Background
The operating bed is composed of a base part, a column part and a table top part. The table top part of the operating table is usually composed of a head plate, a back plate, a hip plate and a leg plate. The head plate can be selected from standard head plates, double-joint head plates, ear-nose-throat head plates and the like, the back plate can be upgraded into a double back plate and can be replaced by a perspective carbon fiber back plate, and the leg plates comprise an integral leg plate, a long leg-separating leg plate, a short leg-separating leg plate and the like. Different surgeries place different demands on the surgical table. For example, the initial state of the operating table is that each module is completely installed, and the operating table can be applied to a conventional general surgery operation, and if a five-sense-organ surgery operation is to be performed after the surgical operation, the operating table needs to be quickly replaced by a special head plate before the operation; if the obstetrics and gynecology operation is required, the leg plate needs to be quickly removed, and corresponding accessories are installed; if a compound operation is needed and image scanning is needed in the operation, the bed plate of the whole bed needs to be replaced by a carbon fiber bed plate.
At present, domestic hospitals have more patients and less operating rooms. Many patients who are urgent to perform surgery have to wait for some time because the operating room is not sufficient, and may delay treatment. Therefore, when operating rooms are managed, a high demand is placed on the time for changing the table between two operations. The shorter the change time, the higher the operating room utilization.
In the same type of products in the current market, the connection between the bed plates mostly adopts a screw and nut structure. When one operation is finished and another operation needs to be carried out, the screws at the connecting part of the original bed plate are unscrewed, the original bed plate is removed, and then a new bed plate is connected by the screws in a rotating way. This method is time consuming and labor consuming, increases the working pressure of the nurse personnel, and the operation process is inefficient, wasting a lot of unnecessary time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a quick dismounting mechanism for a modular table top of an operating table, which is convenient to operate, can save the table changing time of the operating table and improve the utilization efficiency of an operating room.
In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a quick disassembling and assembling mechanism for a modular table top of an operating table, comprising a base part, a column part fixedly connected to the upper end of the base part, and a table top part fixedly connected to the top end of the column part, wherein the table top part is composed of a plurality of tables, and a set of disassembling and assembling mechanisms are installed on both sides of the bottom of each table top along the length direction, the disassembling and assembling mechanism comprises a main body, a plug rod is fixedly connected to one end of the main body, an annular groove is formed on the circumferential surface of the plug rod, a plug hole matched with the plug rod is formed at the other end of the main body, a spring hook groove is formed on the outer side of the main body near one end of the plug hole, a spring hook is rotatably installed in the spring hook groove through a rotating fulcrum, and when the plug rod is inserted into the plug hole of an adjacent main body, the spring hook is clamped into the corresponding annular groove, the wall of the spring hook groove is provided with a spring groove, a spring is arranged in the spring groove, and two ends of the spring are fixedly connected with the spring hook and the spring groove respectively.
Preferably, the snap hook groove is in communication with the plug hole, and when the plug rod is inserted into the plug hole of an adjacent body, the annular groove is positioned to correspond to the snap hook groove.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, by designing a fixing mode that the spring draw hook is clamped into the annular clamping groove, different modules of the table top of the operating table can be very quickly disassembled and assembled. When the table top module is detached, each part of the table top of the operating table can be easily and quickly detached only by slightly pulling the spring drag hook; when a new table-board module is installed, the plug rod is only needed to be plugged into the plug hole, and the table-board module can be locked by clicking one sound. One draws a stopper, only needs the time of several seconds, and easy operation has saved the time that the operation table traded the platform greatly, lets the mesa of operation table tear open and trade more conveniently, trades a platform operation more high-efficient.

As shown in fig. 1-5, the present invention provides a quick dismounting mechanism for modular table top of operating table, including a base portion 1, a column portion 2 fixed on the upper end of the base portion 1, and a table portion 3 fixed on the top end of the column portion 2, wherein the table portion 3 is composed of a plurality of tables, and a set of dismounting mechanism 4 is installed on both sides of the bottom of each table along the length direction, the dismounting mechanism 4 includes a main body 41, one end of the main body 41 is fixed with a plug rod 42, the circumferential surface of the plug rod 42 is installed with a ring-shaped groove 421, the other end of the main body 41 is installed with a plug hole 43 adapted to the plug rod 42, the outer side of one end of the main body 41 close to the plug hole 43 is installed with a spring hook groove 44, the spring hook 45 is installed in the spring hook groove 44 by rotating a fulcrum 443, when the plug rod 42 is inserted into the plug hole 43 of the adjacent main body 41, the snap hook 45 is clamped into the corresponding annular groove 421, a spring groove 441 is formed in the groove wall of the spring hook groove 44, a return spring 442 is installed in the spring groove 441, and two ends of the return spring 442 are fixedly connected with the snap hook 45 and the spring groove 441 respectively.

The working principle is as follows: the point B of the snap hook 45 is pulled out by fingers in the direction of an arrow, as shown in fig. 4, at this time, the snap hook 45 rotates with the rotating fulcrum 443 as a fulcrum, the surface a compresses the return spring 442 pushing against the snap hook 45, the surface C of the snap hook 45 contacts with the surface C of the main body for limitation, as shown in fig. 5, then the plunger rod 42 of the table board to be mounted on the operating table is inserted into the adjacent plunger hole 43, so that the annular groove 421 faces the snap hook 45, at this time, the fingers are released, the snap hook 45 resets under the action of elastic force, and is just clamped into the annular groove 421, and locking and fixing are realized. One plug is pulled, only a few seconds are needed, the operation is simple, and the time for changing the table of the operating table is greatly saved.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 6, compared with embodiment 1, in order to meet different requirements of different operations on the operating table, in this embodiment, a leg plate 31 is replaced by a carbon fiber bed plate 35, a seat plate extension plate 36 is added between the carbon fiber bed plate 35 and the seat plate 32, a head plate extension plate 37 is added between the back plate 33 and the head plate 34, and both sides of the bottom of each table plate are provided with the same dismounting mechanism 4 as in embodiment 1. In practical applications, different modular platens can be selectively replaced according to specific surgical requirements, and the range is not limited to that described in the embodiment.
In conclusion, the invention designs the fixing mode that the spring draw hook is clamped into the annular clamping groove, so that different modules of the table top of the operating table can be quickly disassembled and assembled, the table top of the operating table can be more conveniently disassembled and replaced, and the table replacing operation is more efficient.
