便携式终端 技术领域
本发明涉及在壳体内设置连接端子、在与连接端子对应的壳体的表面设 置开口、 并且可用盖构件关闭开口的便携式终端 (por table termina l )。 背景技术
在便携式终端中,有在壳体的侧面设置连接器, 在壳体的侧面设置盖构 件以便覆盖连接器的便携式终端。
该盖构件通过带状的铰接部可开闭地连接到壳体的侧面。该铰接部设置 在对于盖构件的打开开始位置的相反侧。
在盖构件的打开开始位置上, 形成用于卡住指甲的打开凹部。
即,盖构件在沿着壳体厚度方向的一侧面上设置用于使盖构件开始打开 的打开凹部, 在沿着壳体厚度方向的另一侧面上配置铰接 ( hinge )部 (例 如, 专利文献 1 )。

发明要解决的课题
但是, 专利文献 1的便携式终端, 在沿着壳体厚度方向的一侧设置用于 使盖构件开始打开的打开凹部,在沿着壳体厚度方向的另一侧配置可开闭连 结盖构件的铰接部。
于是, 为了在壳体的侧面设置盖构件, 需要在壳体厚度方向上设置打开
EJ部和铰接部, 成为减小壳体厚度尺寸上的障碍。
本发明为了解决上述课题而完成, 其目的在于, 提供能够薄型化壳体的 便携式终端。
用于解决课题的方案
本发明的便携式终端包括: 壳体; 开口, 设置在所述壳体上而露出连接 端子部; 以及盖构件, 覆盖所述开口, 所述盖构件包括: 盖本体, 覆盖所述 开口; 压入凸缘(r ib ), 形成在与所述盖本体的所述开口对面的背面侧, 被 压入在所述连接端子的端子间; 以及铰接部, 连结到所述盖本体上, 被插入 到邻接所述开口的孔部, 所述铰接部沿着在从所述壳体打开所述盖本体时与 最先脱开的打开开始位置的边邻接的边而配置, 所述压入凸缘以与作为所述 打开开始位置的边大致平行的至少两个突出形状形成, 所述打开开始位置侧 形成的压入凸缘的突出尺寸以小于另一方的压入凸缘的突出尺寸形成。
此外, 本发明的便携式终端包括: 壳体; 开口, 设置在所述壳体上而露 出连接端子部; 以及盖构件, 覆盖所述开口, 所述盖构件包括: 盖本体, 覆 盖所述开口; 压入凸缘, 形成在与所述盖本体的所述开口对面的背面侧, 被 压入在所述连接端子的端子间; 以及带状的铰接部, 连结到所述盖本体上, 被插入到邻接所述开口的孔部, 所述铰接部沿着在从所述壳体打开所述盖本 体时与最先脱开的打开开始位置的边邻接的边而配置, 所述压入凸缘以在与 所述铰接部大致正交的方向上至少两个突出形状形成, 所述打开开始位置侧 形成的压入凸缘的突出尺寸以小于另一方的压入凸缘的突出尺寸形成。
在本发明中,压入凸缘与作为打开开始位置的边大致平行, 或者以在与 铰接部正交的方向上至少两个突出形状形成, 所以对于盖本体的打开开始位 置不需要在相反侧设置铰接部。
由此,例如,即使是在壳体厚度方向的一方的一侧配置了铰接部的情况, 也可以不将打开开始位置配置在壳体厚度方向的另一方的一侧。
因此,便携式终端与以往的便携式终端比较,可以减小壳体的厚度尺寸。 此外, 本发明的便携式终端中, 所述压入凸缘平行于所述铰接部的宽度 方向, 并且所述打开开始位置侧的突出尺寸比所述打开支点侧的突出尺寸 小。
通过使打开开始位置侧的突出尺寸比打开支点侧的突出尺寸小,可以将 对连接端子的压入凸缘的接触量(配合量)在打开开始位置侧抑制得比打开 支点侧小。
这里, 打开开始位置是盖构件从开口打开时盖构件开始打开的位置。 由此, 通过将对连接端子的接触量在打开开始位置侧抑制得小, 可以容 易地进行盖构件的开闭。 此外, 通过使打开开始位置侧的突出尺寸比打开支点侧的突出尺寸小, 在开闭盖构件时, 可以抑制压入凸缘对连接端子的不必要的干扰。
