Abstract

一种背板(400)、背光模组和液晶显示装置,其中所述背板(400)包括多根筋条(410),所述多根筋条(410)纵横交叉,形成多个网孔(420)。利用筋条(410)作为背板(400)的基本构件,由纵横交叉的筋条形成网孔(420),背板模组所有需要固定在背板(400)上的元器件都可以固定到网孔(420)上。筋条(410)本身是标准通用的,由筋条(410)组成的网孔(420)遍布整个背板,完全能满足不同位置、不同安装尺寸的元器件的固定需求。

一种背板、 背光模组和液晶显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种背板、 背光模组和液晶 显示装置。
【背景技术】
液晶显示装置包括液晶面板和背光模组, 背光模组底部具有一个用于密封 模组并固定模内组件的背板。 现有的背板均使用整体式的背板, 一般使用金属 沖压或者塑料注射方式整体成型, 使得产品比较重, 产品的材料成本较高。 对 于大尺寸的背板, 由于需使用较大的沖压设备, 成本更高, 且对应的模具尺寸 很大, 结构复杂, 模具成本也很高。 随着市场竟争的日益激烈, 有效的降低设 计成本变得越来越重要, 于是节省材料成本和筒化组装工艺成为各设计者研究 的重要方向。
另外, 由于不同的背光模组, 对应的组件大小、 安装位置都不一样, 整体 式背板无法实现标准化设计, 通用性差。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种标准化、 通用化的背板、 背光模组 和液晶显示装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种背板, 包括多根筋条, 所述多根筋条纵横交叉, 形成多个网孔。
优选的, 所述背板的边缘设有卡接固定在所述网孔上的框架。 框架的强度 大于筋条, 固定到网孔上可以提升背板的整体强度。
优选的, 所述框架中间设有至少两根起补强作用的中间支架, 所述中间支 架卡接固定在所述网孔上, 其端部固定在所述框架上。 增加中间支架, 可以进 一步提升框架的强度。 优选的, 所述筋条为刚性筋条, 形成多个孔径大小不变的网孔。 刚性筋条 强度高, 不易变形, 承重能力好。 而且网孔大小固定, 锁附件固定到网孔上, 连接强度高。
优选的, 所述筋条为弹性筋条, 形成多个孔径大小可变的网孔。 弹性筋条 韧性好, 能在一定范围内适用于不同尺寸、 形状的锁附件, 通用性好。
优选的, 所述纵向的筋条和横向的筋条之间穿叉叠交。 穿叉叠交可以提升 背板强度, 而且交叉点不用固定连接, 因此网孔的大小有一定的调节范围, 能 适用于不同尺寸、 形状的锁附件, 通用性好。
优选的, 所述多跟筋条在交叉处固定连接。 交叉处固定连接后, 网孔大小 固定, 锁附件固定到网孔上, 连接强度高。
一种背光模组, 包括上述的一种背板, 所述背板的网孔上设置有一个或多 个功能性卡件。
优选的, 所述功能性卡件包括锁附件、 散热件中的一种或多种。 此为功能 性卡件的具体形式, 锁附件用于固定 PCB板等组件, 散热件用于灯源的散热。
优选的, 所述功能性卡件跟所述网孔固定的卡接部是标准件。 采用标准的 卡接部能提高通用性, 有利于降低成本和提升生产效率。
一种液晶显示装置, 包括上述的一种背光模组。
本发明由于采用了筋条作为背板的基本构件, 由综合交叉的筋条形成网孔, 背板模组所有需要固定在背板上的元器件都可以固定到网孔上。 筋条本身是标 准通用的, 由筋条组成的网孔遍布整个背板, 完全能满足不同位置、 不同安装 尺寸的元器件的固定需求, 因此, 针对不同尺寸的背板, 只需要选用不同长度 的筋条, 就能组成标准的、 通用化的背板、 背光模组和液晶显示装置。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种液晶显示装置, 包括液晶面板和背光模组, 所述背光模组底部设有背 板 400, 以及固定在背板 400上的锁附件 300、 散热板及其它功能性卡件 430。 背板 400包括多根筋条 410, 所述多根筋条 410纵横交叉, 形成多个网孔 420, PCB板 500和其它背光模组的组件通过网孔 420固定在背板 400上。 当然, 为 了增强背板 400的强度, 可以在背板 400的边缘设置框架 100, 框架 100可以是 一体成型的, 也可以包括包括首尾相连的上支架 111、 下支架 113、 左支架 114、 右支架 112拼接而成, 拼接式背板可以采用通用型材进行搭建, 通用性高, 成 本较低。
进一步的,框架 100中间还可以加设起补强作用的中间支架 115 ,使得背板 400强度更高。 所述框架 100和中间支架 115通过网孔 420固定在背板 400上。 拼接处可以加角型的补强件 130,补强件 130设在框架四个角位置处,每个补强件 130包括两个连接部 131,连接部 131用于跟框架中的支架连接固定。 补强件 130 一体成型, 强度高, 可以提升拼接强度, 而且其连接部 131 可以做出标准件, 这样支架可以做成标准型材, 只要根据不同尺寸的背板进行切割即可, 通用性 高。 补强件 130也做成卡接形式, 固定在网孔 420上。
所述多根筋条 410可以为刚性筋条 410, 以形成多个孔径大小不变的网孔 420; 筋条 410也可以为弹性筋条 410, 形成多个孔径大小可变的网孔 420。
多根筋条 410可以是一体成型的, 也可以在其交叉处固定连接, 形成固定 网格, 以增强网格强度; 当然, 也可以采用纵向的筋条 410和横向的筋条 410 之间穿叉叠交的方式, 同样能增强网格强度, 而且网格大小可以有一定的调整 空间。 所述纵向的筋条 410和横向的筋条 410可以统一固定在背板 400的一面, 也可以分别固定在背板 400的两面。
所述功能性卡件 430通过卡接部固定到网孔 420上,该卡接部采用标准件, 以便增强通用性, 降低成本, 并提升生产效率。如图 2所示, 以固定 PCB板 500 为例, 在需要固定电路板的区域设置锁附件 300—一比如凸包, 凸包的底部跟网 孔 420 固定的卡接部可以选用标准化的铆柱、 螺丝、 螺纹孔等形式, 凸包顶部 再跟 PCB板 500固定连接。
实施例一
如图 3 ~ 6所示, 所述锁附件 300与所述 PCB板固定的顶部设有锥形尖顶 310, 所述尖顶底部延伸出多个弹性两个以上的扣爪 320, 形成固定 PCB板 500 的卡接结构; 锁附件 300可以采用塑胶一体成型。
锁附件 300跟背板设置有用于将其本身固定到所述背板上的固定结构, 该 固定结构可以是铆柱、 螺杆或螺纹孔的任意一种形式, 当然也可以采用跟顶部 相同的卡接结构; 相应的, 背板上设置有用于固定所述锁附件 300 的安装孔, 锁附件 300通过安装孔安装到背板上。 所述锁附件 300的根部还可以是平面, 跟背板之间不固定, 仅跟 PCB板 500固定, 对 PCB板 500起纯粹的支撑作用。
实施例二
如图 7 ~ 9所示为另外一种锁附件 300形式一一作为独立零件存在的凸包, 此类凸包并不在背板生产时成形在背板上, 而是在需要使用凸包的时候, 在背 板 400 的相应位置上将凸包安装上去, 以达到灵活运用凸包来定位各种尺寸的 PCB板 500等组件。
如图 7中所示, 凸包具有一用于安装固定 PCB板 500等组件的螺纹孔 330, 该螺纹孔 330—直贯通该独立凸包, 以使独立凸包可以通过螺釘 350从下方固 定到背板 400上, 同时又可以在上方固定 PCB板 500, 相应的, 背板 400上应 当设置有与所述凸包的螺纹孔 330 大小相当的凸包安装孔, 如通孔或滑槽, 以 使凸包能够固定到背板 400上。 同样的, 也可以仅使用一个螺釘配合螺母实现 PCB板 500、 凸包以及背板之间的固定,
如图 8所示, PCB板 500通过螺釘 350固定到凸包上, 同样的, 凸包也是 通过螺釘 350以及螺母 812固定到背板上。
为了使安装方便, 凸包可以设置成铆釘类似的结构, 即铆釘与凸包一体成 型, 如图 9所示, 凸包的下端部分与背板 400的连接是铆接形式, 即凸包通过 铆釘 340铆接到背板 400上。 铆接的方式相对于螺釘连接的方式, 其比较快捷, 并可通过机器完成, 提高生产的效率。
凸包通过铆釘 340固定到背板 400上, 然后 PCB板 500通过螺釘 350固定 到凸包上, 完成对 PCB板 500的锁附。
为了节约材料, 以及加工方便, 凸包可以由板件直接沖压形成, 如图 10所 示, 凸包内部为镂空结构, 其整体由一板件材料制作而成, 既节约材料, 又方 便制作。
当然, 本实施例中所述的独立凸包的形状并不限于图中所示的锥形截面形 状, 相对于其它形状如方形也能达到相应的用途。
在本实施例中, 根据背光模组中 PCB板 500的尺寸, 再在相应位置上设置 相应的凸包; 同时, 根据不同数量的 PCB板 500组件, 设置相应的凸包数量。

