请参考图 2至图 6, 该辅助轮组 4包括一个连接座 41、 一个轮座 42、 一个 轮体 43及两个限位部 44, 该连接座 41设于该中管 21的底部, 该轮座 42可水 平旋转地设于该连接座 41底部, 较佳者该轮座包括一个轴承, 使该轮座水平转 动时更顺畅。 该轮体 43可转动地设于该轮座 42。 其中, 该中管 21的底部形成 一个斜锥面, 该连接座 41与该中管 21的底部平行, 令该中管 21的轴线与该连 接座 41之间形成一个夹角 Θ (详见图 5), 使该轮体 43的轮轴可恒保持与地面 平行, 较佳者, 该中管 21的轴线与该连接座 41的夹角 Θ介于 70度〜 85度, 其 中尤以 76度为最佳角度。 再者, 该中管 21连结于该连接座 41的中心位置, 该 轮座 42位于该连接座 41底部的偏心位置 (如图 6所示)。 在本实施例中, 该两 个限位部 44也可靠近该轮座 42的其中相邻两侧的角落,且该两个角落彼此为对 角, 使该轮座 42的最大转动角度被限制在 120度。 在其它实施例中, 该两个限 位部 44分别设于该连接座 41的底部,且该两个限位部 44靠近该轮座 42的其中 一侧的两角落, 且该两个角落彼此为直角, 且该两个限位部 44向下延伸一适当 距离,使该轮座 42的最大转动角度被限制在 180度。其中各该限位部 44可以是 一个板体 (如图 4所示), 也可为一个螺丝 (未绘示)。
该第一束套 5概呈 C形, 该第一束套 5套设于该座管 10顶部并选择性地迫 紧该座管 10, 令该中管 21固定于该座管 10。其中, 该第一束套 5具有一个第一 端、 一个第二端及一个内轮廓, 该第一端、 第二端之间形成一个开口, 该内轮廓 设有一个限位块 51及两个径向延伸的卡抵块 52, 该限位块 51定位于该座管的 限位槽 11 内, 其中一个卡抵块 52位于该第一端并邻近该开口, 另一个卡抵块 52位于该第二端并邻近该开口(如图 2A所示), 该两个卡抵块 52定位于该座管
的另一个限位槽 11 ' 内。 此外, 该第一束套 5顶部剖设至少一个轴向延伸的凹 槽 53。
该第二束套 6概呈 C形, 该第二束套 6套设于该中管 21顶部并选择性地迫 紧该中管 21,令该座杆 22固定于该中管 21, 该第二束套 6底部设有至少一个轴 向延伸的凸体 61, 较佳者, 该第二束套 6具有一个内轮廓, 该内轮廓设有一个 滑块 62, 该滑块 62位于该中管的剖槽 211和该座杆的滑槽 221中; 其中, 该滑 槽 221在邻近该座杆 22底部处设有一个挡止块 222, 用以防止该座杆滑脱出该 中管, 更佳者, 该滑槽 221在邻近该座杆 22顶部处设有另一个挡止块 223, 用 以防止该座杆完全滑入该中管内, 其中, 该中管向下滑移一段距离后, 该第二束 套底部的凸体 61定位于该第一束套顶部的凹槽 53。
请参考图 1及图 7, 该收纳袋 7中包括一个携行袋 71, 该携行袋 71包括一 个袋口 711, 该携行袋 71覆盖于该车架 1上, 该座垫穿过该袋口 711并裸露于 外。
首先, 请参考图 1, 使用者在骑乘本发明时, 先松开该第一、第二束套 5、 6, 将中管 21和座杆 22上拉并将座垫 32调整到最好的高度后, 该辅助轮组 4可顺 势被上拉呈悬空状, 而不会与地面接触。
再来, 请参考图 7, 使用者要携带本发明上大众运输工具时, 首先, 把本发 明的车架弯折, 接着将该第二束套 6松开, 令该座杆 22收纳入中管 21中, 再将 第一束套 5松开, 使该中管 21向下滑移一段距离, 令该轮体 43承置于地面, 且 该第二束套的凸体 61可定位于第一束套的凹槽 53, 再把第一、 第二束套 5、 6 扣上,最后将携行袋 71从收纳袋 7中取出并套在车架 1上, 并将座垫 32自袋口 711外露, 此时, 使用者就可以拖行本发明搭乘大众运输工具。
其中,该第一束套 5通过该限位块 51以及该两个卡抵块 52分别定位于其中 一个限位槽 11、 11 ', 令该第一束套 5能保持在一个固定位置不会任意转动, 骑 乘者不需再把第一束套 5转正即可轻易地达成使该第一、 第二束套 5、 6相互定 位的效果。
再者,当骑乘者欲将座杆 22自该中管 21向上拉起或向下收纳至中管的轴孔 212内时, 该座杆 22可通过该滑槽的两个挡止块 222、 223的设置并配合该第二 束套的滑块 62, 借此可达成使该座杆 22不会滑脱出该中管 21的功效, 令骑乘
者可安心地拉起或收纳该座杆 22, 且当骑乘者拆卸下座垫 32后, 也不必担心会 发生座杆 22整个滑入并卡住在中管的轴孔 212内的问题。
重要的是, 该中管 21的轴线与该连接座 41之间形成一个夹角 Θ, 且该夹角 Θ角度介于 70度〜 85度(最佳角度为 76度),所以,本发明不论左转或是右转, 该轮体 43的轮轴可以恒保持与地面平行, 借此, 本发明的重心可恒保持稳定而 不会向左倾或向右倾, 不论使用者是站在车架左边或右边, 皆可随心所欲的控制 本发明左右转, 进一步地还可提升拖行时的安全性。