于是, 通过抑制压入凸缘造成的对连接端子的不必要的干扰, 可以进一 步容易地进行盖构件的开闭。
而且, 本发明的便携式终端中, 所述压入凸缘包括: 第 1构件, 其平行 于所述铰接部的宽度方向地形成; 第 2构件, 其与作为所述打开开始位置的 边大致平行地形成; 以及第 3构件, 其与所述第 2构件大致平行, 形成在比 所述第 2构件远离所述打开开始位置的位置, 所述第 2构件的突出尺寸比所 述第 3构件的突出尺寸小。
使第 2构件的突出尺寸比第 3构件的突出尺寸小。
由此, 可将对连接端子的压入凸缘的接触量(配合量)在打开开始位置 侧比打开支点侧抑制得小, 可以容易地进行盖构件的开闭。
此外, 通过使第 2构件的突出尺寸比第 3构件的突出尺寸小, 在开闭盖 构件时, 可以抑制压入凸缘对连接端子的不必要的干扰。
于是, 通过抑制压入凸缘造成的对连接端子的不必要的干扰, 可以进一 步容易地进行盖构件的开闭。
此外, 本发明的便携式终端中,对应于所述第 2构件的突出尺寸和所述 第 3构件的突出尺寸, 在所述第 1构件中的突出方向的前端设置台阶部。
通过在第 1构件的突出方向的前端设置台阶部,防止第 1构件对连接端 子产生干扰而可以容易地进行盖构件的开闭。
而且, 本发明的便携式终端中, 所述第 2构件的宽度尺寸在所述缝隙的 缝隙高度尺寸以下, 并且所述第 3构件的宽度尺寸在所述第 2构件的宽度尺 寸以下。
通过使第 3构件的宽度尺寸在第 2构件的宽度尺寸以下,将因第 2构件 35 和连接端子之间的接触产生的摩擦力抑制得比因第 3构件和连接端子之 间的接触产生的摩擦力小。
在第 2构件侧设置盖构件的打开开始位置。
由此, 通过将因第 1构件 35和连接端子之间接触产生的摩擦力抑制得 小而可以容易地进行盖构件的开闭。
此外, 本发明的便携式终端中,对于面向所述第 1构件中的所述第 1构 件侧和所述第 3构件侧的表面, 直至所述第 2构件的宽度方向边缘为止的弯 曲尺寸在直至所述第 3构件的宽度方向边缘部为止的弯曲尺寸以下。
通过使第 2构件的弯曲尺寸在第 3构件的弯曲尺寸以下, 可以将因第 2 构件 35和连接端子之间的接触产生的摩擦力抑制得比因第 3构件和连接端 子之间的接触产生的摩擦力小。
在第 2构件侧设置盖构件的打开开始位置。
由此, 通过将因第 1构件 35和连接端子之间的接触产生的摩擦力抑制 得小而可以容易地进行盖构件的开闭。
而且, 本发明的便携式终端中, 所述铰接部有缺口部, 以使在所述盖本 体侧的基端部中的宽度方向的所述打开开始位置上宽度方向尺寸小。
通过在铰接部的基端部中打开开始位置侧具有缺口部,减小了宽度方向 尺寸。
由此, 在打开盖构件时可扩大铰接部的缺口部, 可以容易地进行盖构件 的开闭。
此外, 在本发明的便携式终端中, 在所述孔部的外侧边缘部设置外侧倒 角部。
通过在孔部的外侧边缘部设置外侧倒角部,在开闭盖构件时抑制铰接部 对孔部产生的干扰而可以容易地进行盖构件的开闭。
而且, 本发明的便携式终端中, 所述铰接部产生弯曲, 以使沿着宽度方 向的两端面中的所述打开开始位置侧成为外周面, 并且使所述打开支点侧成 为内周面。
通过使铰接部弯曲, 可使铰接部在打开盖构件时顺利地移动, 可以容易 地进行盖构件的开闭。
此外, 本发明的便携式终端中, 在所述孔部的内侧边缘部设置内侧倒角 部。
