La présente invention concerne une unité de fixation d'un élément de support permettant de fixer de façon amovible une pompe médicale, que l'élément de support soit disposé dans le sens vertical ou dans le sens horizontal par rapport au lit du patient, ainsi qu'une pompe médicale équipée de ladite unité de fixation. L'invention concerne, donc, une unité de fixation d'un élément de support (500), qui est montée sur une pompe médicale (1) et qui permet de fixer de façon amovible ladite pompe médicale (1) sur un élément de support. Ladite unité comprend un socle (501), qui peut être monté sur la pompe médicale soit selon une première orientation de montage (RS1) soit selon une seconde orientation de montage (RS2) qui diffère de ladite première orientation de montage (RS1) ; et une pièce de fixation (590) située sur le socle (501) et qui, lorsque le socle (501) est monté selon la première orientation de montage, peut être fixée sur l'élément de support (900) disposé selon une première direction (direction z) et qui, lorsque le socle (501) est monté selon la seconde orientation de montage (RS2), peut être fixée sur l'élément de support (900), disposé selon une seconde direction (direction x) qui diffère de ladite première direction.
