液体食品搅拌发泡机
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种液体食品搅拌发泡机, 特别涉及一种包括一杯体, 一搅 拌器和一加热装置的发泡机, 所述搅拌器可拆卸地设置在所述杯体中, 以对所述 发泡机中的液体食品进行搅拌发说泡。 背景技术
目前, 液体食品发泡机, 特别是牛奶发泡书机主要是具有搅拌和加热双重功能 的发泡机, 在加热搅拌的情况下, 可以使液体食品, 牛奶或其它液体奶基食品更 好的发泡, 从而使得具有奶泡的食品口感较好。
现在市场上的液体食品发泡机, 一般包括, 一个具有容纳腔的杯体, 一个本 替或加热底座, 一个盖体, 一个加热装置, 一个搅拌器, 一个驱动搅拌器旋转的 驱动装置, 以及一个连接于所述底座中的电源装置。
搅拌器的安装主要有以下几种类型:
第 1种类型: 杯体底部有穿孔, 马达通过密封连接件直接穿过杯底驱动搅拌 器旋转; 第 2种类型: 马达安装在杯体的盖子内, 马达轴加长直接驱动搅拌器旋 转; 第 3种类型: 杯体底部固定铆接有一短轴或杯子底部焊接有一凸起的短管类 结构, 搅拌器安装在短轴上或安装在凸起的短管类结构上, 马达磁力驱动搅拌器 旋转。
从市场和消费者反馈的情况, 以上几种结构存在的有如下问题: 第 1种类型, 存在杯子漏水和卫生 2个突出问题, 杯体底部穿孔结构, 无论 密封做的多么好, 一般在使用几个月后, 因为密封件磨损而失效, 有漏水和漏液 发生, 存在损坏内部电器件和漏电的安全风险; 另外杯底与马达轴连接的固定不 可拆卸的连接件或密封件上粘附的牛奶等食物很难清洗干净,残存在密封件和连 接件上的牛奶容易变质, 发出难闻气味, 卫生堪忧。
第 2种类型, 存在马达密封和马达过热及冷凝水 3个主要问题, 安装在杯盖 内的马达伸出轴的密封是很难克服的问题, 水或牛奶容易渗透进马达内, 另外安 装在盖子内的马达频繁受热, 相当于马达频繁在蒸桑拿, 冷热交替使盖子内产生 冷凝水珠等潮湿环境, 加速马达出故障的机会。
第 3种类型, 杯子底部铆接有固定轴或焊接有凸起短管结构, 因杯子底部不 是平滑结构, 存在卫生死角, 不易清洗干净。
有鉴于此, 如何提供彻底清洗消毒, 方便使用, 是液体食品加热搅拌发泡 机有待解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于, 提供一种液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其包括一具有 平整光滑内底面的杯体, 一支架, 一活动设置在支架上的搅拌器, 一机体和一设 置在机体内的磁力驱动装置和加热装置; 所述支架和搅拌器与杯体或杯盖可快 速连接和分离, 设置在机体内的驱动装置磁力驱动搅拌器旋转, 以对所述杯体内 的液体食品进行搅拌发泡。所述支架和搅拌器与杯体或杯盖可快速连接和分离的 结构, 既可以使用在杯体与加热装置可分离的结构中, 也可以使用在杯体与加热 装置固定为一体的结构中,都能达到支架和搅拌装置与杯体或杯盖完全分离的目 的,并且杯体内底面平滑整洁,支架与搅拌器及杯体内部的清洗消毒都非常方便, 无任何卫生死角, 彻底解决了消费者关注的清洗消毒问题。
