Abstract

La présente invention porte une bouteille de boisson ayant une fermeture hermétiquement refermable (32). La bouteille de boisson comprend une embouchure, l'embouchure comprend un renflement orienté vers l'extérieur. La fermeture comprend un capuchon, comprenant un disque (16) apte à couvrir l'ouverture de l'embouchure. Le capuchon comprend de plus une jupe périphérique ondulée (18) qui a une pluralité de fentes axiales élastiques (20). La fermeture comprend de plus un collier (12) comprenant une section supérieure (26), une section inférieure (30) et une section intermédiaire (28), cette dernière définissant une saillie orientée vers l'intérieur (32). Les sections définissent un espace interne recevant le capuchon et permettant au capuchon d'être mobile axialement. Dans un état fermé de la fermeture (32), la saillie orientée vers l'intérieur (32) comprime la jupe (18) vers l'intérieur pour un verrouillage mutuel avec le renflement orienté vers l'extérieur. Dans un état ouvert de la fermeture, la saillie orientée vers l'intérieur est disposée au voisinage du disque, de telle sorte que la jupe prend un état non comprimé.