通过在孔部的内侧边缘部设置内侧倒角部,可使铰接部在打开盖构件时 顺利地移动, 可以容易地进行盖构件的开闭。
而且, 本发明的便携式终端中, 所述盖构件被设置在所述壳体的侧面。 这里, 壳体的侧面是, 与壳体的表面或背面相比, 未被设置构件的面。 因此,通过将盖构件设置在壳体的侧面,可以选择将盖构件容易拆装的部位, 可以提高使用便利性。
此外, 本发明的便携式终端中, 所述打开开始位置被设置在沿着所述盖 构件中的所述侧面的长度方向的边缘部。
通过将打开开始位置设置在沿着侧面的长度方向的边缘部,在手指的指 甲卡住打开开始位置时,将手指的指甲触及到侧面而可以引导至打开开始位 置为止。
由此,对打开开始位置的手指的指甲的定位容易, 可以将手指的指甲容 易地卡住打开开始位置, 所以可以容易地进行盖构件的开闭。
发明效果
根据本发明的便携式终端, 通过进行配置, 以使铰接部平行于连接打开 开始位置和打开支点的线,从而可以不将打开开始位置配置在壳体厚度方向 的另一方的一侧。
由此, 与以往的便携式终端比较, 由于可以减小壳体的厚度尺寸, 所以 可以将便携式终端薄型化。 附图说明

以下, 参照附图说明本发明实施方式的便携式终端。
(第 1实施方式 )
如图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明第 1实施方式的便携式终端 10包括: 大致 矩形状地形成的壳体 11 ; 以及覆盖壳体 11的背面 11B的盖 12。
该便携式终端 10包括:设置在壳体 11的侧面 11C上的大致矩形状的开 口 15; 关闭壳体 11的开口 15的盖构件 18; 以及容纳于壳体 11内从开口 15 可暴露在外部的连接端子 12。
壳体 11的侧面 11C是沿壳体 11的宽度方向 (箭头 A方向) 的面。 壳体 11包括: 设置在壳体 11的表面 11A上的显示部 23; 设置在显示 部 23下方的操作键 24; 以及设置在壳体 11的背面 11B上的照相机部 25。
如图 3、 图 4所示, 连接端子 21容纳于壳体 11的侧面 11C, 是从开口 15拆卸了盖构件 18时从开口 15暴露在外部的端子。
连接端子 21有从壳体 11的外部可压入外部端子(未图示)的压入缝隙
(缝隙 ) 21A。
盖构件 18的压入凸缘 33 (后述)被压入在该压入缝隙 21A中。
再有, 如果是其他部位保持该盖构件 18的位置的形态, 则盖构件 18也 可以是在不使压入凸缘 33变形的状态下插入到压入缝隙 21A的形态。
如图 1、 图 2所示, 盖构件 18被设置在壳体 11的侧面 11C。
壳体 11的侧面 11C , 与壳体 11的表面 1 1A或背面 11B相比, 是未被设 置构件的面。
因此, 通过将盖构件 18设置在壳体 11的侧面 11C上, 可以选择容易拆 装盖构件 18的部位, 可以提高使用的便利性。
如图 5所示, 盖构件 18包括: 覆盖壳体 11的开口 15 (参照图 3 )的板 状的盖本体 31 ; 连结到盖本体 31的背面 31B的压入凸缘 33 ; 以及连结到从 压入凸缘 33隔开了规定间隔的带状的铰接部 38。
如图 3、 图 4所示, 该盖构件 18被安装在壳体 11上, 以使盖本体 31 的背面 31B面对开口 15。
再有, 盖本体 31的表面也可以是平坦以外的曲面、 球面。
此外,铰接部 38不限定于剖面形状为矩形, 也可以是在盖本体开闭时, 盖本体不旋转的形状。 例如, 剖面也可以为椭圆形状或 EJ形状或 H形状。
