背景技术
|0002] 采血笔是一种发射装置, 通常与一次性采血针配套使用, 其中 ¾血笔可重复使用, 而采血针为了避免交叉传染仅为一次性使用。 采血笔的发展已有数十年历史, 其中对采血笔 的改进也经历了许多阶段, 目前采血笔正走向成熟阶段, 但在采血笔发展过程中使用安全性 仍然是本领域技术人员关注的问题。
[0003] 中国专利 CN2479917Y曾公告授权了一件名称为 《采血器》 的实用新型专利。 该专 利公开的是一种采血笔, 这种采血笔使用前的操作方法是: 第一步, 旋转打开笔盖; 第二 步, 插装一次性使用的采血针, 并拧掉采血针的保护帽; 第三步, 旋转套上笔盖; 第四步, 拉动采血笔尾部的笔套使采血针进入发射前的锁定状态, 即可使用。 由于当时受技术水平的 限制, 这种采血笔的设计存在安全性缺陷, 即在第二步插装一次性使用的采血针时因需要一 定插推力, 可能会使发射机构提前进入发射前的锁定状态, 此时使用者一旦不小心误触到发 射按钮, 采血针将立即发射。 这种误发射对使用者来说可能会直接造成伤害, 因此从采血笔 的设计来看存在安全隐患。
【0004】 为了解决上述安全性问题, 之后中国专利 CN101518450A公开了一件名称为 《穿剌 装置》 的发明专利申请案。 该专利申请的技术方案能够保证在插装采血针时不会提前进入发 射前的锁定状态, 只有当笔盖盖上之后才能拉动采血笔尾部的笔套使发射机构进入发射前的 锁定状态。 这种设计克服了上述安全性缺陷, 但随之又带来了另外两方面问题。 第一是结构 复杂, 有的零部件制造难度大, 生产成本增加; 第二是使用者在安装过采血针之后, 由于其 它因素干扰无法确定之前是否安装好采血针时, 通常会打幵笔盖进行观察。 此时发射机构会 产生误发射, 一不小心也会给使用者造成伤害, 因此同样存在安全隐患。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的是要设计一种使用安全性好, 而且结构相对简单的采血笔, 旨在解决 上述采血笔在使用操作过程中存在的安全隐患。
10006] 为达到上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种安全采血笔, 由笔头和笔身两部 分组成, 笔头内部沿轴向设有弹射腔, 弹射腔的前端设有出针孔, 笔身中装配有射杆和射击 弹簧, 射杆头部设有插装采血针的插座, 笔身侧部设有触发按钮, 笔身尾部设有尾拉手, 笔 头的后端作为第一连接端, 笔身的前部对应该第一连接端设有第二连接端, 其创新在于: 所述第一连接端与第二连接端插拔连接。
[0007] 所述第一连接端上设有一推杆, 该推杆从第一连接端伸出并指向第二连接端。
f0008] 对应所述推扞在第二连接端上沿笔身轴向设有一段管体, 管体朝向推杆一端的管壁 上沿轴向开设有插槽, 插槽在笔身径向贯穿管壁。

[ooioi 所述插槽在笔身轴向上由一段滑动槽、 一段过渡槽和一段锁死槽依次连接构成, 在 笔身径向上, 滑动槽和锁死槽的宽度大于闩头的宽度, 过渡槽的宽度大于推杆的宽度, 同时 小于闩头的宽度; 滑动槽与过渡槽的连接处形成有阻挡肩, 过渡槽与锁死槽的连接处形成有 锁死肩, 锁死肩的端部设有卡锁斜面, 所述触发按钮位于锁死槽上方, 卡锁斜面朝向触发按 钮; 所述推杆或 /和闩舌的端部设有推让斜面 , 推让斜面与卡锁斜面在空间中形成交叉。
[0011] 当笔头与笔身分离, 并且射击弹簧处于自由状态时, 闩头位于滑动槽中, 在此状态下 向插座插装采血针时, 插装推力迫使闩头后部的闩钩与阻挡肩配合, 从而阻止闩头从滑动槽 向锁死槽滑动: 当笔头插入笔身连接时, 推杆随之插入滑动槽和过渡槽, 在插入过程中推杆 通过推让斜面推动闩头及弹性臂向笔身内侧弯曲变形, 在此状态下向后拉动尾拉手时, 射杆 通过弹性臂带动闩头从下方跨越过渡槽进入锁死槽中, 当尾拉手恢复原位时, 在射击弹簧的 弹性力和弹性臂的弹性力共同作用下, 闩头前部的闩舌抵靠在锁死肩的卡锁斜面与推杆端部 形成的卡口中, 并进入发射前的锁定状态; 当按下触发按钮时, 触发按钮作用于闩头, 闩舌 沿卡锁斜面向下滑动, 直至脱钩进入射击状态; 在发射前的锁定状态下, 当笔头从笔身拔出 时, 推杆随之从滑动槽和过渡槽中抽出, 此时在射击弹簧的弹性力作用下, 闩舌沿卡锁斜面 向上滑动至锁死肩顶面形成锁死状态, 在此状态下触发按钮的按压失效。

