Said central area is sunk or tucked into the capsule, so that a hollow space is determined between the central perforated area and the support plane of the capsule, with a height sufficient for the drilling means of the machine do not penetrate inside the capsule, keeping the cleaning conditions full. Note that the central perforated area meets a double objective.