如图 5所示, 盖本体 31与开口 15同样大致矩形形状地形成, 以覆盖开 口 15。
具体地说, 盖本体 31在平视中以盖侧边缘 31C、 显示部侧下边缘 31D、 一方的边缘部 (边缘部) 31E和另一方的边缘部 31F大致矩形形状地形成。
一方的边缘部 31E和另一方的边缘部 31F设置在图 1所示的沿壳体 11 的侧面 11C的长度方向 (箭头 A方向) 的位置上。
如图 5所示, 一方的边缘部 31E上有打开开始位置 41 , 另一方的边缘 部 31F上有打开支点 42。
打开开始位置 41设置在盖本体 31的平视中对壳体 11的盖本体 31的一 方的边缘部 31E上, 是凹状地形成的凹槽, 以扣住手指的指甲。
如图 7所示, 该打开开始位置 41是在盖构件 18从开口 15打开到箭头 C方向时, 盖构件 18开始打开的位置。
再有, 在本实施方式中, 例示了打开开始位置 41在盖构件 18的边缘部
31E上设置了凹槽的位置,但也可以是例如不在盖构件 18上进行制作, 而例 如通过将使用户的指甲能够到达盖构件 18的背面那样的 EJ槽设置在壳体 11 的表面的规定部位,从而使盖构件 18对于壳体 11开始打开的部位对于用户 成为明确的位置。
这里, 如图 1所示, 打开开始位置 41被设置在沿盖构件 18 中的侧面
11C的长度方向 (即, 壳体 1 1的宽度方向 (箭头 A方向)) 的一方的边缘部 31E上。
因此, 在手指的指甲卡住打开开始位置 41时, 使手指的指甲触及到侧 面 11C而可以引导至打开开始位置 41为止。
由此, 手指的指甲对打开开始位置 41的定位容易, 可以将手指的指甲 容易卡住打开开始位置 41 , 所以可以容易地进行盖构件 18的打开。
如图 5、 图 6所示, 打开支点 42被设置在沿盖本体 31的表面 31A的与 打开开始位置 41的相反侧 (即, 另一方的边缘部 31F )上。
如图 7所示, 该打开支点 42是盖构件 18在箭头 C方向上被打开时, 成 为打开的支点的位置。
如图 3、 图 4所示, 以连结到盖本体 31的背面 31B , 可压入在连接端子 21中的压入缝隙 21A中而形成压入凸缘 33。
通过压入凸缘 33被压入在压入缝隙 21A中 ,盖构件 18被安装在连接端 子 21上。 通过盖构件被安装在连接端子 21上, 盖本体 31被配置在覆盖开 口 15的位置。
在该状态中,盖本体 31的表面 31A对于壳体 11的侧面 11C大致被同平 面地配置。
再有, 压入凸缘 33也可以例如被设置在显示部侧下边缘 31D等上, 对 于其形状, 后面详细地说明。
如图 3所示,带状的铰接部 38在盖本体 31的背面 31B中连结到压入凸 缘 33的显示部侧部位 31G , 在侧面 11C的孔部 16中可插入地突出。
即,在从壳体 11打开盖本体 18时沿与最先脱开的打开开始位置的边邻 接的边来配置铰接部 38。
孔部 16在壳体 11的侧面中邻接形成在开口 15的显示部 23侧。
该孔部 16 , 在外侧边缘部 16A中设置外侧倒角部 16B。
再有, 孔部 16即使形成在与壳体 11的显示部 23侧的相反侧上也可获 得同样的效果。
如图 5、 图 6所示, 配置铰接部 38 , 以使铰接部 38的宽度方向 (箭头 B方向 )平行于连接盖本体 31的打开开始位置 41和打开支点 42的线 44。
