- the overall thickness of the base sheet 120 is 50 ⁇ m to 600 ⁇ m, preferably 150 ⁇ m to 500 ⁇ m, as described above.
- the strength and handling required as an element for holding the hook fastener 110 to the disposable diaper 10 while ensuring appropriate flexibility compared to the hook fastener 110 by using it in the above-mentioned range This makes it possible to ensure ease of use, and makes it difficult to feel a foreign object feeling compared to the hook fastener 110 as an impression of thickness.
- the fabric weight is larger than 100 g / m 2
- the bulk of the nonwoven fabric fiber will increase, and it will be necessary to increase the number of heat fusion points in order to interlace and fix the constituent fibers, compared to the bending rigidity of the hook fastener 110
- the bending rigidity of the base sheet 120 becomes conspicuous. If the thickness exceeds 600 ⁇ m, the thickness of the base sheet 120 itself is given to the user with a sense of foreign matter (changes from a fabric-like impression to a plastic-like impression). The unity with the material sheet 120 will be affected.
- the basis weight is smaller than 10 g / m 2, it is difficult to secure sufficient strength as the base sheet 120 to which the hook fastener 110 is attached. If the thickness is less than 50 ⁇ m, the hook fastener 110- When the disposable diaper 10 is stopped or removed from the disposable diaper 10, the attaching / detaching operation becomes difficult.
- the base sheet 120 is composed of a nonwoven fabric as described above, a plurality of nonwoven fabrics can be stacked.
- the basis weight per sheet is suppressed to be lower than that of a single non-woven fabric having a higher basis weight (more preferably, a nonwoven fabric having a basis weight within the above-mentioned range may be used when a plurality of sheets are stacked).
- the above-mentioned aim can be realized in a more balanced manner by dividing the sheet into three or a plurality of sheets and stacking them to have a total thickness and 600 ⁇ m or less.
- the thickness of the nonwoven fabric was measured using a thickness meter (thickness meter manufactured by Tester Sangyo Co., Ltd.) having a circular measuring terminal shape ( ⁇ 5 mm) and a load of 1.23 N.
- the sheets can be joined together by various means.
- the hot melt adhesive is applied to each other by applying lines (including spiral shapes) or dots. It is preferable from the viewpoint of flexibility and productivity to fix the sheet.
- the hook height H1 (see Fig. 6) is set to 45 to 150 ⁇ m.
- the hook sheet thickness T2 is set to 45 to 75 ⁇ m.
- the total thickness T1, which is the total thickness of the hook 111 and the hook sheet 112, is preferably 115 to 200 ⁇ m from the test results described later.
- the hook height H1 is larger than 150 ⁇ m, it is easy to visually recognize the presence of the hook, and an impression that the hook fastener 110 is pointed visually is given.
- the hook height H1 is smaller than 45 ⁇ m, the function of engaging with other sheets (such as the female member of the hook fastener) which is the original function of the hook fastener 110 cannot be sufficiently exerted, and the necessary engagement strength is obtained. It cannot be secured.
- ⁇ E can be calculated by (Equation 1).
- the light transmittance from the tip end side of the hook 111 to the base sheet 120 side is preferably 60 to 85%.
- the integrated value of the standard deviation (MMD) of the average friction coefficient (MIU) of the hook fastener 110 and the average deviation (SMD) of the average friction coefficient is preferably 0.10 to 0.45.

- the direction in which the distance between the hooks is minimized is the first direction, and the direction orthogonal to the first direction is the second direction.
- Table 1 shows the structures and test results of the fastening members according to Examples 1 to 6 and the fastening members according to Comparative Examples 1 to 3 (hereinafter simply referred to as Examples and Comparative Examples as appropriate). An outline is shown.
- the hook height H1, the hook sheet thickness T2, and the total thickness T1 of the fastening member were measured in a state where no pressure was applied to the samples according to the examples and the comparative examples.
- the measurement environment was a temperature of 20 ⁇ 2 ° C., a relative humidity of 65 ⁇ 5%, and a microscope (VHX-900 manufactured by Keyence Corporation) was used as a measuring instrument.
- an enlarged image of a cross section of a sample is acquired, and a sample with a known dimension is superimposed on the image and displayed.
- a microscope scale was adjusted to the enlarged image, and the height and thickness of the sample were measured. This operation was performed 10 times, and an average value of 10 times was taken as an acquired value.
- each sample is prepared (if the size can be cut out, the width is 30 mm, and if it is less, the value converted per 30 mm width is the measurement result. And).
- a sample was prepared by cutting out a member at a target position to which the hook fastener 110 is to be fixed in a size larger than that of the hook fastener 110.
- the cylindrical roller was moved along the main attaching / detaching direction of the hook fastener 110 at a speed of 5 mm / min, and each sample was crimped.
