Abstract

본 발명은 부분방전 노이즈 제거 장치 및 진단방법에 관한 것으로, 부분방전 신호 발생 시, 신호의 반응속도 차이를 이용하여 부분방전 신호의 노이즈를 제거하고, 노이즈가 제거된 신호를 출력하는 노이즈 제거 장치, 부분방전 신호 발생 시, 전력기기 표면으로 레이저를 출력하고, 레이저의 반사 신호로부터 음파 및 진동 데이터를 추출하는 레이저 모듈, 센서 연결부를 통해 입력되는 노이즈가 제거된 부분방전 신호와 레이저 모듈을 통해 추출된 음파 및 진동 데이터를 비교하여 상호 연관성을 분석하는 상호 연관성 분석부, 및 상호 연관성 분석부의 상호 연관성 분석 결과, 노이즈가 제거된 부분방전 신호와 음파 및 진동 데이터의 발생 주기, 시간, 및 위상 중 적어도 하나가 일치하는 신호에 대하여 부분방전 진단하는 부분방전 진단부를 포함한다.
