驱动缸的功能件的连接结构 技术领域 本发明涉及液压领域, 更具体地, 涉及一种驱动缸的功能件的连接结构。 背景技术 现有技术中的驱动缸的功能件包括缸底、 缸筒和导向套等, 其中, 缸底和缸筒通 常采用以下的连接方式: 焊接、 螺纹连接、 卡键连接、 填充浇注料、 法兰连接; 缸筒 和导向套之间采用的连接方式有螺纹连接、 卡键连接、 填充料、 法兰连接等。 如图 1 所示, 在缸筒 1的两端设有法兰 2, 法兰 2与缸筒 1之间通过丝扣连接或焊接, 缸底 4 和缸头 3之间通过螺栓 5与法兰 2连接。 如图 2所示, 缸底 1和缸筒 2之间通过焊接 连接, 缸筒 2和导向套 3通过螺纹连接。 如图 3所示, 缸底 4、 缸筒 1和压盖 3通过 拉杆 6连接。 然而, 上述各种连接方式都存在不足之处, 如 (1 )对于焊接来说, 有些材料焊接 工艺性存在缺陷, 甚至不能焊接; (2) 对于法兰连接来说, 缸筒上的法兰是焊接到缸 筒上, 因此, 也存在与焊接同样的缺陷; (3 ) 对于卡键连接来说, 需要在缸筒上加工 卡键槽, 不适宜某些材料的缸筒的加工; (4) 对于浇注料连接来说, 可使用的浇注料 比较少、 强度不够且工艺不成熟; (5 ) 对于螺纹连接来说, 需要在缸筒上加工螺纹, 因此不适宜某些材料的缸筒的加工; (6) 对于拉杆连接来说, 仅适用于较小的行程, 当行程增大时, 拉杆增大, 其稳定性降低。 发明内容 本发明旨在提供一种驱动缸的功能件的连接结构, 以解决现有技术的有些缸筒不 宜使用焊接、 或加工螺纹、 或卡键槽等常规连接方法连接的问题。 为解决上述技术问题, 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种驱动缸的功能件的连 接结构, 功能件包括缸底、 缸筒和导向套; 缸筒包括位于所述缸筒的第一端的与缸底 连接的第一区域、 以及位于所述缸筒的第二端的与导向套连接的第二区域; 缸筒在第 一区域和第二区域内分别设置有多个第一连接孔和多个第二连接孔; 缸底上设置有多 个与第一连接孔相对应的第三连接孔, 导向套上设置有多个与第二连接孔相对应的第 四连接孔; 连接结构还包括多个第一固定件和多个第二固定件, 在相对应的第一连接 孔和第三连接孔内穿设有第一固定件, 在相对应的第二连接孔和第四连接孔内穿设有 第二固定件。 进一步地, 第一连接孔和第二连接孔分别沿缸筒的径向设置, 第三连接孔分别沿 缸底的径向设置, 第四连接孔分别沿导向套的径向设置。 进一步地, 缸筒在第一区域和第二区域内还分别设置有多个第五连接孔和多个第 六连接孔; 缸底上设置有多个与第五连接孔相对应的第七连接孔, 导向套上设置有多 个与第六连接孔相对应的第八连接孔; 连接结构还包括多个第三固定件和多个第四固 定件, 在相对应的第五连接孔和第七连接孔内穿设有第三固定件, 在相对应的第六连 接孔和第八连接孔内穿设有第四固定件。 进一步地, 第三固定件和第四固定件是销子。 进一步地, 销子是圆柱销或圆锥销。 进一步地, 第五连接孔和第六连接孔内分别设置有第三连接套和第四连接套, 第 三固定件和第四固定件分别穿设在第三连接套和第四连接套内。 进一步地, 第一连接孔内设置有第一连接套, 第一固定件穿设在第一连接套内。 进一步地, 第一固定件是螺栓或螺钉, 第三连接孔内设置有与第一固定件配合的 内螺纹。 进一步地, 第二连接孔内设置有第二连接套, 第二固定件穿设在第二连接套内。 进一步地, 第二固定件是螺栓或螺钉, 第四连接孔内设置有与第二固定件配合的 内螺纹。 进一步地, 第一连接孔和第五连接孔在第一区域内交错地设置, 第二连接孔和第 六连接孔在第二区域内交错地设置。 进一步地, 第一连接孔、 和\或第二连接孔、 和\或第五连接孔、 和\或多个第六连 接孔分别设置成一排或多排。 本发明中的驱动缸的功能件的连接结构通过径向设置的第一固定件和第二固定 件, 解决了缸筒与缸底、 导向套之间的连接问题, 具有结构简单、 拆卸方便的特点, 特别适合于当缸筒不宜使用焊接、或加工螺纹、或卡键槽等常规连接方法连接的场合, 同时还适合于不受拉杆行程的限制的场合。 附图说明 构成本申请的一部分的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 本发明的示意性实 施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1示意性示出了现有技术中的驱动缸的功能件的第一种实施方式; 图 2示意性示出了现有技术中的驱动缸的功能件的第二种实施方式; 图 3示意性示出了现有技术中的驱动缸的功能件的第三种实施方式; 图 4示意性示出了本发明的驱动缸的功能件的连接结构; 图 5示意性示出了图 4的 B-B剖视图; 以及 图 6示意性示出了另一实施方式下的图 4的 B-B剖视图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但是本发明可以由权利要求限定 和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。 