Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a bag making and packaging apparatus having two or more bag making lines that are sealed after a film to be conveyed is formed into a cylindrical shape and filled with an article to be packaged.
  • a single film roll for packaging is cut and divided into a plurality of pieces, and a plurality of tubular films are produced by vertically sealing each divided film along the conveying direction.
  • a bag making and packaging device is known in which after a package is filled, horizontal sealing is performed by a single horizontal sealing mechanism in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction, and at the same time, each cylindrical film is cut by a cutter provided in the horizontal sealing mechanism. It has been.
  • Patent Document 1 Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-54327
  • a single packaging film roll is cut and divided into five parts, which are conveyed to the divided films.
  • a configuration is disclosed in which a plurality of cylindrical films are generated by performing vertical sealing along a direction, and the horizontal sealing of the cylindrical film and cutting with a cutter are performed using a single horizontal sealing mechanism.
  • the bag making and packaging apparatus is often used together with a bag making and packaging apparatus having a combination weighing device capable of measuring an object to be weighed at high speed and with high accuracy.
  • the combination weigher measures the objects to be temporarily stored in multiple hoppers, performs combination calculation using the measurement results, and selects and selects the combination of hoppers whose calculated value is within the predetermined allowable range.
  • the objects to be weighed in the hopper included in the combination are assembled, and the assembled objects to be weighed are supplied to the bag making and packaging apparatus as the objects to be packaged.
  • a so-called combination error occurs in which the total of measured values of the objects to be weighed does not fall within the allowable range regardless of which hopper combination is selected.
  • the combination error cannot be resolved unless the objects to be weighed accommodated in the hopper are discharged beyond an allowable range. For example, even in the lightest combination of objects to be weighed, the sum of the measured values exceeds the allowable range.
  • Patent Document 1 Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-54327
  • the supplied packaging material exceeds the amount that can be accommodated in one bag, and the lateral packaging portion bites the packaging material.
  • a lateral seal failure occurs due to the biting of the package in the bag making line to which the excessive package is supplied.
  • the bag making and packaging apparatus described in Patent Document 1 shares a horizontal seal mechanism, it is derived from the biting of an article to be packaged in some bag making lines. Also in the bag making line, a sealing failure may occur. For this reason, a defective product is generated even in a bag-making line in which the articles to be packaged are properly supplied, and loss of the articles to be packaged properly is generated.
  • the problem of the present invention is that, in a bag making and packaging apparatus having a plurality of bag making lines and sharing a horizontal sealing mechanism, even if a seal failure occurs in some bag making lines, Another object of the present invention is to provide a bag making and packaging apparatus that does not cause defective sealing in other bag making lines.
  • a bag making and packaging apparatus is a bag making and packaging apparatus having first to n-th bag making lines (n is an integer of 2 or more) for horizontally sealing a tubular film to form a bag.
  • a sealing mechanism is provided.
  • the horizontal sealing mechanism has a pair of sealing jaws that sandwich and seal a tubular film to perform horizontal sealing, and is shared by the first to nth bag making lines. At least one of the sealing jaws is divided into n divided members that individually sandwich the tubular films of the first to nth bag making lines.
  • the lateral seal mechanism further includes a base member that supports n divided members. It is desirable that the base member is shared by n divided members.
  • the lateral seal mechanism further includes an elastic member that connects the divided member and the base member.
  • the divided members can move so as to avoid the base member direction. Therefore, in some bag making lines, even if the laterally packed mechanism bites into the package, it does not affect the operation of the seal jaws in other bag making lines. As a result, the incidence of defective seals can be reduced.
  • the bag making and packaging apparatus it is desirable to further include a cutter unit that separates the bag formed by the transverse seal from the subsequent cylindrical film. It is desirable that the cutter unit has n divided blades for individually cutting the cylindrical films of the first to nth bag making lines.
  • Patent Document 1 Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-54327
  • the cutter is provided in the shared horizontal seal mechanism, a cylindrical film of only a part of the bag making line is cut. Can not do it. Therefore, the following problems occur when an excessive amount of articles to be packaged is supplied to some bag-making lines.
  • the cutter unit has a split blade that individually cuts the tubular film of the bag making line, so that the horizontal seal mechanism is shared, and independent manufacturing is performed for each bag making line. Bags are possible. For example, when it is necessary to make a bag in some bag making lines in a continuous packaging state (a state where two bags of cylindrical films are connected without being horizontally sealed), The line can be separated from the tubular film one bag at a time. As a result, it is possible to increase the operating rate of the apparatus while suppressing the occurrence rate of defective packaging.
  • the bag making and packaging apparatus since the bag can be separated from the tubular film for each bag making line, the operating rate of the bag making and packaging apparatus can be improved. Since it is a bag making and packaging device that has a plurality of bag making lines and laterally seals on a tubular film, the bag and the tubular film are separated with a cutter, thus improving the operating rate while eliminating defective seals.
  • a bag making and packaging apparatus can be provided.
  • the bag making packaging apparatus which concerns on this invention is a bag making packaging apparatus which has at least two bag making lines which comprise the former which shape
  • Patent Document 1 Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-54327
  • the divided films divided from a single packaging film roll are uniformly fed to the bag making line.
  • the amount of film transport cannot be changed.
  • the bag making and packaging apparatus can control the film feed amount for each bag making line while sharing a single packaging film roll in a plurality of bag making lines. Since it becomes possible to carry out an operation of conveying only the film of some bag-making lines and stopping the film conveyance of other bag-making lines, it is easy to suppress the occurrence of film loss.
  • the bag making and packaging apparatus further includes a buffer amount grasping unit that grasps the amount of film accumulated in the buffer unit.
  • the film can be obtained by grasping the amount of film stored in the buffer section.
  • the difference in the feed amount becomes clear and it becomes easy to correct the film feed amount.
  • the bag making and packaging apparatus has a vertical seal mechanism and a horizontal seal mechanism.
  • the longitudinal seal mechanism continuously longitudinally seals the overlapping portion in the longitudinal direction of the film formed into a cylindrical shape by the former.
  • the lateral seal mechanism forms a bag by laterally sealing the cylindrical film that has been longitudinally sealed. It is desirable that the buffer unit can store at least one bag of film.
  • the bag making and packaging apparatus has at least two bag making lines having a former for forming a sheet-like film into a cylindrical shape, and uses the film roll in the bag making line. It is desirable to provide a cutting part. As for a cutting part, it is desirable to cut
  • the cutting unit performs the second cutting from the first cutting member in a state where at least one of the first cutting member and the second cutting member as a cutting tool for cutting the film, and at least one of the first cutting member and the second cutting member is always in contact with the film. It is desirable to have the switching part which switches a cutting tool to a member.
  • Patent Document 1 Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-54327
  • the film is continuously cut by a slitter.
  • the slitter needs to be replaced because the blade edge gradually deteriorates.
  • it is necessary to periodically stop the machine every time the slitter is replaced. .
  • the bag making and packaging apparatus since the first cutting member or the second cutting member always cuts the film, it is not necessary to stop the bag making and packaging apparatus when switching the cutting member. . Therefore, in a bag making and packaging apparatus that shares a single packaging film roll with a plurality of bag making lines, the operating rate can be improved.
