- the third shaft insertion hole 213 is formed perpendicularly to the second shaft insertion hole 212, and one end of the third shaft insertion hole 213 communicates with the second shaft insertion hole 212.
- a latching groove 311 to which one end of the second shaft 510 is fixed to prevent the first shaft 310 from escaping from the first shaft insertion hole 211 is formed on the side part of the first shaft 310.
- One end of the first shaft 310 is tapered so as to be easily inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211 while pushing the end of the second shaft 510 when the first shaft 310 is inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211.
- a first coupling device 500 to couple the first shaft 310 with the first coupling part 210 or to separate the first shaft 310 from the first coupling part 210 is provided within the first coupling part 210.
- the first shaft 310 is coupled with the first coupling part 210 by inserting the first shaft 310 into the first coupling part 210, and is separated from the first coupling part 210 by pulling each of the first levers 520 provided at left and right regions of one side of the first bed part 200 in the leftward or rightward direction.
- the first coupling device 500 includes the second shaft 510, the first lever 520, the third shaft 530 and a pushing unit 540.
- the second shaft 510 is slidably installed in the second shaft insertion hole 212, and one end of the second shaft 510 is inserted into or separated from the latching groove 311 of the first shaft 310 to lock the first shaft 310 or to release the locking state of the first shaft 310.
- a second shaft 510 includes a lever coupling part 511 having the shape of a cylindrical rod and provided with one end with which the first lever is coupled, and a locking part 512 having the shape of a cylindrical rod extending from the other end of the lever coupling part 511 and having a greater diameter than the lever coupling part 511. A rise is formed between the lever coupling part 511 and the locking part 512 due to such a diameter difference.
- the second shaft insertion hole 212 includes a circular coupling part penetration hole 212a through which the lever coupling part 511 passes, and a locking part penetration hole 212b which extends from the coupling part penetration hole 212a and in which the locking part 512 slides.
- a spring 550 is provided on the outer surface of the lever coupling part 511 within the locking part penetration hole 212b, and the second shaft 212 is elastically supported by the spring 550 within the locking part penetration hole 212b.
- a locking projection 512a inserted into the latching groove 311 of the first shaft 310 or separated from the latching groove 311 to lock the first shaft 310 or to release the locking state of the first shaft 310 is formed on the end of the locking part 512.
- One side surface of the locking projection 512a is an inclined surface such that the locking projection 512a is pushed by the first shaft 310 inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211 so as to cause the second shaft 510 to be inserted into the second shaft insertion hole 212. Since the second shaft 510 is inserted into the second shaft insertion hole 212 when the first shaft 310 is inserted into the first shaft insertion 211 in this way, the first shaft 310 may be completely inserted into the end of the first shaft insertion hole 211.
- the other side surface of the locking projection 512a is a vertical surface such that the inner wall of the latching groove 311 is fixed to the vertical surface so as to lock the first shaft 310 with the first shaft insertion hole 211 when the locking projection 512a is inserted into the latching groove 311 of the first shaft 310.
- a fixing protrusion 512b having a stepped structure to which one end of the third shaft 530 is fixed to prevent the locking part 512 of the second shaft 510 from protruding to the inside of the first shaft insertion hole 211 is formed at a position of the side surface of the locking part 512 opposite to the inclined surface of the locking projection 512a.
- the first lever 520 is coupled with one end of the lever coupling part 511 of the second shaft 510.
- the second shaft 510 moves backward by manipulation of the first lever 520. That is, when each of the first levers 520 located at left and right regions of one side surface of the first bed part 200 is pulled in the leftward or rightward direction, the locking projection 512a of the second shaft 510 protruding to the inside of the first shaft insertion hole 211 retreats to the inside of the second shaft insertion hole 212. Therefore, the first shaft 310 may be separated from the first shaft insertion hole 211.
- the third shaft 530 slides within the third shaft insertion hole 213 and one end of the third shaft 539 is fixed to the fixing protrusion 512b of the second shaft 50, thereby locking the second shaft 510 so that the locking projection 512a of the second shaft 510 does not protrude to the inside of the first shaft insertion hole 211.