因此, 在盖本体 31的平视中, 打开开始位置 41和铰接部 38有 90度的 位置关系。
再有, 关于铰接部 38的形状, 后面详细地说明。
上述压入凸缘 33平行于铰接部 38的宽度方向 (箭头 B方向)地形成。 即, 压入凸缘 33在与作为打开开始位置的边大致平行、 换句话说在与 铰接部 38大致正交的方向上以至少两个突出形状形成。 形成该压入凸缘 33 , 以使在打开开始位置 41侧设置的第 1构件 35的 突出尺寸 L1比在打开支点 42侧设置的第 3构件 36的突出尺寸 L2小。
具体地说, 压入凸缘 33包括: 在中央形成的第 1构件 34; 在第 1构件 34的一端部 34A上形成的第 2构件 35 ; 以及在第 1构件 34的另一端部 34B 上形成的第 3构件 36。
第 3构件 36与第 2构件 35大致平行, 形成在比第 2构件 35远离打开 开始位置 41的位置上。
第 1构件 34配置在对于铰接部 38隔开规定间隔的盖 12(参照图 3 )侧, 是平行于铰接部 38的宽度方向 (箭头 B方向)形成的大致带状的部位。
该第 1构件 34在沿盖本体 31的背面 31B的宽度方向(箭头 B方向)的 打开开始位置 41侧上有一端部 34A, 在沿盖本体 31的背面 31B的宽度方向 (箭头 B方向) 的打开支点 42侧上有另一端部 34B。
第 2构件 35连结到第 1构件 34的一端部 34A, 是沿第 1构件 34的厚 度方向 (箭头 D方向)连接的大致带状的部位。
第 3构件 36连结到第 1构件 34的另一端部 34B, 是沿第 1构件 34的 厚度方向 (箭头 D方向)连续的大致带状的部位。
如上所述, 使第 2构件 35的突出尺寸 L1小于第 3构件 36的突出尺寸
L2。
因此, 可以将对连接端子 21 (参照图 8 )的接触量(配合量)用第 2构 件 35抑制得比第 3构件 36小。
这里, 在第 1构件 35侧中设置盖本体 31的打开开始位置 41。
由此, 通过将对连接端子 21的接触量用第 2构件 35抑制得小, 可以容 易地进行盖构件 18的开闭。
此外, 通过使第 2构件 35的突出尺寸 L1比第 3构件 36的突出尺寸 L2 小, 在开闭盖构件 18时, 通过抑制压入凸缘 33对连接端子 21的不必要的 干扰, 从而可以容易地进行盖构件 18的开闭。
而且, 通过使第 2构件 35的突出尺寸 L1比第 3构件 36的突出尺寸 L2 小, 从而对应于第构件 35的突出尺寸 L1和第 3构件 36的突出尺寸 L2 , 在 第 1构件 34的突出方向的前端 34C上设置台阶部 37。
通过在第 1构件 34的前端 34C上设置台阶部 37 ,从而防止第 1构件 34 对连接端子 21的内部构件 21B (参照图 4 )产生干扰而可以容易地进行盖构 件 18的开闭。
第 2构件 35的宽度尺寸 W1在图 3、 图 8所示的连接端子 21的压入缝 隙 21A的缝隙高度尺寸 HI以下。
此外, 第 3构件 36的宽度尺寸 W2在第 2构件 35的宽度尺寸 W1以下。 即, 宽度尺寸 Wl、 缝隙高度尺寸 HI和宽度尺寸 W2中,
H1≥W1≥W2
成立。
通过 H1≥W1≥W2成立, 如图 8所示, 第 2构件 35和第 3构件 36被压入 在连接端子 21的压入缝隙 21A中。
通过第 2构件 35和第 3构件 36被压入在连接端子 21的压入缝隙 21A 中, 第 2构件 35的宽度方向边缘部 35A、 35B接触到连接端子 21 , 并且第 3 构件 36的宽度方向边缘部 36A、 36B接触到连接端子 21。
