本发明涉及到一种研磨器。 背景技术
调味料能够散发出一定的味道,改变食品的风味,是人们在食品烹制过程中所喜欢 使用的。 但是原始状态的调味料通常具有较大的体积, 或为叶片状, 或为大颗粒结构, 或者为其它各种不规则的形状。 人们通常将调味料研磨为粉状或细小的颗粒状使用, 而 不是以其原始结构添加。这是因为粉状或细小的颗粒状结构的调味料相较于其原始结构 能够所散发的味道更浓郁, 用量更省; 同时, 这些粉状或细小颗粒状的调味料添加到食 物中后, 会和食物均匀混溶, 避免了人们在食用这些食物时原始结构调味料对人们味蕾 的刺激。 因此, 研磨后的调味料更受到人们的喜爱。
调味料的研磨一般有工业研磨和家用研磨两种方式。工业研磨是采用机械将调味料 研磨成理想的状态后再包装出售。 由于粉状或细小颗粒状的调味料味道容易散失, 因此 研磨好的调味料有一定的保存期, 并且这个保存期相较于原始结构的调味料保存期要短 很多。 家用研磨是釆用一些较小的方便手握的小型研磨器对调味料进行研磨, 每次的研 磨量基本上就是该次烹饪所需要的用量, 新鲜研磨出来的调味料其所提供的味道更加自 然原始和纯正。 随着人们对生活品质要求的提高, 家用研磨器越来越受到人们的欢迎。
现有的研磨器通常包括用于盛放原始调味料的容器部分和与容器部分连通的对调 味料进行研磨的研磨头组件。所述的研磨头组件包括具有通孔的母研磨头设置在通孔内 的公研磨头, 公研磨头和母研磨头相对的周壁上均设有研磨齿并且两者之间间隔有一定 的距离以形成调味料的研磨腔。 由于研磨腔的宽度通常较小, 因此, 现有的家用研磨器 的通常只能研磨原始结构较小的花椒、 粗盐粒等, 并且所能研磨的调味料需要依靠自身 的重量从容器部分滑落到研磨腔内,对于一些重量轻和 /或原始体积较大的调味料例如辣 椒、 香叶、 八角等则无能为力。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状提供一种不但能对体积小、且密 度大的调味料进行研磨而且可方便地对体积大密度小的调味料进行研磨的研磨器。 - 本发明解决上述技术问题所釆用的技术方案为:该研磨器,包括用于盛放调味料的 容器瓶、与容器瓶相连通的用于对调味料进行研磨的研磨组件以及用于容置所述研磨组
件的壳体,其特征在于所述壳体内在所述的容器瓶和所述研磨组件之间还设有用于推送 容器瓶内的调味料进入研磨组件的送料机构。
所述的送料机构有多种, 例如拨杆结构。
较好的,所述的送料机构可以为设置在所述容器瓶和所述研磨组件之间的由外力驱 动转动的螺杆, 送料螺杆又称绞龙。
为了增加调味料在所述螺杆与壳体内壁之间的摩擦力,使调味料的输送更顺畅,可 以在所述的壳体与所述螺杆相对应的内周壁上设有向螺杆凸出的多块凸块, 以增加所述 螺杆送料时调味料与壳体内壁之间的摩擦力从而使进料更顺畅。
较好的, 所述的凸块为条状, 这些凸块沿所述螺杆的轴线方向平行设置。
上述各方案中的研磨组件可以使用现有技术中的各种结构,较好的,所述的研磨组 件可以包括设置在所述壳体内的定刀片和由与所述定刀片配合切割、研磨调味料且由外 力驱动转动的动刀片。 该结构尤其适合研磨大体积或表面积的叶片状结构的调味料。
作为改进,所述的动刀片可以包括由外力驱动转动的固定座和连接在固定座周缘上 的多个刀翼, 各刀翼沿所述固定座的周缘均匀布置。 该动刀片结构还起到一种搅拌桨的 作用, 使调味料的进料更加顺畅。

与现有技术相比,本发明中送料机构的设计解决了现有技术中大体积和 /或比较光滑 的小摩擦力的调味料的送料,使得本发明所提供的研磨器不仅可以用于颗粒状结构的调 味料的研磨, 而且尤其适合用于大体积的、 重量小的片叶状结构调味料的研磨。 优选方 案中螺杆送料机构的设计, 在保证能顺畅地输送调味料的前提下, 则使得该研磨器的结 构更加简单、 合理; 而动刀片和定刀片相配合的研磨组件的设计, 使得大体积调味料的 研磨更加轻松。 附图说明