- the third shaft 530 includes a pushing unit coupling part 531 having the shape of a cylindrical rod and provided with the outer end slidably inserted into the pushing unit 540, and a locking part 532 having the shape of a cylindrical rod extending from the pushing unit coupling part 531 and provided with the end fixed to the fixing protrusion 521b of the second shaft 510 to lock the second shaft 510. Since the diameter of the locking part 532 is greater than the diameter of the pushing unit connection part 531, a rise is formed between the locking part 532 and the pushing unit coupling part 531.
- the third shaft insertion hole 213 includes a coupling part penetration hole 213a through which the pushing unit coupling part 531 slidably passes, and a locking part penetration hole 312b which extends from the coupling part penetration hole 213a and in which the locking part 532 slides.
- a spring 560 is provided on the outer surface of the pushing unit coupling part 531 within the locking part penetration hole 213b, and the third shaft 530 is elastically supported by the spring 560 within the locking part penetration hole 213b.
- the pushing unit 540 is located at one end opposite to the entrance of the first shaft insertion hole 211 into which the first shaft 310 is inserted, from among both ends of the first shaft insertion hole 211.
- the pushing unit 540 is pushed by the first shaft 310 when the first shaft 310 is inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211 and moves forward, and is returned to an original state thereof when the first shaft 310 moves backward. Since the third shaft 530 is pushed together during a process of pushing the pushing unit 540, locking of the second shaft 510 is released, and the locking projection 512a of the second shaft 510 moves forward and is inserted into the latching groove 311 of the first shaft 310.
- the pushing unit 540 includes a support plate 541 located at a position separated from the other end of the first shaft insertion hole 211, a support rod 542 extending from the front surface of the support plate 541 toward the other end of the first shaft insertion hole 211, a pushing plate 543 provided with one end, into which one end of the support rod 542 is slidably inserted, and the other end, into which the outer end of the pushing unit coupling part 531 of the third shaft 530 is slidably inserted, and a pushing projection 544 which extends from the front surface of one end of the pushing plate 543, into which the support rod 542 is inserted, and which is inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211.
- a spring 545 is provided on the outer surface of the support rod 542 between the pushing plate 543 and the support plate 541, and thus the pushing plate 543 is elastically supported by the spring 545.
- FIGs. 6(a) and 6(b) are cross-sectional views illustrating insertion of the first shaft into the first coupling part
- FIG. 7 is a perspective view of FIG. 6(a).
- the second shaft 510 moves backward through manipulation of the first lever 520 and maintains the locking state thereof by means of the third shaft 530.
- the spring 550 elastically supporting the second shaft 510 maintains a compressed state thereof.
- FIG. 8 is a view illustrating pulling of the first levers in the outward direction to separate the second bed part from the first bed part
- FIGs. 9(a) and 9(b) are cross-sectional views illustrating relations between the first shaft and the first coupling part in the state of FIG. 8.
- FIGs. 10(a) to 10(c) are cross-sectional views illustrating an angle adjustment structure of the second bed part.

Description
The present invention relates to a bed, and more particularly to a separation type bed in which a plurality of separable bed parts is provided so as to be simply attached to and detached from each other and which is used for medical purposes to perform an operation or treatment of a patient in a hospital.
Beds are widely used to allow persons to lie thereon for relaxing, medical or cosmetic purposes. From among beds, various kinds of medical beds exist, and various kinds of operating tables on which patients lie during operation are suggested according to diseased parts of patients. Recently, an apparatus which automatically raises/lowers an operating table or automatically lifting the upper body or legs of a patient using electromotive technology is introduced.
An upper plate of the operating table consists of a plurality of bed parts. From among the plural bed parts, the central bed part is connected to a support column of the operating table, and the respective bed parts are separably coupled with each other through interfaces. Here, the bed parts supporting the head and legs of the patient may be attached to and detached from the central bed part, and be coupled with the central bed part such that the connection angle between the bed parts supporting the head and legs of the patient and the central bed part may be adjusted.
Such a conventional patient bed for operating tables having the above technical configuration is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-open Publication No. 2007-0051739 (hereinafter, referred to as “Cited Reference”).
