, 该结构尤其适用 将防水柔性 LED灯条定位安装在水族养殖箱内。
为了便于实际安装, 所述电源模块 3可以釆用不直接电连接灯体电路板 22的结构, 本 发明优选实施例, 所述电源模块 3包括电源接入插头 32, 该电源接入插头 32电连接所述电 源输出导线 31 ,为防水柔性 LED灯条提供电源输入接口。该结构确保定位安装防水柔性 LED 灯条时没有连接电源, 在定位安装完成之后才连接电源, 增强了使用安全性。
Claims
1. 一种防水柔性 LED灯条, 包括 LED灯串 (2); 该 LED灯串 ( 2 )包括至少一块灯体电路 板(22), 将所述各灯体电路板(22) 串行电连接成一串的串行电连接导线(23), 以及电 源模块(3); 每块灯体电路板(22)上都各自电连接至少一个 LED发光体(21); 所述电 源模块(3)借助电源输出导线(31)电连接所述 LED灯串 (2)—端的灯体电路板(22); 其特征在于:
还包括将所述 LED灯串 (2)注塑封装其内的、 用柔性复合材料制成的柔性防水封装 壳(1); 所述柔性防水封装壳(1)是在注塑模具内置入所述灯串 (2)后一次封装成型的。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的防水柔性 LED灯条, 其特征在于:
所述柔性复合材料是聚氯乙烯材料 Polyvinyl chloride resin, 即 PVC材料。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的防水柔性 LED灯条, 其特征在于:
所述柔性防水封装壳 (1)包括灯体封装壳 (11)和连接线封装壳 (13);
所述灯体封装壳 (11)分别封装各组电连接在一起的所述 LED发光体(21)和灯体 电路板(22); 所述连接线封装壳 (13)分别位于两相邻灯体封装壳 (11) 之间, 封装相 邻两灯体电路板(22) 之间的串行电连接导线 (23)。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的防水柔性 LED灯条, 其特征在于:
所述灯体封装壳 (11)包括中空管状的主封装壳 (111), 以及从主封装壳 (111)管 壁上分别向两侧伸出的两中空管状的加强封装壳 (112), 所述两加强封装壳 (112) 的管 腔都与主封装壳 (111) 的管腔连通;
所述连接线封装壳(13)呈中空管状, 两端分别连接分属两相邻灯体封装壳(11)的 两相邻加强封装壳 (112)。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的防水柔性 LED灯条, 其特征在于:
还包括至少一个定位安装夹具, 该定位安装夹具包括连接夹, 以及连接在该连接夹上 的固定器; 所述固定器用于将所述连接夹可拆卸地固定安装在固定物上;
在所述柔性防水封装壳表面设置有向壳体内 G3进的卡槽,借助卡在该卡槽的所述连接 夹实现所述防水柔性 LED灯条的定位安装。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的防水柔性 LED灯条, 其特征在于:
所述定位安装夹具还包括至少一个连接在所述连接夹上的扩展连接夹,用于在固定安 装所述防水柔性 LED灯条的同时安装其它附件。
7. 根据权利要求 3所述的防水柔性 LED灯条, 其特征在于:
还包括至少一个卡座(4), 该卡座(4)包括具有第一缺口 (413)的圆环柱面状卡环 (41), 以及连接在所述卡环 (41) 上的定位固定器(42);
所述各连接线封装壳(13)上设置有各自的至少两条伸展方向互相平行的、 向所在连 接线封装壳 (13) 内 G3进的定位卡槽 (131); 所述定位卡槽 (131) 沿封装在所述连接线 封装壳 (13) 内的串行电连接导线 (23) 的延伸方向伸展;
所述卡环(41)围卡在所述连接线封装壳 (13)外壁上, 且该卡环(41) 的第一缺口 (413) 两端部分别卡入定位卡槽 (131) 内, 从而将所述卡座 (4) 可拆卸地连接在所述 连接线封装壳 (13) 的外壁上; 借助所述定位固定器 (42)将所述卡座 (4) 固定安装而 实现所述防水柔性 LED灯条的定位安装。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的防水柔性 LED灯条, 其特征在于:
所述卡环 (41)包括具有第一缺口 (413) 的圆环柱状主卡环 (411), 分别连接在所 述主卡环( 411 )的第一缺口( 413 )两端的两圆环柱面夹口卡环( 412 );任一夹口卡环( 412 ) 中心轴线与主卡环 (411) 中心轴线平行, 且该夹口卡环 (412) 中心轴线位于其与主卡环 (411)连接处的主卡环 (411)柱面的外侧, 从而在卡环 (41) 的第一缺口 (413) 两端 形成两正对凸出夹壁 (414), 当所述卡环 (41)连接所述连接线封装壳 (13) 时, 所述两 夹壁 (414) 卡入该连接线封装壳 (13) 上的两定位卡槽 (131) 内。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的防水柔性 LED灯条, 其特征在于:
所述卡座(4)还包括连接在所述卡环(41)外壁上的至少一个扩展卡环(43), 所述 扩展卡环 (43)是具有第二缺口 (432) 的圆环柱面体。
10.根据权利要求 7所述的防水柔性 LED灯条, 其特征在于:
所述定位固定器(42)是吸盘。
11.根据权利要求 1所述的防水柔性 LED灯条, 其特征在于:
所述电源模块(3)包括电源接入插头(32), 该电源接入插头(32) 电连接所述电源 输出导线 (31 ), 为防水柔性 LED灯条提供电源输入接口。 一种防水柔性 LED灯条的制造方法, 其特征在于包括如下步骤:
A. 制造至少一块灯体电路板, 用串行电连接导线将各灯体电路板串行连接成一串, 在所述各灯体电路板上分别电连接 LED发光体, 每块灯体电路板上电连接至少一个 LED 发光体, 从而制成 LED灯串; 用电源输出导线将电源模块与所述 LED灯串一端的灯体电 路板电连接;
B. 根据灯体电路板的数量, 相邻灯体电路板之间的距离, 以及所述防水柔性 LED灯 条的外观需求, 制造封装在步骤 A制成的 LED灯串外的柔性防水封装壳的注塑模具;
C. 将已连接电源模块的所述 LED灯串放入步骤 B所述注塑模具内,将柔性复合材料 注入注塑模具内, 经过注塑工艺后在所述 LED灯串外封装一层柔性防水封装壳, 从而制 成所述防水柔性 LED灯条。 根据权利要求 12所述的防水柔性 LED灯条的制造方法, 其特征在于:
还包括如下步骤:
D. 在所述柔性防水封装壳上设置卡槽;
E. 制造包括连接夹和固定器的定位安装夹具, 借助卡在所述柔性防水封装壳的卡槽 上的连接夹, 将该定位安装夹具连接在所述防水柔性 LED灯条的柔性防水封装壳上; 借 助所述固定器将所述防水柔性 LED灯条定位安装。
