Description

集成进气压力传感器的电喷控制装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电喷控制器, 尤其是涉及一种集成进气压力传感器的 电喷控制装置。 背景技术
目前, 许多进气压力传感器安装于摩托车发动机的进气系统, 电喷控制器 安装于摩托车车架上。如图 1所示, 电喷控制器 11通过线束 a向进气压力传感 器 12供电以保证其正常工作, 进气压力传感器 12通过探头测得的进气压力信 号通过线束 b传递给电喷控制器 11以监控发动机的工作状态, 图中 g为地线。
这种连接方式有以下缺点:
1、进气压力传感器、 电喷控制器为单独的零件, 需要进气压力传感器的壳 体及封装, 电喷控制器的壳体及封装, 成本高。
2、 进气压力传感器和电喷控制器之间, 需要用单独的线束及接插件连接, 线束也具有一定的成本, 同时由于线束有一定的长度, 容易在电信号传导过程 中引入干扰, 抗干扰性能差。
3、 进气压力传感器和电喷控制器分别安装在不同的地方, 安装成本高。 发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种成本 低、 安装方便、 抗干扰能力强的集成进气压力传感器的电喷控制装置。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种集成进气压力传感器的电喷控制装置, 其特征在于, 包括封装壳体、 控制器模块、 电路板、 进气压力传感器模块和电源模块, 所述的控制器模块、 进气压力传感器模块和电源模块均安装在电路板上, 所述的控制器模块、 电路 板、 进气压力传感器模块和电源模块由封装壳体封装, 所述的进气压力传感器 模块与控制器模块连接。
所述的进气压力传感器模块一端固定在电路板上, 另一端延伸于封装壳体 外。
所述的气压力传感器模块与电路板垂直设置。
与现有技术相比, 本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、 成本低: 将原来的两个零件集成在一起, 电路板由两个变为一个, 封装 也由两个变成一个, 省去线束和接插件, 成本较低。
2、抗干扰能力强:本发明中供电模块以及信号传递都在同一个电路板上进 行, 无长导线及接插件连接, 抗干扰能力强。
3、 安装方便: 本发明将原有的两个位置安装变为只需一个位置安装。
4、 可靠性高: 避免了线束破损及接插件失效等失效模式, 可靠性高。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
如图 2所示, 一种集成进气压力传感器的电喷控制装置, 包括封装壳体 1、 控制器模块 2、 电路板 3、 进气压力传感器模块 4和电源模块 5; 其中控制器模 块 2的电路和进气压力传感器模块 4的电路印制在电路板 3上, 电源模块 5安 装于电路板 3上, 控制器模块 2、 电路板 3、进气压力传感器模块 4和电源模块 5统一由封装壳体 1封装, 实现无线束连接, 其中进气压力传感器模块 4的一 端延伸与封装壳体 1夕卜。
如图 3所示, 在同一个电路板上, 集成进气压力传感器模块 4和控制器模 块 2, 由同一个电源模块 5供电, 使用同一个封装壳体, 进气压力传感器 4通 过探头采集信号 6, 通过电路板传递给控制器模块 2, 信号 6传递在内部进行。

1.一种集成进气压力传感器的电喷控制装置,其特征在于,包括封装壳体、 控制器模块、 电路板、 进气压力传感器模块和电源模块, 所述的控制器模块、 进气压力传感器模块和电源模块均安装在电路板上, 所述的控制器模块、 电路 板、 进气压力传感器模块和电源模块由封装壳体封装, 所述的进气压力传感器 模块与控制器模块连接。