The patient bed for operating tables disclosed in Cited Reference is advantageous in that bed parts are coupled with each other using hooks so as to be easily coupled with each other. However, the patient bed for operating tables has a structure of locating one bed part on coupling elements of another bed part using the hooks, the bed may be easily disassembled when the bed is lifted, and thus, if the bed on which a patient lies is lifted by mistake, the bed may be disassembled and cause patient’s inconvenience.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a separation type bed which prevents unintended separation and is separated by a simple operation.

Now, a separation type bed in accordance with a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the annexed drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a separation type bed in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
A separation type bed 1 in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention includes a base part 2, a support part 3 and an upper plate 4.
The base part 2 contacts the ground, and stably supports the support part 3 and the upper plate 4 installed thereon. Wheel-type casters (not shown) rotatable at an angle of 360˚ may be installed on the lower surface of the base part 2, and a plurality of brake cylinders (not shown) raised and lowered by channel hydraulic pressure corresponding to the respective casters may be provided.
The support part 3 stands upright on the upper surface of the base part 2 and supports the upper plate 4 at a designated height from the base part 2. Such a support part 3 may be formed in a structure of simply supporting the upper plate 4, or may be formed in a structure of raising and lowering the upper plate 4 to a desired height.
The support part 3 includes a support column (not shown) standing upright on the upper surface of the base part 2, an ascent and descent driving device (not shown) vertically movably installed on the support column to raise and lower the upper plate 4, a leftward and rightward rotation driving device (not shown) and a forward and backward rotation driving device (not shown) to adjust the slope of the upper plate 4, a forward and backward driving device (not shown) to move the upper plate 4 forward and backward, and ascending and descending covers 100 surrounding the support column and the ascent and descent driving device.
The upper plate 4 is horizontally installed on the support pate 3 so that a user may lie on the upper plate 4. The upper plate 4 is raised and lowered by the ascent and descent driving device of the support part 3, the angle of the upper plate 4 is adjusted by the leftward and rightward rotation driving device and the forward and backward rotation driving device (not shown), and the upper plate 4 includes a first bed part 200 moved forward and backward by the forward and backward driving device, and a second bed part 300 and third bed parts 400 detachably installed at both sides of the first bed part 200. The second bed part 300 supports the user’s head, and the third bed parts 400 support the user’s legs. Here, the first bed part 200 includes two bed members, one of the two bed members is installed on the support part 3, and the other of the two bed members is coupled with one side of the bed member installed on the support part 3 such that an angle between the two bed members may be adjusted.
FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view illustrating separation of the second bed part shown in FIG. 1 from the first bed part, and FIG. 3 is a front view illustrating coupling of the second bed part with the first bed part.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of FIG. 4.
A latching groove 311 to which one end of the second shaft 510 is fixed to prevent the first shaft 310 from escaping from the first shaft insertion hole 211 is formed on the side part of the first shaft 310. One end of the first shaft 310 is tapered so as to be easily inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211 while pushing the end of the second shaft 510 when the first shaft 310 is inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211.
A first coupling device 500 to couple the first shaft 310 with the first coupling part 210 or to separate the first shaft 310 from the first coupling part 210 is provided within the first coupling part 210. In the first coupling device 500, the first shaft 310 is coupled with the first coupling part 210 by inserting the first shaft 310 into the first coupling part 210, and is separated from the first coupling part 210 by pulling each of the first levers 520 provided at left and right regions of one side of the first bed part 200 in the leftward or rightward direction.
The first coupling device 500 includes the second shaft 510, the first lever 520, the third shaft 530 and a pushing unit 540.
The second shaft 510 is slidably installed in the second shaft insertion hole 212, and one end of the second shaft 510 is inserted into or separated from the latching groove 311 of the first shaft 310 to lock the first shaft 310 or to release the locking state of the first shaft 310. Such a second shaft 510 includes a lever coupling part 511 having the shape of a cylindrical rod and provided with one end with which the first lever is coupled, and a locking part 512 having the shape of a cylindrical rod extending from the other end of the lever coupling part 511 and having a greater diameter than the lever coupling part 511. A rise is formed between the lever coupling part 511 and the locking part 512 due to such a diameter difference. The second shaft insertion hole 212 includes a circular coupling part penetration hole 212a through which the lever coupling part 511 passes, and a locking part penetration hole 212b which extends from the coupling part penetration hole 212a and in which the locking part 512 slides. A spring 550 is provided on the outer surface of the lever coupling part 511 within the locking part penetration hole 212b, and the second shaft 212 is elastically supported by the spring 550 within the locking part penetration hole 212b.
