1. 结构紧凑、 装配便捷、 安全性好、 成本较低。 采用箱体和盆体的组合 结构, 便于装配和拆卸, 每个绿墙装置可互相搭接固定, 一般只需要将底层 和顶层的绿墙装置通过装置上的固定孔口固定在支撑体上就能使立面绿墙安 全固定, 对于一些高大的绿墙, 也只需适当增加一些固定点, 就能使整个绿 墙系统固定牢靠、 稳定安全; 而且由于无需庞大的骨架, 能比较好得控制成 本; 此外, 将盆体斜插入箱体, 更加以承载部或限位部的固定, 既能使盆体 在插入箱体后非常稳固, 又能在需要将盆体移除时十分方便。
2. 灌溉系统合理均匀高效, 养护非常简便。 每一组绿墙装置都有一个独 立的种植灌溉体系, 在绿墙系统的顶部安设输水管, 只需将输水管中的水从 顶层的绿墙装置的进水部引入到箱体, 箱体底部积水后, 当水位高于排水口, 水便从排水口流向下方绿墙装置的箱体, 依此类推, 水就能迅速地传导到最 底层绿墙装置的箱体, 而多余的水也能从最底层绿墙装置的排水口排出; 盆 体底部的进水口位于箱体的底板和排水口之间, 就能使水分进入盆体并通过 盆体内种植介质的毛细管上升, 或为植物所吸收利用或被蒸腾和蒸发实现热 交换, 通过这样一个合理的灌溉体系以实现高效均匀的绿墙渗灌系统; 将盆 体底部的进水口用滤布填充或覆盖, 既可以防止盆体内的颗粒物进入箱体使 箱体发生淤积现象而破坏渗灌系统, 同时又可以对进入盆体的水分进行过滤, 以防止或延缓盆体内种植介质的退化; 此外, 在具体应用时只需根据输水速 度和绿墙的大小高度等进行一次输水试验就能确定每次输水时从开始输水至 最后一个绿墙装置的箱体中产生排水所需要的时间, 也就能非常简便的通过 对输水阀门进行定时控制而实现自动渗灌; 而如果需要施肥, 则只需在水源 中加入速溶肥, 就能在灌溉的同时快速高效地进行施肥。
3. 功能齐全, 适用性广, 符合植物生长习性, 既可种花, 又可种菜, 美观性好。 本绿墙装置能够组合成平面、 弧形和圆形等不同的形状, 可以适 应平面、 斜面、 弧面和圆柱等不同形状的立面基体, 既可以依墙而立, 也可 以悬空或依靠一定的支撑体而立; 由于本绿墙装置箱体上的正面板是互相搭 接的, 从外部看不到背后的箱体及墙体等立面基体, 并且整个绿墙系统只需 很少的固定点就能固定牢靠、 稳定安全, 因此, 本绿墙装置既能适用于已经 过装潢的立面以避免破坏, 也能够适用于各种粗糙的立面基体, 并保证绿墙 整体的美观性; 本绿墙装置箱体和盆体的斜插组合, 可以使箱体做得很薄 (5CM左右), 使绿墙系统既少占空间, 又紧凑美观; 本绿墙装置还可以通过 制作原料的变化, 使其拥有阻燃性和耐高低温等性能, 以适应不同气候环境 条件和不同功能的需求; 本绿墙装置的盆体容量做得相对较大, 并且由于其 处于斜体的状态, 符合植物的生长习性, 植物生长效果好, 同时又可以很方 便的进行调换, 因此它不仅可以用来进行绿化又可以充分利用空间种植蔬菜, 以适应正在兴起的 "空中菜园"、 "社区菜园" 的需要。 附图说明

在下文中连同附图一起提供对本发明的一个或一个以上实施例的详细描 述, 附图说明本发明的原理。 结合这些实施例来描述本发明, 但本发明并不 限于任何实施例。 本发明的范围仅由权利要求书限制, 且本发明涵盖许多替 代方案、 修改和等效物。 在以下描述中陈述许多特定细节以便提供对本发明 的透彻理解。 出于实例的目的而提供这些细节, 且可在没有一些或所有这些 特定细节的情况下根据权利要求书来实践本发明。 出于清楚起见, 尚未详细 描述与本发明相关的技术领域中已知的技术材料, 以免不必要地混淆本发明。 实施例 1