- the roller is 2,000g in weight, 95mm in diameter, 45mm in width, covered with rubber with a durometer hardness of A 80 ⁇ 5 specified in JIS K 6253 with a surface thickness of about 6mm, and there is no unevenness on the surface A thing was used.
- the pressure-bonded sample was set in an autograph testing machine, and the engagement force (N / 30 mm) of the sample when the pulling speed was 300 mm / min was measured.
- the pulling direction was set such that the surface of the hook fastener 110 was at an angle of 135 ° with respect to the surface of the member at the target position where the hook fastener 110 was to be fastened.
- the engagement force was insufficient, and when the measured value exceeded 0.2 N / 30 mm, it was judged as OK.
- the coordinates L, a, and b were measured using a colorimeter (Minolta mode CR-300). Specifically, the base sheet 120 (with the hook fastener 110 mounting surface facing up) and the hook fastener 110 (with the hook 111 side facing up) were arranged on the white standard plate. The size of the hook fastener 110 was smaller than the size of the base sheet 120, and the values of L *, a *, and b * were measured (measurement (1)) at the position where only the base sheet 120 exists. Furthermore, the values of L *, a *, b * at the position where the hook fastener 110 and the base sheet 120 overlap each other were measured (measurement (2)).
- ⁇ E (see Equation 1) is calculated using the values of L *, a *, b * acquired in measurement (1) and the values of L *, a *, b * acquired in measurement (2). did.
- Table 2 shows the measurement results of Example 1, Example 2, and Comparative Example 1. As shown in Table 2, the test was performed on a plurality of samples in which the color of the base sheet 120 was changed among the same examples.
- the color difference ⁇ E is smaller than 2.23, 80% or more of the observers judged that the feeling of the fabric was felt in the “texture feeling” test. ing. That is, the color difference ⁇ E is more preferably 2.23 or less from the viewpoint of fostering a sense of unity with the disposable diaper 10 body.
- the total light transmittance is measured in accordance with the standard of JIS-K7105, and a color difference meter (Nippon Denshoku Industries Co., Ltd. Kyosai Photometric Color Difference Meter Z-300A) is used. Using. Specifically, a sample having a width of 5 mm and a length of 5 mm was sandwiched between turbidimeters to obtain a TT value, and the obtained TT value was defined as the total light transmittance (%) of the sample.
- the embossed non-woven fabric (1) is a base material sheet 120 having a weight per unit area of 20 g / m 2 , a pattern diameter of 1.0 mm, and a pattern area ratio of 20%. Respectively, nonwoven fabrics having an embossed portion with a basis weight of 80 g / m 2 , a pattern diameter of 1.5 mm, and a pattern area ratio of 35% are shown.
- Bending characteristics were measured using a KES-FB2 manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd., with a 1 cm width of each sample in the specified area as a sample, fixed between 1 cm intervals of the chuck, bent to the maximum curvature +2.5 cm-1, and then bent to the front side. , Measured by bending back to the maximum curvature of -2.5 cm-1 and then returning.
- the bending stiffness B [gf ⁇ cm 2 / cm] was calculated from the inclination when the inclination of the bending moment with respect to the curvature became almost constant for the first time after bending to the front side.
- the bending recovery property 2HB [gf ⁇ cm / cm] was determined from the hysteresis width.
- the bending rigidity B is an average of numerical values in the longitudinal direction (longitudinal direction) and the lateral direction (width direction) of the diaper.
- Table 4 shows the test results of Examples 1 to 3, Comparative Example 1, and Comparative Example 3.
- B value the value of bending stiffness B
- 2HB value the value of bending recovery 2HB
- B values were 0.005 to 0.09 gf ⁇ cm 2 / cm, and 2HB values were 0.005 to 0.06 gf ⁇ cm / cm.
- the B value was 0.151 gf ⁇ cm 2 / cm, and the 2HB value was 0.124 gf ⁇ cm / cm.
- the B value and the 2HB value are low, an impression close to the fabric can be given to the user.
- Example 1 and Example 2 were cut out into a width of 15 mm ⁇ a length of 50 mm, and the sample piece was below the horizontal surface of the chuck in a state where the end portion was held by a horizontal chuck. It was confirmed to be curved.
- a sample that can be bent by the weight of the sample piece as a fastening member (hook fastener)
- the thickness of the hook sheet 112 is thicker than that of the example, and the distance between hooks L1 is as small as 120 ⁇ m, so both the B value and 2HB value are higher than those of the example.
- the surface friction was measured by arranging 20 piano wires identical to the contact terminals used for measuring the surface roughness and pressing the contact surface against the sample with a weight of 25 gf using a weight. For measurement of surface friction and surface roughness, the sample was moved 2 cm horizontally at a fixed speed of 0.1 cm / min.
