Abstract
The present invention relates to a door that has means for opening or pivoting outwards or inwards, the door opening outwards by means of the positioning of the hinges thereof that are in turn anchored to or mounted on the frame thereof with a stop that also pivots on the opposite side by means of hinges anchored to a fixed frame with a stop that enables the door to open inwards, thereby converting it into a door that opens in both directions via different means, without this being a swing door. More particularly, the present invention relates to a safety door that prevents the blocking of doors by obstructions to the movement thereof in either direction, allowing easy evacuation of people in the event of an emergency and replacing current one-way emergency doors.
Description
PATENTE DE INVENCION PATENT OF INVENTION
TITULO: PUERTA DE SEGURIDAD Bl DIRECCION AL TITLE: SECURITY DOOR BL ADDRESS TO
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION STATE OF THE ART Frustrated cases are already known in all types of emergencies where personnel need to enter or evacuate in establishments, homes, premises, buildings, sports centers, shopping centers, theaters, cinemas, the rooms of the Road or train tunnels, Wineries, Turkish baths, sauna area and all kinds of habitats that make access or rescue impossible by not allowing entry or evacuation of people through the doors that are sealed by obstructive elements all this by Count the current doors with a unique sense of openness.
Although it is estimated that for this situation that has been responsible annually for the death of thousands of people in the world, different doors have been made with reciprocating systems where the door pivots on a single point towards the two senses not having had greater Reception because it does not fulfill the function of being a security and emergency door by not having frames or stops that allow it to achieve a tightness and safety and not create an impermeability or independence with the outside environment by the lights that present between its fixed frame and the body of the door not being able to be installed in the places as indicated above.
Some patents describe doors such as the folding folding door with number ES 2347030 (Al) or as shown by the patent device for the movement of a sheet with number is 2036284 (t3) which are neither practical nor simple for these emergencies.
However, doors have been suggested that have the possibility of opening in both directions without being the swinging door since the current known doors do not have an easy and simple system to solve this problem of doors that cannot be opened by blocking it by obstructing objects on either side
OBJETO DE LA INVENCION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
An object of this invention is to be able to save lives when in an emergency case the exit or emergency door is obstructed by a foreign body in the sense that it opens the door or by damage of the sheet, having the possibility of opening the door in the opposite direction to obstruction, saving people's lives.
Another object is that the bidirectional door for having tabs on all sides of the door allows that when it is closed it does not allow the passage of smoke or gases into the interior of the cabin in case of fire or gas leak, protecting people from a death by suffocation. Another object of this invention is to install them in buildings, sports centers. Shopping centers, Theaters, Cinemas, The rooms of the road or train tunnels, Wineries, Turkish baths, sauna area and any place where you have to evacuate personnel in case of emergency or enter rescue personnel.
