- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부분압력조절단계(S4)는,사용자의 어깨 부분을 지지하는 셀(11)의 조절압력은 전체 펌리스 레벨값(FL)에 어깨부분 압력 특성값(ΔPz2)을 추가로 합산하고, 사용자의 엉덩이 부분을 지지하는 셀의 조절압력은 전체 펌리스 레벨값(FL)에 엉덩이부분 압력 특성값(ΔPz4)을 추가로 합산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스 압력조절 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 전단계(S1)는 상기 각 셀(11)이 연통된 상태에서 사용자가 눕기 전의 내부 압력(Pz)을 측정하고, 상기 후단계(S2)는 상기 각 셀(11)이 연통된 상태에서 내부 압력을 측정한 후, 상기 후단계(S2)에서 측정된 압력값에서 상기 전단계(S1)에서 구해진 압력값을 뺀 값으로 평균압력변화(ΔPave)를 산출한 상태에서,어깨 부분을 지지하는 셀의 내부 압력(Pz2) 값에서 사용자가 눕기전의 압력값과 평균압력변화(ΔPave)을 뺀 수치가 포함되는 범주에 따라 등급이 나뉘고, 상기 어깨부분 압력 특성값(ΔPz2)은 해당되는 등급의 수치로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스 압력조절 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 전단계는 상기 각 셀이 밀폐된 상태에서 사용자가 눕기 전의 내부 압력(Pz)을 측정하고, 상기 후단계는 상기 각 셀이 연통된 상태에서 내부 압력을 측정한 후, 상기 후단계에서 측정된 압력값에서 상기 전단계에서 구해진 압력값을 뺀 값으로 평균압력변화(ΔPave)를 산출한 상태에서,엉덩이 부분을 지지하는 셀의 내부 압력(Pz4) 값에서 사용자가 눕기전의 압력값과 평균압력변화값(ΔPave)을 뺀 수치가 포함되는 범주에 따라 등급이 나뉘고, 상기 엉덩이 부분 압력 특성값은 해당되는 등급의 수치로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스 압력조절 방법.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 등급은어깨나 엉덩이 부분을 지지하는 셀의 내부 압력(Pz) 값에서 사용자가 눕기전의 압력값과 평균압력변화값(ΔPave)을 뺀 수치에 50을 곱한 값이0에서 1.5까지를 기준 구간으로 1.5에서 3씩 증가되면서 구분되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스 압력조절 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,사용자의 몸무게(W)= 2 + 500 *ΔPave + 2*Cos(500*ΔPave - 2)의 수식에 의해 산출되고, ΔPave는 평균압력변화 값이며,해당 사용자의 펌리스 레벨(FL)= 0.5*W + 0.1의 수식에 의해 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스 압력조절 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 머리, 허리, 다리, 발을 지지하는 셀(11)이 추가된 경우,상기 허리 부분의 조절압력 = FL,머리와 발 부분의 조절압력 = FL-(ΔPz2+ΔPz4)*(V1/(V1+V5)),다리 부분의 조절압력 = FL-(ΔPz2+ΔPz4)*(V5/(V1+V5))로 산출되고,이때 FL은 펌리스 레벨값이고, ΔPz2는 어깨부분 압력 특성값이고, ΔPz4는 엉덩이 부분 압력 특성값이고, V1은 머리와 발 부분을 지지하는 셀의 내부 체적이고, V5는 다리 부분을 지지하는 셀(11)의 내부 체적인 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스 압력조절 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부분압력조절단계(S4) 이후에,사용자의 요구에 따라 추가적으로 압력을 조절하는 피드백 압력조절단계(S5)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스 압력조절 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 피드백 압력조절단계는 상기 매트리스(10)의 셀(11) 구역별로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스 압력조절 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 피드백 압력조절단계는 사용자의 음성신호를 감지하여 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스 압력조절 방법.
- 제 1항에 따른 매트리스 압력조절 방법을 실시하는 매트리스의 압력조절 장치로서,내부에 유체가 채워지는 밀폐공간을 이루고, 사용자의 어깨와 엉덩이 부위를 각각 지지할 수 있도록 적어도 두 개의 셀(11)이 구비된 매트리스(10);상기 셀(11)의 내부에 유체를 공급하는 유압펌프(40);상기 셀(11)에 공급되는 유체를 제어하는 밸브(22); 및상기 셀(11) 내부에 채워진 유체의 압력을 감지하는 압력센서(23);를 포함하여,사용자가 상기 매트리스(10)에 눕기 전과 후에, 각각 상기 압력센서(23)에서 감지되는 압력을 감지하고, 그 압력차에 따라 상기 유압펌프(40)에 의해 상기 셀(11)에 공급되는 유체압력을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스의 압력조절 장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프(40)와 상기 매트리스(10)의 각 셀(11)은 연결관(20)에 의해 연결되고, 상기 연결관(20)에는 흐름을 제어하는 상기 밸브(22)가 연결되고, 상기 밸브(22)와 유압펌프(40)를 연결하는 공급관(21)에는 댐퍼(30)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스 압력조절 장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 압력센서(23)에서 측정된 압력값을 전달받고 그 압력값에 따라 상기 유압펌프(40)의 작동을 제어하는 제어부(50)가 더 포함되고, 상기 제어부(50)는 상기 밸브(22)의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스의 압력조절 장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 밸브(22)는개폐동작을 구동시키는 초기 구동전압과, 상기 초기 구동전압보다 낮은 유지전압을 가하여 개폐 상태를 유지시킬 수 있는 솔레노이드 밸브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스의 압력조절 장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서,사용자에게 적합하도록 상기 매트리스(10)의 각 셀(11) 별 유체압력을 조절한 후, 각 셀(11) 별 유체압력을 사용자에게 인식시키는 디스플레이부(61)가 더 포함되어,사용자가 자신의 신체특성에 맞도록 셀별 압력이 조절된 침대를 선택할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스의 압력조절 장치.