A locking projection 512a inserted into the latching groove 311 of the first shaft 310 or separated from the latching groove 311 to lock the first shaft 310 or to release the locking state of the first shaft 310 is formed on the end of the locking part 512. One side surface of the locking projection 512a is an inclined surface such that the locking projection 512a is pushed by the first shaft 310 inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211 so as to cause the second shaft 510 to be inserted into the second shaft insertion hole 212. Since the second shaft 510 is inserted into the second shaft insertion hole 212 when the first shaft 310 is inserted into the first shaft insertion 211 in this way, the first shaft 310 may be completely inserted into the end of the first shaft insertion hole 211. The other side surface of the locking projection 512a is a vertical surface such that the inner wall of the latching groove 311 is fixed to the vertical surface so as to lock the first shaft 310 with the first shaft insertion hole 211 when the locking projection 512a is inserted into the latching groove 311 of the first shaft 310.
A fixing protrusion 512b having a stepped structure to which one end of the third shaft 530 is fixed to prevent the locking part 512 of the second shaft 510 from protruding to the inside of the first shaft insertion hole 211 is formed at a position of the side surface of the locking part 512 opposite to the inclined surface of the locking projection 512a.
The first lever 520 is coupled with one end of the lever coupling part 511 of the second shaft 510. The second shaft 510 moves backward by manipulation of the first lever 520.
The third shaft 530 slides within the third shaft insertion hole 213 and one end of the third shaft 539 is fixed to the fixing protrusion 512b of the second shaft 50, thereby locking the second shaft 510 so that the locking projection 512a of the second shaft 510 does not protrude to the inside of the first shaft insertion hole 211. The third shaft 530 includes a pushing unit coupling part 531 having the shape of a cylindrical rod and provided with the outer end slidably inserted into the pushing unit 540, and a locking part 532 having the shape of a cylindrical rod extending from the pushing unit coupling part 531 and provided with the end fixed to the fixing protrusion 521b of the second shaft 510 to lock the second shaft 510. Since the diameter of the locking part 532 is greater than the diameter of the pushing unit connection part 531, a rise is formed between the locking part 532 and the pushing unit coupling part 531.
The third shaft insertion hole 213 includes a coupling part penetration hole 213a through which the pushing unit coupling part 531 slidably passes, and a locking part penetration hole 312b which extends from the coupling part penetration hole 213a and in which the locking part 532 slides. A spring 560 is provided on the outer surface of the pushing unit coupling part 531 within the locking part penetration hole 213b, and the third shaft 530 is elastically supported by the spring 560 within the locking part penetration hole 213b.
The pushing unit 540 is located at one end opposite to the entrance of the first shaft insertion hole 211 into which the first shaft 310 is inserted, from among both ends of the first shaft insertion hole 211. The pushing unit 540 is pushed by the first shaft 310 when the first shaft 310 is inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211 and moves forward, and is returned to an original state thereof when the first shaft 310 moves backward. Since the third shaft 530 is pushed together during a process of pushing the pushing unit 540, locking of the second shaft 510 is released, and the locking projection 512a of the second shaft 510 moves forward and is inserted into the latching groove 311 of the first shaft 310. When the first lever 520 is pulled in the leftward or rightward direction of one side surface of the first bed part 200, the second shaft 510 moves backward, and thus locking of the first shaft 310 is released. Then, when the first shaft 310 is separated from the first shaft insertion hole 211, the pushing unit 540 is returned to an original state thereof.
The pushing unit 540 includes a support plate 541 located at a position separated from the other end of the first shaft insertion hole 211, a support rod 542 extending from the front surface of the support plate 541 toward the other end of the first shaft insertion hole 211, a pushing plate 543 provided with one end, into which one end of the support rod 542 is slidably inserted, and the other end, into which the outer end of the pushing unit coupling part 531 of the third shaft 530 is slidably inserted, and a pushing projection 544 which extends from the front surface of one end of the pushing plate 543, into which the support rod 542 is inserted, and which is inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211. A spring 545 is provided on the outer surface of the support rod 542 between the pushing plate 543 and the support plate 541, and thus the pushing plate 543 is elastically supported by the spring 545.
