本发明涉及一种在手持触摸设备上控制电子表格的方法。
背景技术
电子表格中包含具有数值的单元格,多个单元格数值可以进行数学运算,例如求和,求平均数等。在PC个人电脑上的电子表格软件,如Office Excel提供的方法是:通过鼠标选中多个单元格数据后自动进行计算操作,并将结果显示在状态条上。而在手持触摸设备(使用者可以在该设备的触控屏幕上使用触摸的方式来控制该设备的使用,例如iphone3、4手机,HTC G11、G14手机等)上,受限于设备屏幕大小,市面上的电子表格软件在精简功能的同时,也停止提供这一能为使用者带来极大便利的功能

显示过程还包括下述过程:当空白区呈现并存在计算结果时, 手持触摸设备 接收将任意一计算结果指向一未用的单元格中的第三触控信号,根据该第三触控信号在上述未用的单元格中显示该计算结果。
控制电子表格从初始位置移至搁置位置的第一触控信号,具体为:在触控屏幕上按住与电子表格对应的地方并移动至空白区以外的区域;控制电子表格从搁置位置移至初始位置的第二触控信号,具体为:在触控屏幕上按住与电子表格对应的地方并朝向或背向空白区进行移动。
控制电子表格在初始位置和搁置位置之间转移的方法具体为:电子表格上设有一用于被触控点击以控制电子表格在初始位置和搁置位置之间转移的移动功能按钮。
当电子表格在初始位置时,移动功能按钮显示朝下标识;当电子表格在搁置位置时,移动功能按钮显示朝上标识。
由上述方案可见,本发明通过触控电子表格移动以显示出空白区来显示计算结果,能够清楚地显示计算结果,利于使用者使用。

实施例一

恢复过程:接收控制将电子表格从搁置位置移回初始位置的第二触控信号,据该第二触控信号将电子表格移回初始位置,电子表格覆盖空白区。
显示过程还包括下述过程:当空白区呈现并存在计算结果时,接收将任意一计算结果指向一未用的单元格中的第三触控信号,根据该触控信号在上述未用的单元格中填入该计算结果。第三触控信号具体为,在触控屏幕上对应地按住任意一计算结果拖向一未用的单元格。
控制电子表格从初始位置移至搁置位置的第一触控信号,具体为:在触控屏幕上对应地按住电子表格 移动 至空白区以外的区域;控制电子表格从搁置位置移至初始位置的第二触控信号,具体为:在触控屏幕上对应地按住电子表格朝向或背向空白区进行移动。
其中,如图1所示,运算过程中的处理方法,包括以下流程:
S01 :判断被选择的单元格内是否有数据,若否,则计算结果为空;若是,转S02;
S02 :判断数据的个数,若个数为1,则计算结果为该数据;若个数大于1,则转S03;
S03 :判断这些数据是否存在可运算,若否,则按非可运算规则计算;若是,则转S04;
S04 :判断可运算的数据的个数,若个数为1,则计算结果为该数据;若个数大于1,则转S05;
S05 :将这些可运算的数据按可运算规则进行计算。
其中,步骤S03中的非可运算规则为计算被选择的单元格的个数。
步骤S05中可运算规则包括计算可运算的数据的个数,这些数据中的最小值和最大值,这些数据的平均值,这些数据的总和。
如图2至图6所示,本实施例提供使用一运用本发明来控制电子表格的手持触摸设备来操作电子表格:

如图4所示,使用者输入第一触控信号,具体是,在触控屏幕上按住与电子表格对应的地方(按住的地方具体是与电子表格的标题对应的地方)并向下移动至空白区以外的区域;手持触摸设备根据第一触控信号将电子 表格向下移至搁置位置,显示空白区,同时,空白区显示数据:sum=80、avg=26.666、count=3、min=20、max=36;

如图6所示,使用者输入 第二触控信号,具体是, 在触控屏幕上按住与电子表格的标题对应的地方并向上(即朝向空白区)移动;手持触摸设备根据第二触控信号将电子表格移至初始位置,电子表格覆盖空白区。
实施例二
针对控制电子表格在初始位置和搁置位置之间转移的方法,本实施例另外提供一种具体方法,其可以在实施一的对应方案并存,或取代实施一的对应方案。
控制电子表格在初始位置和搁置位置之间转移的方法具体为:电子表格上设有一用于被触控点击以控制电子表格在初始位置和搁置位置之间转移的移动功能按钮;上述第一触控信号和上述第二触控信号均为在触控屏幕上触控点击与移动功能按钮对应的地方。为了更加形象以方便使用者使用,进行以下设计:当电子表格在初始位置时,移动功能按钮显示朝下标识;当电子表格在搁置位置时,移动功能按钮显示朝上标识。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,基于上述实施例的、未做出创造性劳动的简单替换,应当属于本发明揭露的范围。

Claims (1)

1 、一种在手持触摸设备上控制电子表格的方法,其特征在于, 包括以下过程:
运算过程:接收选择单元格的选择触控信号,根据该选择触控信号选定电子表格中被选择的单元格,然后按预先设置的处理方法进行计算,并保存计算结果;
显示过程:接收控制将电子表格从初始位置移至搁置位置的第一触控信号,根据该第一触控信号将电子表格从初始位置移至搁置位置以显示出空白区,查询是否存在计算结果,若存在,则在空白区显示计算结果;
恢复过程:接收控制将电子表格从搁置位置移回初始位置的第二触控信号,根据该第二触控信号将电子表格移回初始位置,电子表格覆盖空白区。