1.木发明采血笔在插装采血针时, ώ于闩头位于滑动槽中, 插装推力在带动闩头向后移动 时, 闩头后部的闩钩受阻挡肩阻挡停止向后移动, 因此不会因插装推力使发射机构提前进入 发射前的锁定状态。 只有当笔头插入笔身连接后才能拉动尾拉手, 使发射机构进入发射前的 锁定状态, 从而解决了采血笔在安装采血针时可能存在的安全隐患。

实施例: 一种安全采血笔
如图 1〜图 3所示, 该安全采血笔由笔头 1和笔身 2两部分组成, 其中, 笔头 Ι ώ以下四个 零件组装而成: 调节帽 3、 调节圈 4、 弹性圈 5和调节内芯 6。 这四个零件的立体图见图 1, 组装图见图 3。 在笔头 1 中, 调节内芯 6内部沿轴向设有弹射腔, 弹射腔的前端设有出针孔 37, 调节内芯 6与调节圈 4焊接或卡接固定, 调节帽 3与弹性圈 5卡接固定, 调节帽 3套装 在调节内芯 6的头部。 当转动调节帽 3时, 调节帽 3相对调节内芯 6轴向移动, 从而实现调 节针剌深度的功能。 笔身 2由以下十二个零件组装而成: 射杆 7、 射击弹簧 8、 中套 9、 触 发按钮 10、 外套 1 1、 卸针杆 12、 内套 13、 复位弹簧 14、 指示套 15、 尾拉手 16、 透明圈 17 和尾帽 18。 这二十个零件的立体图见图 1, 组装图见图 3。 在笔身 2中, 中套 9装在外套 I I 内, 中套 9的前端从外套 1】 的前端伸出, 中套 9与外套 1 1紧配合后固定连接, 触发按钮 10的尾部定位在中套 9的定位孔上, 触发按钮 10的头部座落在外套 1 1侧部所设的按钮孔 中。 尾拉手 16安装在外套 1 1的尾部, 并相对外套 1 1滑动连接, 内套 13在尾拉手 16内固 定连接, 尾拉手 16的尾部固定连接有透明圈 17和尾帽 18。 卸针杆 12滑动安装在外套 1 1 上, 卸针杆 12的推针杆伸入射杆 7内部。 射杆 7装在中套 9内并相对中套 9轴向滑动连 接, 射杆 7头部设有插装釆血针 35的插座 36, 尾部套装有射击弹簧 8, 射击弹簧 8在轴向 作用于射杆 7与中套 9之间。 复位弹簧 14在轴向作用于内套 13与指示套 15之间。

安装采血针状态
如图 1 1所示, 当笔头 1与笔身 2分离, 并且射击弹簧 8处于自由状态时, 闩头 25位于滑动 槽 28中, 在此状态下向插座 36插装采血针 35时, 插装推力迫使闩头 25后部的闩钩 27与 阻挡肩 3】配合, 从而阻止闩头 25从滑动槽 28向锁死槽 30滑动。
[0028] 在插装采血针 35的过程中, 插装推力使闩头 25在滑动槽 28中向后移动, 见图 12 和图 13。 当闩头 25移动到滑动槽 28后端时, 阻挡肩 31阻挡闩头 25继续向后移动, 从而 停止向后移动, 见图 14和图 15。 采血针 35安装到位后, 在射击弹簧 8的作用下, 闩头 25 回伸到原位。 在装好采血针 35后, 如果没有插装上笔头 1, 由于阻挡肩 31的阻挡作用, 整 个采血笔不能拉动尾拉手 16进入发射前的锁定状态。 这是本发明为了实现使用操作安全而 体现的重要特征之一。