值得注意的是, 本发明使用可水平转动的轮座 42, 使用者可不需用手转动 座垫 32来带动辅助轮组 4转向就能轻松达成拖行本发明左右转的功效, 此种操 作方式非常便利且顺手, 并能进一步减轻使用者手部的负担, 免去手部酸痛或扭 伤的风险。
承上,若直接将该轮座 42设在连接座的中心位置会使该轮座 42转动不顺畅, 本发明就将该轮座 42设于该连接座 41底部的偏心位置,借此, 该轮座可顺利地 水平转动, 令本发明在转弯时更加流畅, 而该两个限位部 44则可限制该轮座 42 的最大转动角度在 120度(在其他实施例可限制在 180度), 令该轮体 43可维持 在最佳的转弯角度, 进一步提高本发明转弯的顺畅度。
Claims
1. 一种折叠车, 它包括:
一个车架, 包括一个中空状座管, 该座管剖设至少一个限位槽, 该限位槽自 该座管顶部向下轴向延伸;
一个立管, 包括一个中管及一个座杆, 该中管可滑移地穿设该座管, 且该中 管剖设至少一个剖槽,该剖槽自该中管顶部向下轴向延伸,该座杆具有一个外壁, 该座杆的外壁凹设有一个轴向延伸的滑槽;
其中, 该中管围构一个轴孔, 该座杆可滑移地穿设于该轴孔;
一个座垫组, 设于该座杆顶部;
一个辅助轮组, 包括一个连接座、一个轮座及一个轮体, 该连接座设于该中 管的底部,该轮座可水平旋转地设于该连接座底部,该轮体可转动地设于该轮座; 一个第一束套, 概呈 c形, 该第一束套套设于该座管顶部并选择性地迫紧 该座管,令该中管固定于该座管, 且该第一束套顶部剖设至少一个轴向延伸的凹 槽;
一个第二束套, 概呈 C形, 该第二束套套设于该中管顶部并选择性地迫紧 该中管,令该座杆固定于该中管,该第二束套底部设有至少一个轴向延伸的凸体, 且该第二束套具有一个内轮廓, 该内轮廓设有一个滑块, 该滑块位于该中管的剖 槽和该座杆的滑槽中;
其中, 该中管向下滑移一段距离后, 该第二束套底部的凸体定位于该第一束 套顶部的凹槽,
其特征在于, 其中, 该中管的底部形成一个斜锥面, 该连接座与该中管的底 部平行,令该中管的轴线与该连接座之间形成一个夹角, 使该轮体的轮轴可恒保 持与地面平行。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的折叠车, 其特征在于, 所述中管的轴线与所述连 接座的夹角介于 70度〜 85度。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的折叠车, 其特征在于, 所述中管的轴线与所述连 接座的夹角为 76度。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的折叠车, 其特征在于, 所述中管连结于所述连接 座的中心位置, 所述轮座位于所述连接座底部的偏心位置。
5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的折叠车, 其特征在于, 所述辅助轮组包括两个限 位部, 该两个限位部分别设于所述连接座的底部, 且该两个限位部靠近所述轮座 的其中相邻两侧的角落, 且该两个角落彼此为对角, 且该两个限位部向下延伸一 适当距离, 使所述轮座的最大转动角度被限制在 120度。
6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的折叠车, 其特征在于, 所述辅助轮组包括两个限 位部, 该两个限位部分别设于所述连接座的底部, 且该两个限位部靠近所述轮座 的其中一侧的两角落, 且该两个角落彼此为直角, 且该两个限位部向下延伸一适 当距离, 使所述轮座的最大转动角度被限制在 180度。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的折叠车, 其特征在于, 所述第一束 套具有一个内轮廓, 该内轮廓设有一个限位块, 该限位块定位于所述座管的限位 槽内。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的折叠车, 其特征在于, 所述座管包括另一个限位 槽, 所述第一束套具有一个第一端及一个第二端, 该第一端、第二端之间形成一 个开口, 该第一束套的内轮廓设有两个径向延伸的卡抵块, 其中一个卡抵块位于 该第一端并邻近该开口, 另一个卡抵块位于该第二端并邻近该开口, 该两个卡抵 块定位于所述座管的另一个限位槽内。
9. 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的折叠车, 其特征在于, 更包括一个 携行袋, 该携行袋包括一个袋口, 该携行袋覆盖于所述车架上, 所述座垫穿过该 袋口并裸露于外。
