  • the first electrode 12 and the second electrode 13 are the blade portions (sliding portion). Therefore, the contact state of the sliding portion 57 (contact state between the outer surface 55a of the inner blade 55 and the inner surface 56a of the outer blade 56) in the micro environment is due to the electrode material and the sliding portion material or due to the electrode materials. Furthermore, Ti is a material that is relatively safe for the user's skin because it has a higher physiological affinity than general metals. Furthermore, since carbon has a feature of higher hardness than general metals, the effect of suppressing seizure of the blade portion (sliding portion) 54 can be further maintained.