作为本发明的一个方面, 如图 4-6所示, 其中, 图 4是图 5, 图 6的 A-A方向的 剖视图, 本发明提供一种驱动缸的功能件的连接结构, 功能件包括缸底 1、 缸筒 2和 导向套 3 ; 缸筒 2包括位于所述缸筒的第一端的与缸底 1连接的第一区域、 以及位于 所述缸筒的第二端的与导向套 3连接的第二区域; 缸筒 2在第一区域和第二区域内分 别设置有多个第一连接孔和多个第二连接孔; 缸底 1上设置有多个与第一连接孔相对 应的第三连接孔, 导向套 3上设置有多个与第二连接孔相对应的第四连接孔; 连接结 构还包括多个第一固定件 4和多个第二固定件 5, 在相对应的第一连接孔和第三连接 孔内穿设有第一固定件, 在相对应的第二连接孔和第四连接孔内穿设有第二固定件。 优选地, 第一连接孔和第二连接孔分别沿缸筒 2的径向设置, 第三连接孔分别沿缸底 1 的径向设置, 第四连接孔分别沿导向套 3 的径向设置。 第一固定件、 第二固定件将 缸筒与缸底、 或缸筒与导向套固定。 上述连接结构不需要焊接、 或在缸筒上加工卡键 槽或螺纹, 因此, 其可适用于各种材料的缸体; 也不需要采用浇注工艺, 因此不存在 浇注强度不够的问题; 也不需要使用拉杆, 因此可适应于较大的行程且具有较好的稳 定性。 优选地, 第一连接孔、 第二连接孔、 第三连接孔、 第四连接孔、 第一固定件和 第二固定件成组地设置, 所述组的个数可以根据实际需要选择, 例如可以选择一组或 二组或多组, 优选地, 可以选择 8组。 优选地, 驱动缸是液压缸或气缸。 优选地, 第一连接孔内设置有第一连接套 8, 第一固定件 4穿设在第一连接套 8 内; 优选地, 第一固定件 4是螺栓或螺钉, 第三连接孔内设置有与第一固定件 4配合 的内螺纹。 优选地, 第二连接孔内设置有第二连接套 9, 第二固定件 5穿设在第二连 接套 9内; 优选地, 第二固定件 5是螺栓或螺钉, 第四连接孔内设置有与第二固定件 5配合的内螺纹。 特别地, 第一连接孔、 及第一连接套的内孔都为光孔, 第二连接孔、 及第二连接套的内孔都为光孔。 因此, 对于一些由不便于加工螺纹的材料而制成的缸 筒来说, 可以采用与缸筒不同的材料来制作所述第一连接套和第二连接套, 并通过第 一连接套和第二连接套增大第一固定件、 第二固定件与缸筒之间的作用面积, 特别当 缸筒材料易破坏时, 由于增大了作用面积, 改善了受力状况, 因此, 可有效防止上述 潜在的危险。 优选地, 第一固定件与第一连接套之间设置有垫圈 12, 第二固定件与第 二连接套之间设置有垫圈 13, 从而增大了二者之间的作用面积, 改善了受力情况。 优选地, 为了实现更好的连接与定位, 缸筒 2在第一区域和第二区域内还分别设 置有多个第五连接孔和多个第六连接孔; 缸底 1上设置有多个与第五连接孔相对应的 第七连接孔, 导向套上设置有多个与第六连接孔相对应的第八连接孔; 连接结构还包 括多个第三固定件 6和多个第四固定件 7, 在相对应的第五连接孔和第七连接孔内穿 设有第三固定件,在相对应的第六连接孔和第八连接孔内穿设有第四固定件。优选地, 第三固定件 6和第四固定件 7是销子, 优选地, 销子是圆柱销或圆锥销。 因此, 使用 第三固定件和第四固定件一方面起到了连接的作用, 另一方面还起到了定位的作用, 使得整个连接结构更加稳定可靠。 优选地, 第五连接孔和第六连接孔内分别设置有第 三连接套 10和第四连接套 11, 第三固定件 6和第四固定件 7分别穿设在第三连接套 10和第四连接套 11内。 通过销子进行连接和定位, 具有结构简单、 操作方便的特点。 优选地, 第五连接孔、 第六连接孔、 第七连接孔、 第八连接孔、 第三固定件和第四固 定件成组地设置, 所述组的个数可以根据实际需要选择, 例如可以选择一组或二组或 多组, 优选地, 可以选择 8组。 优选地。 第五连接孔和第六连接孔分别沿缸筒的径向 设置, 第七连接孔分别沿缸底的径向设置, 第八连接孔分别沿导向套的径向设置。 优选地, 第一连接孔和第五连接孔在第一区域内交错地设置, 第二连接孔和第六 连接孔在第二区域内相互交错地设置。 例如, 在如图 5所示的一个实施例中, 第一连 接孔和第五连接孔在第一区域内相互一一间隔地交错设置, 第二连接孔和第六连接孔 在第二区域内相互一一间隔地交错设置。 