Abstract
一种干手器的进出风装置,包括底座(1)、固定连接在底座上的风机(2)、与风机连接的电热器(3)、进风口(4)、出风口(5),所述的出风口(5)的顶部设置为抛物线形,提高了出风效率;进风口(4)内设有将进风口(4)一分为二的挡板(10),出风口(5)设有一个或多个挡板(6),阻止了电机声音从进风口(4)和出风口(5)外泄。本申请的结构紧凑、噪音低,出风效率高且适用于不同的干手器上。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于干手器的技术领域,特别涉及一种干手器的进出风装置。
背景技术
现在尽管干手器的种类各式各样,但是大部分还是通过电加热来实现加热功能,风机吹出的风通过发热的元件后成为热风,从而把人们手上的水份烘干,如果提高烘干速度,就需要提高加热元件的温度,为了避免高温伤到人手,又需要增加通风量,提高风机的功率,但是噪音大,另外,由于干手器在使用中难免会把周边的异物吸入,影响进出风的效率,因此这种干手器还需要进一步的改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供结构紧凑、噪音低,出风效率高的一种干手器的进出风装置。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种干手器的进出风装置,包括底座、风机、电热器、进风口和出风口。风机固定连接在底座上,电热器与风机连接。所述的进风口内设有将进风口一分为二的挡板。所述的出风口内设有一个或一个以上的挡板,出风口的顶部设置为抛物线形。
上述的进风口内的挡板的下部两侧面分别设有一个小挡板。
上述的进风口内的挡板和小挡板与底座为一体式结构,并与进风盖板固定连接形成进风口。
上述的出风口内设有的挡板通过与挡板连接的压板固定连接在风桶上。
上述的出风口为可拆卸的连接结构,出风口的出风通道的截面形状是矩形或圆形或椭圆形或环式扇形。
本实用新型相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本实用新型的进出风口设有的挡板可阻挡电机声音的外泄,降低噪音,并且阻止异物进入,提高进出风效率;
2、本实用新型设有将进风口一分为二的挡板,并且在该挡板的下部两侧面分别设有小挡板,使得进风将由两组空气螺旋进入,出风口的顶部设为抛物线形,增加了出风效率;
3、本实用新型的出风口为可拆卸的连接结构,出风口的出风通道的截面形状是矩形或圆形或椭圆形或环式扇形或其它形状,因此更换出风口可形成不同型式的干手器;
4、本实用新型结构紧凑,适用于各种干手器。

具体实施方式
下面以具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述,参见图1-5:
一种干手器的进出风装置,包括底座1、固定连接在底座上的风机2、与风机连接的电热器3、进风口4、出风口5,进风口4内设有将进风口一分为二的挡板10,阻止异物进入,防止电机声音外泄;所述的出风口5设有一个或多个挡板6,阻止了异物进入,防止电机声音外泄。
上述的进风口4内的挡板的下部两侧面分别设有一个小挡板11,使得进风将由两组空气41螺旋进入风机(如图4中的41),出风口的顶部50设置为抛物线形(如图3),可增大出风效率。
上述进风口4内的挡板10和小挡板11与底座1为一体式结构,并与进风盖板40固定连接形成进风口。
上述的出风口5内的一个或多个挡板6通过与挡板6连接的压板7(如图4)固定连接在风桶20上;出风口为可拆卸的连接结构,出风口的出风通道的截面形状是矩形或圆形或椭圆形或环式扇形或其它形状,因此更换出风口可形成不同型式的干手器,灵活性较好。
上述实施例仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例之一,并非以此限制本实用新型的实施范围,故:凡依本实用新型的形状、结构、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
- 一种干手器的进出风装置,包括底座、固定连接在底座上的风机、与风机连接的电热器、进风口、出风口,其特征在于:所述的进风口内设有将进风口一分为二的挡板,所述的出风口内设有一个或多个挡板,出风口的顶部设置为抛物线形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种干手器的进出风装置,其特征在于:所述的进风口内的挡板的下部两侧面分别设有一个小挡板。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种干手器的进出风装置,其特征在于:所述的进风口内的挡板和小挡板与底座为一体式结构,并与进风盖板固定连接形成进风口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种干手器的进出风装置,其特征在于:所述的出风口内设有的挡板通过与挡板连接的压板固定连接在风桶上。
- 根据权利要求1—4任一项所述的一种干手器的进出风装置,其特征在于:所述的出风口为可拆卸的连接结构,出风口的出风通道的截面形状是矩形或圆形或椭圆形或环式扇形。