6、 如权利要求 1所述的一种背板, 其特征在于, 所述纵向的筋条和横 向的筋条之间穿叉叠交。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的一种背板, 其特征在于, 所述多跟筋条在交叉 处固定连接。
8、 一种背光模组, 包括如权利要求 1所述的一种背板, 所述背板包括 多根筋条, 所述多根筋条纵横交叉, 形成多个网孔; 所述背板的网孔上设 置有一个或多个功能性卡件。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的一种背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述背板的边缘 设有卡接固定在所述网孔上的框架。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述框架中间 设有至少两根起补强作用的中间支架, 所述中间支架卡接固定在所述网孔 上, 其端部固定在所述框架上。

13、 如权利要求 8所述的一种背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述纵向的筋 条和横向的筋条之间穿叉叠交。
14、 如权利要求 8所述的一种背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述多跟筋条 在交叉处固定连接。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的一种背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述功能性卡 件包括锁附件、 散热件中的一种或多种。
16、 如权利要求 14所述的一种背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述功能性卡 件跟所述网孔固定的卡接部是标准件。
17、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括如权利要求 8所述的一种背光模组, 所 述背光模组, 包括背板, 所述背板包括多根筋条, 所述多根筋条纵横交叉, 形成多个网孔; 所述背板的网孔上设置有一个或多个功能性卡件。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述背板 的边缘设有卡接固定在所述网孔上的框架。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述框架 中间设有至少两根起补强作用的中间支架, 所述中间支架卡接固定在所述 网孔上, 其端部固定在所述框架上。