- the average friction coefficient MIU, the standard deviation MMD of MIU (however, only in the lateral direction), and the average deviation SMD [ ⁇ m] of the surface roughness were calculated.
- the inner surface of the said wearing article ie, the surface which contact
- Table 5 shows the measurement results of the surface friction characteristics.
- the smoothness of the hook fastener 110 surface is expressed by an integrated value of MMD (roughness) and SMD (roughness).
- MMD roughness
- SMD roughness
- the hook height H1 is set to 45 to 150 ⁇ m
- the hook sheet thickness T2 is set to 45 to 75 ⁇ m.
- L * a * b * color system when L * color difference is ⁇ L *, a * color difference is ⁇ a *, and b * color difference is ⁇ b *, ⁇ L *, ⁇ a *, and ⁇ b * are The calculated color difference ⁇ E between the hook fastener 110 and the base sheet 120 is less than 5.5.
- the hook fastener 110 can have a texture and appearance similar to those of a non-woven fabric and the like, instead of a plastic texture and appearance like a conventional hook fastener. That is, the texture of the hook fastener 110 and the uncomfortable appearance can be greatly reduced, and a sense of unity with the disposable diaper body, that is, a worn article worn by a person or the like can be nurtured.
- the inventor of the present application has found that there are the following three points for making a hook fastener into a fabric.
- the hook height H1 is high, the uneven hook fastener 110 comes into contact with the skin and stimulates the wearer's skin. Therefore, by setting the hook height H1 in the above range, the wearer's skin irritation (such as a tingling sensation) is greatly reduced. That is, the hook height H1 is a rib-like height that can be knitted on the fabric, and has the same unevenness as a fabric that can be touched normally.
- the light transmittance from the hook 111 tip (umbrella 111b) side to the base sheet 120 side of the hook fastener 110 is set to 60% to 85%.
- the state of the base material sheet 120 becomes visible through the hook fastener 110, and the hook fastener 110 is visually recognized as being integrated with the base material sheet 120 formed of a nonwoven fabric. . Therefore, the texture and color of the base sheet 120 can be visually recognized through the hook fastener 110, and the difference in appearance between the hook fastener 110 and the base sheet 120 can be reduced.
- the light transmittance of the hook fastener 110 is increased so that the base sheet 120 can be seen through, and when there is a fine unevenness due to the hook fastener 110, it feels like being in surface contact with the skin like a film. Eliminates negative impressions on the skin. Furthermore, by making the color difference between the hook fastener 110 and the base sheet 120 in the above-described range, it is possible to cultivate the appearance of the hook fastener 110 and the base sheet 120.
- the hook height H1 By setting the thicknesses of the hook fastener 110 and the base sheet 120 (total thickness T1, hook sheet thickness T2) within the above-described ranges, it becomes difficult to feel the step difference between the hook fastener 110 and the base sheet 120. And a sense of unity of the texture of the base sheet 120. Since the difference in thickness between the hook fastener 110 and the base sheet 120 is small, the difference in rigidity is also small, and bending from the boundary between the hook fastener 110 and the base sheet 120 is also suppressed. You can cultivate the experience.
- FIG. 7 is a plan view of a fastening piece 100A according to a modified example of the present invention.
- the fastening piece 100 ⁇ / b> A is provided with a predetermined pattern 140 by design on the surface of the base sheet 120 on the hook fastener 110 side, and in the example shown in FIG. 7, a textured pattern is provided.
- the pattern 140 is continuously provided from the formation region of the hook fastener 110 of the base sheet 120 to the non-formation region of the hook fastener 110.
- the pattern 140 provided on the base sheet 120 can be visually recognized through the hook fastener 110. For this reason, the sense of unity between the hook fastener 110 and the base sheet 120 can be further enhanced.
- the pattern 140 may be various patterns instead of symbols, or may be embossed.
- FIG. 8 is a schematic perspective view of a disposable diaper 10A according to a modified example of the present invention.
- the disposable diaper 10A includes a hook fastener 110A and a target tape 150.
- the disposable diaper 10A is a pants type in which a front waistline portion and a rear waistline portion are joined.
- a hook fastener 110A and a target tape 150 are provided at one joint portion (side portion) between the front waistline portion and the rear waistline portion, and the side portion is detachable.
- the hook fastener 110A can be configured substantially the same as the fastening piece 100 described above. Further, the target tape 150 is configured by a hook fastener female member with which the hook portion of the hook fastener 110A is engaged. A known material can be used for the target tape 150.
- the disposable diaper 10 has been described as an example, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the disposable diaper, and other disposable wearing articles, for example, the wing portion of a sanitary napkin, etc. Can also be suitably used. Furthermore, the scope of application of the present invention is not limited to disposable wearing articles, and can be suitably used for wearing articles such as clothes worn by humans and animals (pets) and formed of nonwoven fabrics.

Abstract
