Abstract

Selon l'invention, un dispositif périphérique informatique incorpore une pile à combustible qui peut être utilisée pour fournir de l'énergie à un dispositif informatique couplé au dispositif périphérique. Le dispositif périphérique comprend un boîtier et un circuit dans le boîtier pour offrir au moins une fonction de périphérique informatique. Une interface d'alimentation permet un transfert d'énergie au dispositif informatique quand elle lui est connectée. Un contrôleur d'alimentation est configuré pour fournir de l'énergie de la source d'énergie à pile à combustible à l'interface d'alimentation en vue de fournir ladite énergie audit dispositif informatique quand elle lui est connectée.
