Abstract

본 발명은 2중 코팅 캡슐 구조를 이용한 침수라벨에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 외부로부터 물을 흡수하기 위해 종이, 합성종이, 부직포, 합성부직포, 한지 또는 흡수성코팅 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 물흡수층; 수용성 염료, 안료, 메탈릭, 실리카, 메탈릭산화물 또는 운모 중 어느 하나 또는 복수개의 색소와 친수성/물 흡수성의 할로겐-프리 수지를 포함하는 2중 코팅 캡슐 구조를 갖는 잉크로 상기 물흡수층의 배면에 인쇄되어 형성되는 잉크층; 및 상기 잉크층의 배면에 형성되어, 상기 잉크층의 배면으로 상기 수용성 염료, 안료, 메탈릭, 실리카, 메탈릭산화물 또는 운모 중 어느 하나 또는 복수개로 선택되어진 색소가 새는 것을 방지함과 방습, 방수기능의 잉크 배리어층;을 포함한다. 본 발명은 2중 코팅 캡슐 구조를 갖는 잉크의 수지물성, 두께의 조성, 가교제, 가교도의 정도와 잉크 배리어층 및 양면 방수층에 의해 강력한 내습성을 갖으며, 기존의 색상변화와 다르게 2가지 색상 변화가 가능하도록 함으로써, 좁은 면적의 침수 여부도 정밀하게 확인 가능한 효과를 제공한다.
