Abstract
Description
実施形態に係る電力管理システムは、複数の需要家毎に設けられる複数の下位電力管理装置と、複数の下位電力管理装置を管理する上位電力管理装置とを備える。前記上位電力管理装置は、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される複数の需要家の構成情報を、電力系統を管理する電力事業者に送信する。前記上位電力管理装置は、構成情報の送信の後に前記電力事業者から送信される電力抑制信号に応じて、各需要家で削減すべき削減電力量を含む削減情報を各下位電力管理装置に送信する。
(電力管理システムの構成)
以下において、第1実施形態に係る電力管理システムについて説明する。図1は、第1実施形態に係る電力管理システム100を示す図である。
以下において、第1実施形態に係る下位電力管理装置について説明する。図2は、第1実施形態に係るHEMS10(下位電力管理装置の一例)を示すブロック図である。図2に示すように、HEMS10は、受信部11と、送信部12と、制御部13とを有する。
以下において、第1実施形態に係る上位電力管理装置について説明する。図3は、第1実施形態に係るCEMS40(上位電力管理装置の一例)を示すブロック図である。図3に示すように、CEMS40は、受信部41と、送信部42と、制御部43とを有する。

ここで、PC(i)は、需要家(i)においてカテゴリCに属する負荷について削減可能な電力量(削減可能情報に含まれる電力量)である。PDRは、電力抑制信号によって指定される電力の削減量であり、具体的には、CEMS40の配下に設けられる複数の需要家70の全体で削減すべき電力量である。PCSUMは、CEMS40の配下に設けられる複数の需要家70の全体において、カテゴリCに属する負荷について削減可能な電力量の合計値である。

ここで、PB(i)は、需要家(i)においてカテゴリBに属する負荷について削減可能な電力量(削減可能情報に含まれる電力量)である。PBSUMは、CEMS40の配下に設けられる複数の需要家70の全体において、カテゴリBに属する負荷について削減可能な電力量の合計値である。
但し、ΣPA(i)×a(i)=PASUM
ここで、PA(i)は、需要家(i)においてカテゴリAに属する負荷について削減可能な電力量(削減可能情報に含まれる電力量)である。PASUMは、CEMS40の配下に設けられる複数の需要家70の全体において、カテゴリAに属する負荷について削減可能な電力量の合計値である。
以下において、第1実施形態に係る電力管理方法について説明する。図4は、第1実施形態に係るCEMS40の動作を示すフロー図である。図5~図7は、第1実施形態に係る電力管理システム100の動作を示すシーケンス図である。

Claims (14)
- 複数の需要家毎に設けられる複数の下位電力管理装置と、複数の下位電力管理装置を管理する上位電力管理装置とを備える電力管理システムであって、
前記上位電力管理装置は、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される複数の需要家の構成情報を、電力系統を管理する電力事業者に送信し、
前記上位電力管理装置は、前記構成情報の送信の後に前記電力事業者から送信される電力抑制信号に応じて、各需要家で削減すべき削減電力量を含む削減情報を各下位電力管理装置に送信することを特徴とする電力管理システム。 - 前記電力抑制信号は、前記電力事業者において前記構成情報に応じて定められることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記電力抑制信号は、前記電力系統に接続される負荷の現在の消費電力量から削減すべき削減電力量を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記構成情報は、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される下位電力管理装置の数、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される需要家の数、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される需要家の住人数、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される下位電力管理装置の位置、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される需要家の位置、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される地域の面積、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される需要家に設けられる分散電源が供給可能な電力量、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される需要家に設けられる分散電源が供給可能な電力予測量、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される需要家に設けられる負荷の消費電力予測量のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記上位電力管理装置は、電力系統を管理する電力事業者から送信される電力抑制信号に応じて、各下位電力管理装置に接続される負荷が属するカテゴリ毎に、現在の消費電力から削減可能な電力量の通知を要求する通知要求を各下位電力管理装置に送信し、
前記下位電力管理装置は、前記通知要求に応じて、現在の消費電力から削減可能な電力量を含む削減可能情報を前記カテゴリ毎に前記上位電力管理装置に送信し、
前記上位電力管理装置は、前記電力抑制信号及び前記削減可能情報に応じて、各需要家で削減すべき削減電力量を含む削減情報を各下位電力管理装置に送信することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力管理システム。 - 各下位電力管理装置は、各下位電力管理装置に接続される負荷が属するカテゴリ毎の消費電力量を含む電力情報を前記上位電力管理装置に送信し、
前記上位電力管理装置は、前記電力抑制信号及び前記電力情報に応じて、前記削減情報を各下位電力管理装置に送信することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力管理システム。 - 前記カテゴリは、優先順位を有しており、
前記上位電力管理装置は、優先順位が低いカテゴリに属する負荷の消費電力を優先して削減するように、各需要家で削減すべき削減電力量を決定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電力管理システム。 - 前記上位電力管理装置は、各需要家が利用可能な最大電流値の契約に対応する係数に応じて、各需要家で削減すべき削減電力量を決定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電力管理システム。
- 複数の需要家毎に設けられる複数の下位電力管理装置と、複数の下位電力管理装置を管理する上位電力管理装置とを備える電力管理システムに適用される電力管理方法であって、
前記上位電力管理装置から電力系統を管理する電力事業者に対して、前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される複数の需要家の構成情報を送信するステップと、
前記構成情報の送信の後に前記上位電力管理装置から各下位電力管理装置に対して、前記電力事業者から送信される電力抑制信号に応じて、各需要家で削減すべき削減電力量を含む削減情報を送信するステップとを備えることを特徴とする電力管理方法。 - 前記電力抑制信号は、前記電力事業者において前記構成情報に応じて定められることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電力管理方法。
- 前記電力抑制信号は、前記電力系統に接続される負荷の現在の消費電力量から削減すべき削減電力量を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電力管理方法。
- 複数の需要家毎に設けられる複数の下位電力管理装置を管理する上位電力管理装置であって、
前記上位電力管理装置によって管理される複数の需要家の構成情報を、電力系統を管理する電力事業者に送信する送信部を備え、