在另一个优选的实施例中, 如图 6所示, 在 每两个第一连接孔之间交错地设置有多个第五连接孔, 在每两个第二连接孔之间交错 地设置在多个第六连接孔, 即第三固定件和第四固定件 (优选地是销子) 的数量多于 第一固定件和第二固定件的数量, 从而提高了连接强度。 优选地, 第一连接孔、 和\ 或第二连接孔、和\或第五连接孔、和\或多个第六连接孔分别设置成一排或多排(优选 地, 是两排), 以增强连接的可靠性。 本发明中的驱动缸的功能件的连接结构通过径向设置的第一固定件和第二固定 件, 解决了缸筒与缸底、 导向套之间的连接问题, 具有结构简单、 拆卸方便的特点, 特别适合于当缸筒不宜使用焊接、或加工螺纹、或卡键槽等常规连接方法连接的场合, 同时还适合于不受拉杆行程的限制的场合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种驱动缸的功能件的连接结构, 其特征在于,
所述功能件包括缸底、 缸筒和导向套;
所述缸筒包括位于所述缸筒的第一端的与所述缸底连接的第一区域、 以及 位于所述缸筒的第二端的与所述导向套连接的第二区域;
所述缸筒在所述第一区域和第二区域内分别设置有多个第一连接孔和多个 第二连接孔;
所述缸底上设置有多个与所述第一连接孔相对应的第三连接孔, 所述导向 套上设置有多个与所述第二连接孔相对应的第四连接孔;
所述连接结构还包括多个第一固定件和多个第二固定件, 在相对应的所述 第一连接孔和第三连接孔内穿设有所述第一固定件, 在相对应的所述第二连接 孔和第四连接孔内穿设有所述第二固定件。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的连接结构, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接孔和第二连接孔 分别沿所述缸筒的径向设置, 所述第三连接孔分别沿所述缸底的径向设置, 所 述第四连接孔分别沿所述导向套的径向设置。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的连接结构, 其特征在于, 所述缸筒在所述第一区域和第 二区域内还分别设置有多个第五连接孔和多个第六连接孔;
所述缸底上设置有多个与所述第五连接孔相对应的第七连接孔, 所述导向 套上设置有多个与所述第六连接孔相对应的第八连接孔;
所述连接结构还包括多个第三固定件和多个第四固定件, 在相对应的所述 第五连接孔和第七连接孔内穿设有所述第三固定件, 在相对应的所述第六连接 孔和第八连接孔内穿设有所述第四固定件。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的连接结构, 其特征在于, 所述第三固定件和第四固定件 是销子。 根据权利要求 4所述的连接结构, 其特征在于, 所述销子是圆柱销或圆锥销。
6. 根据权利要求 3所述的连接结构, 其特征在于, 所述第五连接孔和第六连接孔 内分别设置有第三连接套和第四连接套, 所述第三固定件和第四固定件分别穿 设在第三连接套和第四连接套内。
7. 根据权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的连接结构, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接孔内 设置有第一连接套, 所述第一固定件穿设在所述第一连接套内。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定件是螺栓或螺钉, 所述第三连接孔内设置有与所述第一固定件配合的内螺纹。
9. 根据权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的连接结构, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接孔内 设置有第二连接套, 所述第二固定件穿设在所述第二连接套内。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二固定件是螺栓或螺钉, 所述第四连接孔内设置有与所述第二固定件配合的内螺纹。
11. 根据权利要求 3所述的连接结构, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接孔和第五连接孔 在所述第一区域内交错地设置, 所述第二连接孔和第六连接孔在所述第二区域 内交错地设置。
12. 根据权利要求 3所述的连接结构, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接孔、 和\或第二连 接孔、 和\或第五连接孔、 和\或多个第六连接孔分别设置成一排或多排。
13. 根据权利要求 1所述的连接结构, 其特征在于, 所述驱动缸是液压缸或气缸。
