Abstract
별도의 외부 냉매나 열교환기 없이도 이산화탄소를 액화시킬 수 있는 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 액화장치는, 서로 연결된 복수개의 압축기를 포함하고, 상기 복수개의 압축기를 이용하여 기상의 제1 피드(Feed) 스트림이 제1 타겟 압력이 되도록 상기 제1 피드 스트림을 단계적으로 압축하는 압축유닛; 상기 제1 타겟 압력의 제1 피드 스트림을 액상의 제2 피드 스트림으로 응축시키는 응축기; 및 서로 연결된 복수개의 밸브를 포함하고, 상기 복수개의 밸브를 이용하여 상기 제2 피드 스트림이 제2 타겟 압력이 되도록 상기 제2 피드 스트림을 단계적으로 팽창시키는 팽창유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