FIGs. 6(a) and 6(b) are cross-sectional views illustrating insertion of the first shaft into the first coupling part, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view of FIG. 6(a).
Before the first shaft 310 is inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211, the second shaft 510 moves backward through manipulation of the first lever 520 and maintains the locking state thereof by means of the third shaft 530. Here, the spring 550 elastically supporting the second shaft 510 maintains a compressed state thereof.
When the first shaft 310 is inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211 and pushes the pushing projection 544 of the pushing unit 549, the pushing plate 543 formed integrally with the pushing projection 544 is pushed, the third shaft 530 moves backward, and locking of the second shaft 510 is released. Therefore, the second shaft 510 moves forward by elastic force of the spring 550, and the locking projection 512a formed at the end of the second shaft 510 is inserted into the latching groove 311 of the first shaft 310, thus locking the first shaft 310 under the condition that the first shaft 310 is inserted into the first shaft insertion hole 211.
FIG. 8 is a view illustrating pulling of the first levers in the outward direction to separate the second bed part from the first bed part, and FIGs. 9(a) and 9(b) are cross-sectional views illustrating relations between the first shaft and the first coupling part in the state of FIG. 8.
As shown in FIG. 8, when each of the first levers 520 is pulled in the outward direction of the first bed part 200, i.e., in the leftward or rightward direction of one side of the first bed part 200, the second shaft 510 forcibly retreats, the third shaft 530 is returned to an original state thereof by elastic force of the spring 560, locks the second shaft 510 and then maintains the locking state of the second shaft 510, as shown in FIG. 6(a), thereby releasing locking of the first shaft 310. Thereafter, when a user separates the first shaft 310 from the first shaft insertion hole 211 by holding the second bed part 300, as shown in FIG. 6(b), the pushing unit 540 is returned to an original state thereof by elastic force of the spring 545.
FIGs. 10(a) to 10(c) are cross-sectional views illustrating an angle adjustment structure of the second bed part.
A saw-toothed part 312 is formed at the other end of each of the first shafts 310 rotatably coupled with the left and right regions of the second bed part 300. The saw-toothed part 312 includes a plurality of saw teeth separated by designated intervals.
Angle adjustment levers 320, each of which is selectively inserted into a space between the saw teeth of the saw-toothed part 312 to adjust the rotating angle of the second bed part 300, are provided at both sides of the second bed part 300.
The angle adjustment lever 320 includes a handle 321 configured so as to be pulled toward the other side of the second bed part 300, a connection rod 322, one end of which is coupled with the handle 321, an insertion rod 323 coupled with the other end of the connection rod 322 and provided with one end inserted into the space between the saw teeth of the saw-toothed part 312, and a spring 324 provided on the outer surface of the insertion rod 323 to move the insertion rod 323 toward the saw-toothed part 312.
By causing a user to pull the handle 321 of the above-described angle adjustment lever 320 toward the other side of the second bed part 300, as shown in FIG. 10(b), the end of the insertion rod 323 is separated from the space between the saw teeth of the saw-toothed part 312. When the insertion rod 323 is separated from the space between the saw teeth of the saw-toothed part 312, the user adjusts the angle of the second bed part 300 by holding the second bed part 300. Here, the spring 324 is compressed. After the user releases force applied to the handle 321 after adjustment of the angle of the second bed part 300, the insertion rod 323 moves forward by restoring force of the spring 324 and is inserted into a space between saw teeth of the saw-toothed part 312, as shown in FIG. 10(c), thereby fixing the second bed part 300.
In this way, the user adjusts the angle of the second bed part 300 while holding the handles 321 of the angle adjustment levers 320 located at the left and right regions of the second bed part 300 with both hands. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, the angle of the second bed part 300 may be adjusted by connecting the two angle adjustment levers 320 using a connection bar (not shown) and then pulling the connection bar toward the other side of the second bed part 300.
FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view illustrating the third bed parts shown in FIG. 1 from the first bed part, and FIG. 12 is a plan view illustrating coupling of the third bed parts with the first bed part.
The third bed parts 400 are configured such that user’s legs may be placed on the third bed parts 400. Two third bed parts 400 are detachably coupled with the other side of the second bed part 300. The third bed parts 400 may be separated from the first bed part 200 by rotating second levers 630, which will be described later, provided on the third bed parts 400 upward.
FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B of FIG. 12.
The second coupling device 600 includes an insertion part 610, a locking part 620 and the second lever 630 provided on the third bed part 400.
The insertion part 610 is vertically formed on the third bed part 400, and is separably inserted into the coupling hole 221 of the second coupling part 220.
The locking part 620 includes a latch 621 rotatably coupled with the third bed part 400 and provided with a locking projection 621a protruding from the lower portion thereof and inserted into the locking groove 222 of the second coupling part 220, a spring 622 elastically supporting the latch 621 to push the locking projection 621a toward the second coupling part 220, and a bracket 623 provided with one end connected to the latch 621 and the other end contacting the second lever 630.
The second lever 630 is configured such that one end of the second lever 630 is rotatably coupled with the third bed part 400 and the other end of the second lever 630 is rotated upward and downward. The other end of the bracket 623 contacts the upper surface of the other end of the second lever 630.
FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view illustrating operation of the second levers to separate the third bed parts from the first bed part, and FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view illustrating separation of the third bed parts from the first bed part.
When a user rotates the other end of the second lever 630 upward, the other end of the bracket 623 is lifted up by the second lever 630, the lower end of the latch 621 coupled with the bracket 623 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, and thus the locking projection 621a is separated from the locking groove 222.
When the third bed part 400 is lifted up under the condition that the locking projection 621a of the latch 621 is separated from the locking groove 222, the insertion part 610 is separated from the coupling hole 221, and thus the third bed part 400 is separated from the first bed part 200, as shown in FIG. 15.
When the insertion part 610 is inserted into the coupling hole 221 of the second coupling part 220 to couple the third bed part 400 with the first bed part 200, the inclined surface of the locking projection 621a of the latch 621 is pushed along the surface of the second coupling part 220, and then the locking projection 621a is inserted into the locking groove 222 by elastic force of the spring 622 and is thus fixed. Thereby, the third bed part 400 is coupled with the first bed part 200.
FIG. 16 is a perspective view illustrating a plurality of ascending and descending covers shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 17 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a state in which two cover plates of the ascending and descending cover are separated.

The first and second coupling plates 121 and 122 are formed by bending both ends of the cover plates 110 inward.
Plural sideward openings 121a opened in the sideward direction are vertically separated from each other and formed at the ends of the first coupling plate 121, and upward openings 121b opened to the insides of the sideward openings 121a are formed under the respective sideward openings 121a.
FIG. 18 is a perspective view illustrating a process of coupling the two cover plates of the ascending and descending cover, and FIG. 19 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the two cover plates of the ascending and descending cover are coupled.
First, when the coupling clips 122a of the second coupling plate 122 are inserted into the sideward openings 121a of the first coupling plate 122 and then lowered to the insides of the upward openings 121b, the coupling clips 122a are inserted into the upward openings 121b, thereby coupling the first and second coupling plates 121 and 122 with each other.
FIG. 20 is a cross-sectional view illustrating connection between two ascending and descending covers.
A first fixing part 111 bent inward extends from the lower ends of the inner surfaces of the cover plates 110 of the ascending and descending cover 100, and a second fixing part 112 bent outward and engaged with the first fixing part 111 is formed at the upper ends of the inner surfaces of the cover plates 110. Here, from among the respective ascending and descending covers 100, the second fixing part 112 is not formed on the uppermost ascending and descending cover 100, and the first fixing part 111 is not formed on the lowermost ascending and descending cover 100.
Through the above-described structure of the ascending and descending covers 100, when the uppermost ascending and descending cover 100 is raised, other ascending and descending covers 100 provided with the first and second fixing parts 111 and 112 engaged with each other and located under the uppermost ascending and descending cover 100 are raised too. On the other hand, when the ascending and descending covers 100 are lowered, engagement between the first and second fixing parts 111 and 112 is released and thus the ascending and descending covers 100 overlap each other. The respective ascending and descending covers 100 are manufactured in different sizes such that the upper ascending and descending cover 100 surrounds the lower ascending and descending cover 100.
FIG. 21 is a plan view illustrating a remote controller shown in FIG. 1.