而且,通过 W1≥W2成立, 可以将因第 2构件 35和壳体 21之间的接触产 生的摩擦力抑制得小于因第 3构件 36和连接端子 21之间的接触产生的摩擦 力。
由于在第 2构件 35侧中设置盖本体 31的打开开始位置 41 , 所以可以 容易地进行盖构件 18的开闭。
如图 5、 图 6所示, 第 1构件 34有面向第 2构件 35侧和第 3构件 36 侧的表面 34D。
对于第 1构件 34的表面 34D, 直至第 2构件 35的宽度方向边缘部 35A 为止的弯曲尺寸 W3在直至第 3构件 36的宽度方向边缘部 36A为止的弯曲尺 寸 W4以下。
由此,可以将因第 2构件 35和壳体 21之间的接触产生的摩擦力抑制得 小于因第 3构件 36和连接端子 21之间的接触产生的摩擦力。
如上所述, 由于在第 2构件 35侧中设置盖本体 31的打开开始位置 41 , 所以可以容易地进行盖构件 18的开闭。
上述铰接部 38在盖本体 31侧的基端部 38 A中的侧部 38B中有缺口部
45。
侧部 38B是盖本体 31侧的基端部 38A中宽度方向 (箭头 B方向) 的打 开开始位置 41侧的部位。
通过在铰接部 38的侧部 38B中形成缺口部 45 ,以使其宽度方向尺寸 W5 小于其他部位 38C来形成铰接部 38的基端部 38 A。
由此, 如图 7所示, 在盖构件 18的打开开始位置 41在箭头 C方向上被 打开时, 如图 9所示, 通过扩大铰接部 38的缺口部 45而可以使铰接部 38 弯曲地弹性变形。
于是, 通过使铰接部 38 弯曲地弹性变形, 如图 1 0所示, 可以从开口 15容易地打开盖构件 18。
在盖构件 18闭合开口 1 5时, 也通过使铰接部 38弯曲地弹性变形, 可 以容易地阻塞盖构件 18。
再有, 在将盖构件 18产生了开口 15时, 如图 9所示, 铰接部 38的止 动片 38D对孔部 16产生干扰而防止盖构件 18从壳体 1 1脱落。
此外, 如上所述, 在孔部 1 6的外侧边缘部 16A中设置外侧倒角部 16B (参照图 3 )。
由此, 即使在开闭盖构件 18时铰接部 38弯曲地弹性变形, 也抑制铰接 部 38对孔部 16产生干扰而可以容易地进行盖构件 18的开闭。
如以上说明, 根据便携式终端 1 0 , 如图 7所示, 进行配置, 以使铰接 部 38平行于连接盖构件 18的打开开始位置 41和打开支点 42的线 44。

由此, 例如, 即使在壳体 1 1 (参照图 1 )的厚度方向的一方的一侧上配 置了铰接部 38的情况下, 也可以不将打开开始位置 41配置在壳体 1 1的厚 度方向的另一方的一侧。
因此, 与以往的便携式终端比较, 可以减小便携式终端 1 0的壳体 1 1的 厚度方向尺寸。
下面, 基于图 1 1、 图 12说明第 1实施方式、 第 3实施方式。
再有, 在第 1实施方式、 第 3实施方式中, 对与第 1实施方式的便携式 终端 1 0同一类似构件附加相同标号并省略说明。
(第 2实施方式 )
图 1 1所示的第 2实施方式的盖构件 60 ,将第 1实施方式的第 1构件 34 取代为第 1构件 62 , 其他的结构与实施方式的盖构件 18相同。
第 1构件 62中, 前端 62A从第 2构件 35的突出端 35C至第 3构件 36 的突出端 36C为止倾斜状地形成。
