Definitions
- the invention relates to a fan with silenced fan housing, preferably for use in underground mining and tunneling, with sound-damped, mostly rohi-shaped fan housing with double wall, between the outer wall and inner wall sound-absorbing filling material is packed and in the air duct a fan with drive and guide lug is arranged, wherein the fan wheel with its wings carrying drive with the
- Inner wall of the double wall is connected and wherein the double wall consists of segments which are detachably connected to each other via their segment head walls.
- Fans or fans are used in various areas of industry, but also in private areas, for example, to guide the air to be cooled through a cooling unit or to pull the air through a downstream deduster or press through to the entrained dust to filter out the air.
- Fans and blowers are also referred to as fans if they are generally intended for air extraction. In the broadest sense, all the so-called. Compressors are attributed, depending on the application, the noise generated by the drive and fan type and the air flowing through a sound-absorbing
- Interspace are inserted.
- the use of stable filler material components is preferred so as to increase the stability of the drive and secure the fan wheel receiving pipe wall. Due to the large amounts of air or weather required underground, the fans must be correspondingly large and provided with appropriate sound insulation.
- the sound-absorbing filling material is intended to dampen both the sound pollution emitted by the drive with the upstream fan impeller and the sound load emanating from the stream of air flowing through it. Apart from the underground anyway preferred stable construction of such devices is because of
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a fan with a sound attenuation that attenuates the outgoing from the passing airflow and the drive and fan noise as possible to 80 db and below.
- Inner wall has sound openings, and especially in the segment with fan and drive and that the sound-absorbing filling material in the outer wall, inner wall with the sound openings and
- Segment head walls predetermined cavity against falling out and / or pressed out are arranged secured and that the outer wall and / or the double wall as such, the effect of the sound passage openings is formed compensating.
- Noise is absorbed by the "exposed" filler so that the noise can be reduced to less than 80 dB
- Thickening of the outer wall may be, but it can also be used a different type of stabilization or a different shape of the double wall, without the "liberation" of the filling of the covering them
- Inner wall is thereby impaired.
- the inner wall of the segments is replaced by a sound-permeable cover except for the region of the drive and fan impeller, or is coated with sound-absorbing lining.
- a covering or cover can be dispensed with if the filler material as such has the necessary stability to ensure that it remains despite the sound passage openings in the space provided.
- the inner wall in the area of the drive should not be dispensed with, it being provided for this purpose that the inner wall in the area of the blades of the fan wheel and the holder of the drive form an annular jacket forming the drive his designed as a support feet bracket is fixed and the annular shell in turn is connected via support posts to the outer wall.
- the drive is connected to the rotatably articulated fan wheel via support legs with the rest of the inner wall in the form of an annular shell via support legs, while this annular shell is fixed as such via support posts on the outer wall.
- Segment is the size of the sound openings selected as large as possible, these sound openings are made annular.
- the segment carrying the drive and the fan must be preceded or arranged by several segments.
- the invention provides that the
- Segment head walls to the sound passage openings forming edging formed and thus forming a kind of U with the outer wall and the respective segment head wall.
- Such segment head walls are optimally suited to a detachable connection of the individual segments, since here in the middle U-bow, which is stabilized by the folded edges, screw u. ä.
- the segments must be permanently connected to each other, which can be achieved by the fact that the segment head walls of a segment with the
- Segment head walls are pressed together immediately and remain in this connection.
- This karabinerhakenförmigen coupling parts is unnecessary any main or secondary activity, so that a quick and effective connection of the individual segments is achieved in this way.
- Sound passage openings missing fixation of the filling material is replaced by a soundproof cover or the like.
- This effect can be supported or replaced, that the support posts or support columns and the clamping parts are arranged and formed with the sound-damping filling material with fixing.
- the support posts of two rows are preferably arranged offset from each other. It is conceivable that two Rows of such support posts or multiple rows can be used, depending on how big the fan housing and the drive is arranged therein.
- the support posts as such wear the annular jacket, which in turn is responsible for the support of the drive and the fan.
- this fan can serve according to the invention with, the resulting
- a smooth outer surface having reference is replaced. Since the guide nose as such has to withstand a large load, a correspondingly stable filling or sound-damping material can be used, which then provides a large area available to dampen the resulting sound. This then means that in the guided through the annular channel fan housing interior a sound attenuation takes place on both sides, which is particularly advantageous if the guide lugs far into the
- Fan housing is provided, which is provided with a sound insulation, which is exposed over a large area so as to absorb the resulting noise or sound and dampen so that a load of less than 80 db can be achieved.
- a fan can be called whisperer, because it is far below the standard values and because such a load just in the Under noisy operation due to the prevailing general noise pollution is no longer audible. This is achieved in particular by the fact that all the areas are kept free of a sound-impermeable wall, which are not needed to support the drive and the fan wheel, so that a total of an annular large area for absorbing occurring
