本实用新型涉及一种家庭用胡椒磨粉器。
背景技术
目前，人们使用的胡椒粉大多是购买现成的胡椒粉或用木制的胡椒臼子压粉，这两种都有缺点，现成的胡椒粉用久了胡椒香味就挥发掉了，而木制的胡椒臼子临用时不方便，放胡椒粒及压碎都很麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种卫生、方便、美观，适用于家庭的胡椒磨粉器。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的：它主要由瓶身、量杯盖等零件组成，瓶身上部装有定磨及进料套、动磨及送料螺杆；动磨及送料螺杆套在定磨及进料套上，并与锁紧螺母相互啮合，量杯盖放在动磨及送料螺杆上。定磨及进料套B-B上面有斜锥形齿，定磨及进料套下面有进料喇叭、限料口、进料槽；动磨及送料螺杯A-A下面亦有对应的斜锥形齿，中间有螺杆，上面有出料口。
在盛放胡椒粒的瓶口装一个微型磨子，平时瓶子竖直放置，它是一个美观大方的放胡椒粒的塑料瓶，当我们想要胡椒粉时，只需把瓶子倒置，瓶中的胡椒粒会流入瓶口的磨子，这时将瓶子和内含磨子的盖子顺时针方向转动，又香又细的胡椒粉便会从磨口流入透明外盖，当所需胡椒粉适量时将透明外盖取出，将胡椒粉放入所需食品中，再将瓶子垂直放置，将透明盖盖上。
本实用新型的优点是：结构新颖，构思奇特，方便卫生，随用随磨，既避免了胡椒粉放久了跑味，又比用木制胡椒臼子压碎方便，并且操作简单、安全可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1-7所示，胡椒磨粉器主要由瓶身8、量杯盖6、定磨及进料套4、动磨及送料螺杆2、量杯盖6、锁紧螺母7等组成，瓶身8为圆型，底部为梅花型，其上部装有定磨及进料套4、动磨及送料螺杆2；动磨及送料螺杆2套在定磨及进料套4上，并与锁紧螺母7相互啮合，量杯盖6放在动磨及送料螺杆2上。
定磨及进料套4的B-B上面有斜锥形齿41，下面有进料喇叭口1、限料口3、进料槽42；动磨及送料螺杯2的A-A下面亦有对应的锥形齿21，中间有螺杆22，上面有出料口5，量杯盖6上有刻度，盖在上部既可量胡椒粉的多少，又可防灰尘当盖子用。
具体使用方法如下：
首先把瓶子倒置，让胡椒粒落入进料喇叭口1，然后按顺时针方向转动动磨及送料螺杆2，此时送料螺杆每转一圈，限料口3就进一粒胡椒粒(只进一粒的目的是减轻转动时的力量)，胡椒粒在不等深螺杆的作用下，及向前输送的过程中，被不断挤碎，再通过动磨及送料螺杆2和定磨及进料套4磨成粉末，被挤出出料口5，此时，可通过量杯盖6来确定胡椒粉的多少，也可直接把磨出的胡椒粉洒向所需调制的食品上。
本产品全部采用食品级无毒塑料注塑成型，其中量杯盖6和瓶身8为透明料，其它为瓷白色。

1、一种胡椒磨粉器，它主要由瓶身(8)、量杯盖(6)组成，其特征在于：瓶身(8)上部装有定磨及进料套(4)、动磨及送料螺杆(2)；动磨及送料螺杆(2)套在定磨及进料套(4)上，并与锁紧螺母(7)相互啮合，量杯盖(6)放在动磨及送料螺杆(2)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磨粉器，其特征在于：定磨及进料套(4)的B-B上面有斜锥形齿(41)，定磨及进料套(4)下面有进料喇叭(1)、限料口(3)、进料槽(42)；动磨及送料螺杆(2)的A-A下面亦有对应的斜锥形齿(21)，中间有螺杆(22)，上面有出料口(5)。
