Abstract

La présente invention concerne un rétroviseur extérieur convexe pour un véhicule qui présente une forme sphérique et asphérique combinée. Le rétroviseur comprend : une partie sphérique centrale présentant une courbure constante et une partie asphérique présentant une courbure qui diminue progressivement dans une symétrie circulaire pour augmenter la puissance de réfraction par rapport à un point central de la partie sphérique centrale depuis une limite entre la partie sphérique centrale vers une périphérie qui est un bord circonférentiel externe. Un point central de la partie sphérique centrale est excentrique latéralement et vers le haut d'un certain degré par rapport à un point géométriquement central de la gauche, de la droite, du haut et du bas du rétroviseur.