由此,由于不需要在第 3构件 36和第 1构件 62之间的连结部中形成台 阶部, 所以第 3构件 36和第 1构件 62之间的连结部的耐久性提高。
(第 3实施方式 )
图 12所示的第 3实施方式的盖构件 70 , 将第 1实施方式的铰接部 38 取代为铰接部 72 , 其他的结构与实施方式的盖构件 18相同。
铰接部 72被弯曲地形成, 以使沿宽度方向的两端面 72A、 72B中的打开 开始位置 41侧成为外周面 72A, 并且打开支点 42侧成为内周面 72B。
通过弯曲地形成铰接部 72 , 可使铰接部 72在打开盖构件 70时顺利地 移动, 可以容易地进行盖构件 70的开闭。
这里, 孔部 16在外侧边缘部 16A中设置外侧倒角部 16B, 在内侧边缘 部 16C中设置内侧倒角部 16D。
通过在孔部 16的内侧边缘部 16C中设置内侧倒角部 16D, 可使铰接部
38在打开盖构件 18时进一步顺利地移动,可以更容易地进行盖构件 18的开 闭。
接着, 基于图 1 3、 图 14说明第 1实施方式〜第 3实施方式的变形例 1、 变形例 2。
再有, 在变形例 1、 变形例 2中对与第 1实施方式〜第 3实施方式同一 类似构件附加相同的标号并省略说明。
(变形例 1 )
图 1 3所示的变形例 1的盖构件 80 , 将第 1实施方式的盖本体 31取代 为盖本体 82 , 其他的结构与实施方式的盖构件 18相同。
盖本体 82的平面形状形成为圆形, 铰接部 38连结到盖本体 82的中央 部 82A。
通过圆形地形成盖本体 82 , 可从多种形状中选择开口 15 , 扩大用途。 (变形例 2 )
图 14所示的变形例 2的盖构件 90 , 将第 1实施方式的盖本体 31取代 为盖本体 92 , 并包括一对压入凸缘 33、 93 , 其他的结构与实施方式的盖构 件 18相同。
盖本体 92的平面形状形成为大致正方形, 铰接部 38连结到盖本体 92 的中央部 92A。
而且, 在盖本体 92的背面 92B中连结一对压入凸缘 33、 93。
压入凸缘 33、 93是对称于铰接部 38形成的构件。
通过在盖本体 92上包括一对压入凸缘 33、 93 , 可适用于在壳体 11上 包括一对连接端子 21的便携式终端, 扩大用途。
再有, 本发明的便携式终端不限定于上述第 1实施方式〜第 3实施方式 而可进行适当变更、 改进。
例如, 在第 1实施方式〜第 3实施方式中, 说明了在壳体 11的侧面 1 1C 上设置了开口 15的例子, 但不限于此, 也可以设置在壳体 11的表面 11A或 背面 11B上。
此外,在第 1实施方式〜第 3实施方式中,说明了沿壳体 11的宽度方向 (箭头 A方向) 的侧面 11C上设置了开口 15的例子, 但不限于此, 也可以 设置在沿壳体 11的纵方向 (正交于箭头 A方向的方向) 的侧面上。
而且, 在第 1实施方式〜第 3实施方式中, 说明了形成凹部作为打开开 始位置 41的例子,但不限于此,也可以使打开开始位置 41成为其他的形状。
例如, 也可以指甲作为凸部落入打开开始位置 41 , 或在壳体 11的侧面 11C上形成台阶部而指甲落入到打开开始位置 41。
此外, 第 1实施方式〜第 3实施方式中使用的便携式终端、 壳体、 开口、 孔部、 盖构件、 连接端子、 盖本体、 压入凸缘、 铰接部和缺口部等的形状和 结构不限于例示而可进行适当变更。