请同时参阅图 1与图 2, 自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 包括 箱体 1和盆体 2,箱体 1上具有供盆体 2插入的镂空部分 111的面为正面板 11, 盆体 2的底部朝下从该正面板 11的镂空部分 111斜插入箱体 1的内部, 插入 箱体 1内的盆体 2底部的下端设有进水口 21,该进水口 21处被土工布填充和 覆盖, 一方面可以防止盆体 2内的颗粒物进入箱体 1使箱体 1发生淤积现象 而破坏渗灌系统, 另一方面可以对进入盆体 2 的水分进行过滤, 减少水分中 的有害物质危害种植介质和植物, 防止或延缓盆体 2内种植介质的退化。 其中, 箱体 1由正面板 11、 背板 12、 底板 14和两个侧板 13构成一个输 水、 储水的立方形容器。 箱体 1顶部为空 (无顶板) 而形成进水部, 底板 14 向上设有中空的竖管 15, 该竖管 15与箱体 1下方的外部空间联通, 竖管 15 顶部即形成排水口 16, 盆体 2的进水口 21位于箱体 1的排水口 16和底板 14 之间, 以便可以接触到箱体内的水, 当水不断从进水部进入, 水位超过排水 口 16时, 水从竖管 15排出, 流入下方相邻绿墙装置的箱体内。
本实施例中的盆体 2为圆柱形, 盆体 2斜向插入正面板 11, 以防止盆体 2内的绿化、 土壤、 水落出, 镂空部分 111呈椭圆形, 正面板 11在镂空部分 111下沿向外的斜上方向 (即向箱体 1外) 延伸设有弧形承载板 112, 以托住 该盆体 2。 盆体 2底部插入至箱体 1后, 由于空间大小所限, 在其底部的上端 具有一斜面 22, 用以抵贴住箱体 1的背板 12。
在其他实施例中, 也可以在镂空部分上沿向内的斜下方向 (即向箱体内) 延伸设置弧形限位板, 压住盆体的下部。
本实施例中, 箱体 1和盆体 2的材料选用 PE或 PP, 同时根据使用地的 温度和功能要求的不同在材料中加入一种或多种助剂, 如阻燃剂、 抗 UV助 剂或抗氧剂等。
在立面绿墙系统的应用中, 如图 2, 箱体 1的正面板 11的左、 下两个相 邻边缘各设有两个连接件 19, 正面板 11的两个侧边向两侧延伸, 形成两块延 伸板 113, 以便于与左右相邻绿墙装置的正面板延伸板相连。箱体 1的正面板 11内侧向下延伸有凸块 18, 背板 12的内侧向下延伸有凸条 17, 凸块 18和凸 条 17的宽度设置成正好是箱体内壁的宽度, 也就是说凸块 18和凸条 17是沿 着箱体的内角延伸出来的。 在正面板 11下边缘的连接件 19与下方相邻绿墙 装置的正面板相连接, 同时, 由于凸块 18和凸条 17均沿着箱体的内角向内 而设, 可以插入到下方箱体的顶部, 可以使箱体的前后左右得到限位, 这样, 整个绿墙装置的上下前后左右六个方向就得到了固定。
在整个绿墙系统的最上排和最下排绿墙装置, 通过在它们的正面板镂空 部分上沿上方的固定孔 114和对应位置箱体背板上半部的孔钻入固定件, 就 可以将所有绿墙装置都固定在支撑体上。 必要时, 若绿墙系统较高大, 在中 间的绿墙装置上也加以固定件固定, 增加整个绿墙系统的牢固性。
在圆柱形绿墙系统的应用中, 在最上排和最下排绿墙装置的箱体侧板上 开设通孔, 穿入钢丝以固定在圆柱形支撑体上; 必要时, 在中间的几排绿墙 装置上也可以开设通孔或凹口进行加固。 实施例 2 在实施例 1 的基础上, 在整体发明构思的基础上, 盆体 2的构造以及盆 体 2和箱体 1之间可以有其他组合; 箱体 1与支撑体的固定也可有其他方法, 例如: 可以通过固定件将箱体 1 固定在龙骨或墙面等类似立面上, 或者先将 箱体 1固定在龙骨上之后, 再通过龙骨固定于墙面或其他类似立面上。
请同时参阅图 3至图 5, 自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置的其他 实施方式。 其中每个单元中包括一个箱体 1和两个盆体, 即盆体 2和盆体 2', 其中箱体 1上具有 2个分别供盆体 2和盆体 2'插入的镂空部分的面为正面板 11, 盆体 2和盆体 2'的底部朝下从该正面板 11的镂空部位 111斜插入箱体 1 的内部。 在实际安装过程中, 可以根据实际需要, 所述每个单元也可以包括 一个箱体 1和两个盆体 2,或者包括一个箱体 1和两个盆体 2,。本领域技术人 员也可以根据实际需要, 通过调整实施例 1 中的绿墙装置以及本实施例中的 绿墙装置的铸造尺寸来进行任意组合及拼接。
