Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'aide à l'exercice pour aider un utilisateur pratiquant un exercice. Le système d'aide à l'exercice comporte : un miroir pour montrer une image réfléchie d'un utilisateur, qui pratique un exercice à une position déterminée précédemment, à l'utilisateur ; et une unité d'affichage pour afficher un programme vidéo, qui déplace des images prises d'un instructeur qui guide l'exercice de l'utilisateur. L'unité d'affichage comporte : une surface d'affichage disposée à une position qui est tournée vers le miroir avec l'utilisateur entre eux ; et un projecteur qui projette le programme vidéo sur la surface d'affichage. Dans l'unité d'affichage, la position de l'image affichée de l'instructeur, qui est affichée sur la surface d'affichage, est ajustée de sorte que l'image réfléchie de l'utilisateur et l'image réfléchie de l'instructeur puissent être vues à différentes positions dans le miroir.
