La présente invention porte sur un four (1), lequel four comprend une chambre de cuisson (2) dans laquelle le processus de cuisson est effectué, une enceinte (3) entourant la chambre de cuisson (2), une ouverture (4) disposée à la base de l'enceinte (3), un réceptacle (5) disposé au-dessus de l'ouverture (4) dans la chambre de cuisson (2) dans laquelle sont disposés les matériaux à cuire, un moteur disposé à l'extérieur de l'enceinte (3) et un arbre (6) que fait tourner le moteur.