在本实施例中, 所述盆体 2的外部侧边上设有定位栓 202, 所述盆体 2' 的外部侧面除定位栓 202以外, 还设有阻挡栓 201。 在实际安装操作过程中, 对于像盆体 2这样设有定位栓 202的盆体而言, 在将盆体 2插入到箱体 1的 镂空部分时, 需要将定位栓 202插入定位孔 116; 而对于像盆体 2'这样既设有 定位栓 202, 又设有阻挡栓 201的盆体来说, 安装时, 需要先将阻挡栓 201插 入定位孔 116中之后, 旋转盆体 2'以将定位栓 202再插入定位孔 116之中。 定位孔 116与所述定位栓 201及所述阻挡栓 202匹配。 定位孔配合定位栓的 设计可以起到将盆体固定于箱体的作用, 阻挡栓具备防盗性能。
参见图 3及图 4, 在正面板 11上, 位于两个镂空部位之间, 且位于正面 板 11上方处开有一长方形的紧固装置操作窗口 115,在背板 12与之相对应的 地方设有一主紧固装置固定口 123及两个副紧固装置固定口 124,在实际安装 的时候, 操作者可以通过紧固装置操作窗口 115, 通过螺丝或其他固定件将箱 体固定在支撑体上, 进而实现整个绿墙装置在支撑体上的固定。 在实际操作 过程中, 也可以设置与所述紧固装置操作窗口相匹配的盖子 (未示出)。
在实际安装操作过程中, 可以直接将如图 3 中所示的若干个绿墙装置从 上至下通过龙骨固定, 这样不仅可以方便现场操作, 节约人力成本, 也有利 于在一些不太平整的墙面上进行固定, 还可以方便地将其组合成弧形或圆柱 形等。 参见图 4, 在背板 12上还可以设有从上至下延伸的凹口 121, 以便当 支撑体上存在一些诸如螺丝头这样的小凸起时, 保证箱体 1固定时的平整度。 如图 3所示, 在背板 12上对应于所述两个镂空部分的位置, 还分别开有紧固 装置固定口 122。在实际安装的时候, 操作者也可以通过所述紧固装置固定口 122, 通过膨胀螺丝或其他固定件将箱体固定在支撑体上实现对所述绿墙装置 的固定。 因此, 对于本发明的箱体而言, 本领域的技术人员可以根据实际需 要, 在所述箱体 1上设置所述主紧固装置固定口 123、 副紧固装置固定口 124 以及紧固装置固定口 122中的任意一种或多种的组合。
图 5中示出了盆体 2和盆体 2'的内部构造图。 从图 5中可以看出, 所述 盆体 2的底部 203上开有若干细孔 204,盆体 2'的底部 203上除了开有若干个 细孔 204外, 还沿盆体底部的边沿开有若干长形细孔 205。细孔 204及长形细 孔 205, 可以将从盆口浇入的过多水分快速排除。这些细孔同时又起着进水口 的作用。所述细孔均匀分布于所述盆体的底部,所述细孔的孔径为 1.8~2.2mm, 所述细孔孔径既能减少盆体内的介质流入箱体, 又保证其不被堵塞。
所述长形排水孔 205的目的在于保证即使在细孔 204被堵塞之后, 也依 然能够保证及时排水及进水。 所述长形排水孔 205的宽度范围为 1.8~2.2mm。 图 5中也示出了盆体 2的上部边沿设有两个固定开口 206,固定开口 206可以 用于通过扎带或绳子等将盆体固定在箱体上以进一步加固所述盆体, 并实现 进一步的防盗功能。
在本实施例中所示出的由一个箱体和两个对应的盆体所形成的绿墙装置 中, 所述箱体底部设有相邻的两个排水管 207, 所述两个排水管 207位于所述 盆体 2及盆体 2'之间, 设置两个排水管能够保证排水及时。
虽然已经出于理解清楚的目的而以某种详细程度描述了前述实施例, 但 本发明不限于所提供的细节。 存在许多替代方式来实施本发明。 所揭示的实 施例为说明性的而非限制性的。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其特征在于: 其包括 盆体和箱体, 该箱体上具有供盆体插入的镂空部分的面为正面板, 该 盆体底部朝下从该正面板的镂空部分斜插入箱体的内部, 插入箱体内 的盆体底部的下端设有进水口, 该箱体的上部具有进水部, 其下部设 有排水口, 且该盆体的进水口位于箱体的排水口和底板之间, 该箱体 正面板在镂空部分下沿向外的斜上方向延伸设有承载部或 /和在镂空 部分上沿向内的斜下方向延伸设有限位部, 以防止盆体掉落。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于: 该箱体内固定设有中空的竖管, 该竖管与箱体下方的外部 空间联通, 竖管顶部即形成排水口。