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1至图 3所示, 该研磨器包括:
容器瓶 1, 用于盛放调味料, 与壳体 2的下部螺纹连接;
壳体 2, 壳体 2维护形成用于容置安装研磨组件的空腔, 壳体的内周壁上间隔设有 多条长条状图块 21, 这些凸块相互平行设置;
空心旋转座 3, 设置在壳体 2上方, 包括与壳体 2相连接的转环 31和间隔设置在 转环上且向转环 31中心凸出的多条凸筋 32,这些凸筋 32沿转环的圆周均匀布置,相邻 凸筋之间的空隙可供研磨后的调味料的出料; 转环 31 与壳体之间为台阶配合连接以方 便转环 31的转动。 空心旋转座的上方设有端盖 8;
定刀片 4, 为与壳体空腔相适配的圆形平板状结构, 其上设有多个贯通的料孔 41, 本实施例中料孔的内周壁上具有向内突出的尖齿, 定刀片 4的中部设有轴孔 43 ;
动刀片 5, 位于定刀片 4的下方包括固定座 51和连接在固定座周缘上的多个刀翼 52, 本实施例为三个; 各刀翼 52沿所述固定座的周缘均匀布置, 各刀翼相对于固定座 所在平面倾斜设置; 固定座 51的中部设有轴孔 53 ;
螺杆 6, 又称绞龙, 位于容器瓶 1和动刀片 5之间, 其中部设有轴孔 61 ;
转轴 7, 一端固定连接各凸筋 32, 另一端向下延伸依次穿过定刀片上的轴孔 43、 动刀片上的轴孔 53,最后穿出螺杆上的轴孔 61并用螺母 9将转轴 7与螺杆 6固定连接。 转轴 7与定刀片上的轴孔间隙配合, 也就是说, 定刀片 4不会随转轴的转动而转动; 而 动刀片上的轴孔与转轴为紧密配合, 动刀片随转轴 7的转动而转动。
以研磨辣椒为例,倾倒该研磨器,盛放在容器瓶 1内的原始结构的干辣椒落入到壳 体内腔内, 由于干辣椒的体积较大, 且外壁光滑, 所以, 在没有任何动作的情况下, 干 辣椒基本上都堵塞在容器瓶 1和壳体相连接的交界位置,不能接近动刀片 5和定刀片 4。
转动转环 31, 使凸筋 32带动转轴 7转动, 从而带动动刀片 5和螺杆 6转动。 堵塞 住的干辣椒在螺杆 6的转动被输送到动刀片 5的位置处,随之干辣椒在动刀片 5的搅拌、 切割下初步粉碎, 初步粉碎后的块状辣椒进入到动刀片 5和定刀片 4之间, 在动刀片 5 和定刀片 4之间的摩擦作用下得到进一步的研磨, 同时进入定刀片 4上的料孔 41 内的 辣椒碎片, 在定刀片 5和料孔内尖齿的共同作用下被磨碎至小于料孔 41大小的尺寸后 从料孔 41漏出, 从各凸筋 32之间的空隙内出料。

1、 一种研磨器, 包括用于盛放调味料的容器瓶 (1)、 与容器瓶 (1)相连通的用于对调 味料进行研磨的研磨组件以及用于容置所述研磨组件的壳体 (2),其特征在于: 所述壳体 (2)内在所述的容器瓶 (1)和所述研磨组件之间还设有用于推送容器瓶 (1)内的调味料进入 研磨组件的送料机构。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述的送料机构为设置在所述容 器瓶 (1)和所述研磨组件之间的由外力驱动转动的螺杆 (6)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述的壳体 (2)与所述螺杆 (6)相对 应的内周壁上设有向螺杆 (6)凸出的多块凸块 (21), 以增加所述螺杆送料时调味料与壳体 内壁之间的摩擦力从而使进料更顺畅。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述的凸块 (21)为条状, 这些凸 块 (21)沿所述螺杆 (6)的轴线方向平行设置。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一权利要求所述的研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述的研磨组 件包括设置在所述壳体 (2)内的定刀片 (4)和由与所述定刀片 (4)配合切割、 研磨调味料且 由外力驱动转动的动刀片 (5)。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述的动刀片 (5)包括由外力驱动 转动的固定座 (51)和连接在固定座 (51)周缘上的多个刀翼 (52), 各刀翼 (52)沿所述固定座 (51)的周缘均勾布置。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述壳体的上部设有与所述壳体 (2)相连接的且能相对所述壳体 (2)转动的空心旋转座 (3), 该空心旋转座 (3)上设有与该空 心旋转座 (3)联动的转轴 (7), 所述转轴 (7)驱动连接所述的固定座 (51)和所述的螺杆 (6)。