如图 ] 6所示, 当笔头】插入笔身 2连接时, 推杆 21随之插入滑动槽 28和过渡槽 29, 在插 入过程中推杆 2]通过推让斜面 34推动闩头 25及弹性臂 24向笔身 2内侧弯曲变形, 并且从 过渡槽 29下方开始跨越过渡槽 29。 这一过程可以从图 17〜图 24中看出, 其中, 图 17和图 1 8表示插装笔头 1 吋推杆 21通过闩头 25推动射杆 7向后移动: 图 19和图 20表示推杆 21 迫使闩头 25和弹性臂 24向笔身 2内侧弯曲变形: 图 21和图 22表示闩头 25从过渡槽 29下 方开始跨越过渡槽 29并向后移动; 图 23和图 24表示插装好笔头 1后闩头 25从过渡槽 29 下方跨越过渡槽 29的情节。

如图 29所示, 当按下触发按钮 ] 0吋, 触发按钮 10作用于闩头 25, 闩 26沿卡锁斜面 33 向下滑动, 直至脱钩进入射击状态。 这一过程可以从图 30和图 31 中看出, 其中, 图 30表 示按下触发按钮 W时的状态, 图 3】表示按下触发按钮】0吋闩头 25脱钩的状态。 发射后射 杆 7在复位弹簧 14的作用下回缩, 使发射后采血针 35的针尖不会外露。

如图 32所示, 在发射前的锁定状态下, 当笔头 1从笔身 2拔出时, 推杆 21随之从滑动槽
28和过渡槽 29中抽出, 此时在射击弹簧 8的弹性力作用下, 闩舌 26沿卡锁斜面 33向上滑 动至锁死肩 32顶面形成锁死状态, 在此状态下触发按钮 10的按压失效。 这一过程可以从图
33〜图 36中看出, 其中, 图 33和图 34表示拔出笔头 1时闩头 25回弹并在锁死肩 32上锁 死; 图 35和图 36表示拔出笔头 1后触发按钮 10按压失效的情节。 此时整个采血笔处于锁 死状态, 这也是本发明为了实现使用操作安全而体现的重要特征之二。
[0033] 总之, 本发明为了实现采血笔的使用操作安全, 主要体现在以下两方面:
第一, 当操作者插装釆血针时, 插装推力不会使采血笔的发射机构提前进入锁定状态。 而在 未插上笔头时, 即使拉动尾拉手也不会使采血笔的发射机构提前进入锁定状态。 这样可以避 免因误操作发射可能给操作者造成的伤害。
10034] 第二, 在采血笔处于待发射状态时, 如果拔出笔头, 不会触发采血笔的发射机构。 在这种情况下即使操作者按压按钮也无法触发采血笔的发射机构。 这样可以避免操作者因不 小心碰到按钮可能给操作者造成的伤害。
10035] 另外, 参见图 29所示, 为了操作者能够很容易的识别采血笔内发射机构所处的状 态, 在笔身 2的尾部设置了透明圈 17, 并旦在射杆 7的尾部设置了指示套 15 (带红色标 识), 当射杆 7处于发射前的锁定状态时, 指示套 1 5在笔身 2内部轴向上位于透明圈 17位 置。 当操作者观察到透明圈 17带红色标识时, 说明此吋采血笔内发射机构处于发射前的锁 定状态; 当操作者观察到透明圈】7不带红色标识吋, 说明此吋采血笔内发射机构处于自由 状态。 [0036J 上述实施例只为说明木发明的技术构思及特点' 其 的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士 能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施, 并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围 '- 凡根据本发明精祌 实质所作的等效变化或修饰, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的安全采血笔, 其特征在于: 所述笔身 (2:) 尾部设有透明圈 (17), 射杆 (7) 尾部设有指示套 (】5), 当射杆 (7) 处于发射前的锁定状态时, 指示套 (15) 在笔身 (2) 内部轴向上位于透明圈 (17) 位置。
