Abstract

On décrit un espace conducteur d'un véhicule, qui est ménagé dans la partie avant du véhicule, par exemple un véhicule trois-roues, cet espace conducteur comprenant un équipement de protection destiné à réduire le risque de blessure pour le conducteur lors d'une collision latérale ou d'un tonneau. L'équipement de protection comprend un siège (14) fixé à une structure de plancher (12) et à une structure de toit (13), et des éléments de protection (23) disposés sur les flancs du siège (14). Les éléments de protection (23) sont disposés le long de la structure de toit (13) en face de l'appui-tête (21) du siège (14), et s'étendent vers la structure de plancher (12). Au moins un élément de protection (23) est disposé mobile par rapport à la structure de toit (13). Au moins une section supérieure de l'élément de protection (23) est faite d'un matériau transparent assurant la visibilité pour le conducteur du véhicule (10). On décrit également un véhicule muni d'un espace conducteur.
