Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé, un équipement d'utilisateur (UE) et un système pour sélectionner un réseau d'accès et une unité de politique de sélection de réseaux, qui comprend les étapes suivantes : l'unité de politique de sélection de réseaux reçoit une demande de politique de sélection de réseaux déclenchée par l'UE et portant les informations de réseau d'accès; l'unité de politique de sélection de réseaux obtient les informations d'état de réseau d'accès et les informations de configuration d'utilisateur selon la demande de politique de sélection de réseaux; l'unité de politique de sélection de réseaux établit les informations de politique de sélection de réseaux selon les informations d'état de réseau d'accès et les informations de configuration d'utilisateur et distribue les informations de politique de sélection de réseaux à l'UE. Selon le procédé, l'équipement d'utilisateur (UE) et le système pour sélectionner le réseau d'accès et l'unité de politique de sélection de réseaux de l'invention, l'unité de politique de sélection de réseaux peut obtenir complètement la position de l'UE et les informations de réseau d'accès; l'UE détecte l'adresse MAC de l'AP WLAN et signale l'adresse MAC de l'AP WLAN à l'unité de politique de sélection de réseaux; l'UE signale la liste des SSID d'accès fréquents à l'unité de base de données d'informations d'utilisateur pendant une certaine période; l'unité de politique de sélection de réseaux sélectionne le meilleur WLAN pour l'utilisateur en vue d'accéder à l'AP selon les informations de réseau d'accès communiquées par l'UE.