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于: 该箱体呈立方形, 其具有正面板、 背板、 底板和两个侧板, 其顶部为空而形成进水部。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于:该正面板四条边缘中相邻的两条边缘上各设有数个连接件, 用以与相邻绿墙装置的正面板相固定。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于: 该正面板的两侧边缘向两侧延伸成两块延伸板, 该连接件 设于该延伸板上, 用以与左右相邻的绿墙装置相连接。
6. 根据权利要求 3所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于: 该箱体正面板或 /和背板底端的内侧向下延伸有凸块, 用以 插入下方相邻绿墙装置的箱体顶部而相互固定。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于: 该正面板镂空部分上沿上方和背板上半部对应位置还设有 固定孔, 用以通过固定件固定在支撑体上。
8. 根据权利要求 3所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于:该箱体两侧板上还设有通孔或箱体两侧板的顶端设有凹口, 用以穿过固定件固定在支撑体上。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于: 所述箱体的正面板中上部开设有紧固装置操作窗口, 且在 背板上与所述紧固装置操作窗口相对应处设有紧固装置固定口。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于: 所述箱体的正面板的镂空部分上沿上方开有定位孔; 所述 盆体的外部侧边上设有与所述定位孔相匹配的定位栓。
11.根据权利要求 1所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于: 所述箱体的正面板的镂空部分上沿上方开有定位孔; 所述 盆体的外部侧边上设有与所述定位孔相匹配的阻挡栓。
12.根据权利要求 1所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于: 所述箱体的背板上设有从上至下延伸的凹口。
13.根据权利要求 1所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于: 在所述箱体的背板上对应于所述两个镂空部分的位置, 分 别开有紧固装置固定口。
14.根据权利要求 1所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置, 其 特征在于: 所述盆体的底部开有具有进水及排水功能的孔。
15.根据权利要求 14所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置,其 特征在于: 所述孔包括细孔和长形细孔。
16.根据权利要求 15所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置,其 特征在于: 所述细孔的孔径为 1.5~3mm ; 所述长形细孔的宽度为 1.5~3mm。
17.根据权利要求 1至 16任一项所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿 墙装置, 其特征在于: 该盆体的进水口处被滤布填充或覆盖。
根据权利要求 17所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置,其 特征在于: 该滤布为土工布。
根据权利要求 1至 18任一项所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿 墙装置, 其特征在于: 所述箱体和盆体的材质为 PP或 PE。
根据权利要求 19所述的自渗灌可搭接斜插组合式多功能绿墙装置,其 特征在于: 所述箱体和盆体还含有阻燃剂、 抗 UV助剂或抗氧剂中的 一种或多种。
