技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明用电光源,特别是一种LED 型光管。
背景技术
LED 灯有体积小、耗电量低、使用寿命长、低耗能、高亮度、低热量、环保、坚固耐用等优点,近年来深受业界推崇。随着LED 灯的普及,出现了作为长条形电光源的LED 型光管。
目前已有的LED 型光管,结构大致有两种:一是内装有LED 灯珠的管体和LED 驱动电路分开的方式,如中国专利第200920170734.9 号公开的一种发光二极管(LED)灯管改良结构便是,其缺点是:管体和驱动电路要分别独立安装,使用和安装不便,另外是容易产生不同的管体或驱动电路与原管体或驱动电路配错的问题,也给维修和使用带来不便;二是LED 灯珠和LED 驱动电路装在同一个管体内的一体化方式,如中国专利第200920212529.4号公开的一种LED 日光灯便是,其结构是LED 灯珠板装在管体中部,LED 灯珠板的一侧上装着LED 灯珠,其另一侧上方的管腔内装有LED 驱动电路,其缺点是:由于LED 驱动电路上的零件寿命大大短于LED 灯珠,故障几率也相对高很多,所以一体化结构难以对LED 驱动电路进行维护,当LED 驱动电路坏掉时往往只能整个光管丢弃,这样就大大缩短了LED 灯的正常应有的使用寿命,造成了浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有分开式的LED 型光管存在使用、安装和维修不便,以及一体式的LED型光管存在LED 驱动电路坏掉造成整个光管只能丢弃,大大缩短了LED 灯的正常应有使用寿命,造成浪费的缺陷。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种LED 型光管,包括管体、LED 灯珠板、LED 驱动电路和端盖,其中端盖固定在管体两端,LED 灯珠板和LED 驱动电路安装于管体内,LED 驱动电路与LED 灯珠板作对应的电连接,端盖上的电连接柱与LED 灯珠板或LED 驱动电路作对应的电连接,其特征是:所述管体由一管体长段和一管体短段接插连接构成,所述LED 灯珠板安装于管体长段内,所述LED 驱动电路安装于管体短段内。
上述技术方案所述管体长段和管体短段的接插连接可以包括管壳端口的接插连接和管壳上的导电电极的接插连接。
上述技术方案所述管壳端口的接插连接可以采用紧配合、卡扣固定等方式。
上述技术方案所述管壳上的导电电极的接插连接可以是由三对以上的导电电极的对应接插连接。
上述技术方案所述的管体长段的管壳照射面可以由透光材料制造。
上述技术方案所述LED 灯珠板可以设有照射方向相同的一排以上的LED 灯珠,还可以设有照射方向不同的二排以上的LED 灯珠。
上述技术方案的管体长段和管体短段,其所谓长和短是对二者长度的比较而言。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于管体由一管体长段和一管体短段接插连接构成,LED 灯珠板安装于管体长段内,LED 驱动电路安装于管体短段内,所以LED 灯珠和LED 驱动电路是装在同一根管体内的一体化结构,避免了管体和驱动电路要分别独立安装带来使用和安装不便,也不会产生不同的管体或驱动电路与原管体或驱动电路配错给维修和使用带来不便的问题;当LED 驱动电路出现故障时,可以拔出管体短段,让LED 驱动电路方便的与安装LED 灯珠板的管体长段分离,插入更换的装有LED 驱动电路的管体短段,光管的故障便可以立即排除,且普通使用者都能够操作,可以有效保证LED 灯的正常使用寿命,避免因LED 驱动电路坏掉就丢弃整个光管所造成的浪费。

具体实施方式
参照图1 ~ 2,一种LED 型光管,包括管体1、LED 灯珠板2、LED 驱动电路3、端盖4 和5,其中端盖4 和5 分别固定在管体1 两端,LED 灯珠板2 和LED 驱动电路3 安装于管体1 内,LED 驱动电路3 与LED 灯珠板2 作对应的电连接,端盖4 和5 上的电连接柱6 等与LED 驱动电路3 作对应的电连接,其特征是:所述管体1 由一管体长段7 和一管体短段8 接插连接构成,所述LED 灯珠板2 安装于管体长段7 内,所述LED 驱动电路3 安装于管体短段8 内。
另外,管体长段7 和管体短段8 的接插连接包括管壳端口9、10 的接插连接和管壳上的三对导电电极11、12 等的接插连接;管壳端口9、10 的接插连接采用紧配合;管体长段7 的管壳照射面可以由透光材料制造;LED 灯珠板2 上设有照射方向相同的一排LED 灯珠13等。
使用上,LED 型光管由其端盖4 和5 上的电连接柱6 等,安装在普通日光管的通用脚座上,并由通用脚座内的金属接触弹簧片取得电源;电源经过LED 驱动电路3 向LED 灯珠板2 供电,使LED 灯珠板2 上的LED 灯珠13 等发光;当LED 驱动电路3 出现故障时,可以从通用脚座上拆下LED 型光管,如图2 所示拔出管体短段8,插上一个更换的管体短段,LED 型光管装回通用脚座,立即就可以使用,十分方便。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种LED 型光管,包括管体、LED 灯珠板、LED 驱动电路和端盖,其中端盖固定在管体两端,LED 灯珠板和LED 驱动电路安装于管体内,LED 驱动电路与LED 灯珠板作对应的电连接,端盖上的电连接柱与LED 灯珠板或LED 驱动电路作对应的电连接,其特征是:所述管体由一管体长段和一管体短段接插连接构成,所述LED 灯珠板安装于管体长段内,所述LED 驱动电路安装于管体短段内。
  2. 按权利要求1 所述的LED 型光管,其特征是所述管体长段和管体短段的接插连接包括管壳端口的接插连接和管壳上的导电电极的接插连接。
  3. 按权利要求2 所述的LED 型光管,其特征是所述管壳端口的接插连接采用紧配合或卡扣固定。
  4. 按权利要求2 所述的LED 型光管,其特征是所述管壳上的导电电极的接插连接是由 三对以上的导电电极的对应接插连接。
  5. 按权利要求1 或2 所述的LED 型光管,其特征是所述LED 灯珠板设有照射方向相同 的一排以上的LED 灯珠,或者设有照射方向不同的二排以上的LED 灯珠。