本发明适用于在壳体内设置连接端子,在对应于连接端子的壳体的表面 上设置开口, 可用盖构件关闭开口, 在盖构件从开口拆下时连接端子从开口 暴露在外部的便携式终端。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种便携式终端, 包括:
壳体;
开口, 设置在所述壳体上而露出连接端子部; 以及
盖构件, 覆盖所述开口,
所述盖构件包括:
盖本体, 覆盖所述开口;
压入凸缘, 形成在与所述盖本体的所述开口对面的背面侧,被压入在所 述连接端子的端子间; 以及
铰接部, 连结到所述盖本体上, 被插入到邻接所述开口的孔部, 所述铰接部沿着在从所述壳体打开所述盖本体时与最先脱开的打开开 始位置的边邻接的边而配置,
所述压入凸缘以与作为所述打开开始位置的边大致平行的至少两个突 出形状形成,
所述打开开始位置侧形成的压入凸缘的突出尺寸以小于另一方的压入 凸缘的突出尺寸形成。
2.—种便携式终端, 包括:
壳体;
开口, 设置在所述壳体上而露出连接端子部; 以及
盖构件, 覆盖所述开口,
所述盖构件包括:
盖本体, 覆盖所述开口;
压入凸缘, 形成在与所述盖本体的所述开口对面的背面侧,被压入在所 述连接端子的端子间; 以及
带状的铰接部, 连结到所述盖本体上, 被插入到邻接所述开口的孔部, 所述铰接部沿着在从所述壳体打开所述盖本体时与最先脱开的打开开 始位置的边邻接的边而配置,
所述压入凸缘以在与所述铰接部大致正交的方向上至少两个突出形状 形成, 所述打开开始位置侧形成的压入凸缘的突出尺寸以小于另一方的压入 凸缘的突出尺寸形成。
3.如权利要求 1或 2所述的便携式终端,
所述压入凸缘包括:
第 1构件, 其平行于所述铰接部的宽度方向地形成;
第 2构件, 其与作为所述打开开始位置的边大致平行地形成; 以及 第 3构件, 其与所述第 2构件大致平行, 形成在比所述第 2构件远离所 述打开开始位置的位置,
所述第 2构件的突出尺寸比所述第 3构件的突出尺寸小。
4.如权利要求 3所述的便携式终端,
对应于所述第 2构件的突出尺寸和所述第 3构件的突出尺寸,在所述第 1构件中的突出方向的前端设置台阶部。
5.如权利要求 3或 4所述的便携式终端,
所述第 2构件的宽度尺寸在所述缝隙的缝隙高度尺寸以下,
并且所述第 3构件的宽度尺寸在所述第 2构件的宽度尺寸以下。
6.如权利要求 3至权利要求 5中的任何一项所述的便携式终端, 对于面向所述第 1构件中的所述第 2构件侧和所述第 3构件侧的表面, 直至所述第 2构件的宽度方向边缘为止的弯曲尺寸在直至所述第 3构件的宽 度方向边缘部为止的弯曲尺寸以下。
7.如权利要求 1至权利要求 6中的任何一项所述的便携式终端, 所述铰接部有缺口部,以使在所述盖本体侧的基端部中的宽度方向的所 述打开开始位置上宽度方向尺寸小。
8.如权利要求 1至权利要求 7中的任何一项所述的便携式终端, 在所述孔部的外侧边缘部设置外侧倒角部。
9.如权利要求 1至权利要求 6中的任何一项所述的便携式终端, 所述铰接部产生弯曲,以使沿宽度方向的两端面中的所述打开开始位置 侧成为外周面, 并且使所述打开支点侧成为内周面。
10.如权利要求 9所述的便携式终端,
在所述孔部的内侧边缘部设置内侧倒角部。
11. 如权利要求 1至权利要求 10中的任何一项所述的便携式终端, 所述盖构件被设置在所述壳体的侧面。
12.如权利要求 11所述的便携式终端,
所述打开开始位置被设置在沿着所述盖构件中的所述侧面的长度方向 的边缘部。