本实用新型的另一目的在于, 提供一种液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其杯体与加热 装置为一体式结构。 其包括一具有平整光滑内底面的杯体, 一支架, 一搅拌器, 一机体和一设置在机体内的磁力驱动装置和加热装置。 所述搅拌器内置有磁铁, 所述支架由支架底板和支架中心轴固定连接组成,所述搅拌器活动套设于所述支 架中心轴上, 所述搅拌器下部设置有减少摩擦力的一圈环形 R位, 所述支架底 板与所述环行 R位线接触支撑搅拌器, 当所述搅拌器套设在所述支架中心轴上 并一同放置在所述杯体内底面上的指示区域内时,所述内置有磁铁的搅拌器与驱 动装置的磁铁盘磁力相吸,从而使所述支架底板被所述磁力夹紧而紧贴在杯体内 底面上, 使所述支架不能转动。 工作时, 设置在机体内的驱动装置的磁铁盘磁力 驱动杯体内的搅拌器旋转, 以对所述杯体内的液体食品进行搅拌发泡。
当倒出杯内液体食品时, 因磁吸力作用, 所述搅拌器和所述支架不会掉落。 施加一正常提拉力, 所述搅拌器和所述支架与所述杯体可完全分离, 搅拌器及支 架可洗碗机清洗消毒, 杯体内部底面平整光滑, 无食物残留结构, 无卫生死角, 便于清洗干净。
本实用新型的另一目的在于, 提供一种液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其杯体与加热 装置为一体式结构。其包括一具有平整光滑内底面的杯体, 一支架, 一活动设置 在支架上的搅拌器, 一机体和一设置在机体内的磁力驱动装置和加热装置; 所述 支架由支架底板和支架中心轴固定连接组成, 所述支架底板上设置有磁铁, 所述 杯体底部对应设置有铁质磁性材料,所述支架底板上的磁铁与所述杯体底部对应 设置的铁质磁性材料磁力相吸, 从而使所述支架被磁力固定在所述杯体内底面 上, 所述机体内的驱动装置驱动所述搅拌器旋转, 实现液体食品发泡。支架和搅 拌器与杯体可以分离, 便于清洗消毒。
本实用新型的另一目的在于, 提供一种液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其杯体与所述 加热装置可分离。其包括一具有平整光滑内底面的杯体, 一支架, 一活动设置于 支架上的搅拌器, 一机体和一设置在机体内的磁力驱动装置和加热装置; 所述杯 体底面为至少 2层复合底结构, 并且杯体复合底中间镶有铁质磁性材料, 所述杯 体内底面成型有放置所述支架底板的指示区域; 所述支架由支架底板和支架中 心轴固定连接组成, 所述支架底板上设置有磁铁, 当所述支架放置在所述杯体内 底面指示区域内时, 所述支架底板与杯底镶有的所述铁质磁性材料磁力相吸, 使 支架底板紧贴在杯底。 设置在机体内的驱动装置磁力驱动杯体内的搅拌器旋转, 以对所述杯体内的液体食品进行搅拌发泡。 所述加热装置为电磁感应加热系统, 或者是传统发热管类型的发热盘。
当所述杯体与所述加热装置分离后, 倒出杯内液体食品时, 因所述支架底板 磁力吸紧在杯子底面而不会掉落。施加一正常提拉力于支架, 所述支架和搅拌器 与杯体容易分离,杯体和支架及搅拌器都可放入洗碗机彻底清洗消毒,干净卫生。
本实用新型的另一目的在于, 提供一种液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其包括一具有 平整光滑内底面的杯体, 一支架, 一活动设置在支架上的搅拌器, 一机体和一设 置在机体内的磁力驱动装置和加热装置。所述杯体包括一杯盖, 所述支架的所述 中心轴可拆卸地连接于所述杯盖, 所述支架的中心轴上可拆卸的安装有搅拌器。 支架中心轴与杯盖可分离, 搅拌器与支架中心轴可分离, 杯体内底面为平整光滑 结构, 清洗消毒非常方便。 值得一提的是, 这种支架与杯盖可拆卸的连接结构, 既可使用在杯体与加热装置可分离的结构中,也可以使用在杯体与加热装置一体 式结构中。 为达到以上目的, 本实用新型提供一种液体食品搅拌发泡机, 包括: 一杯体, 所述杯体具有一容纳腔以容纳液体食品;
一搅拌器, 所述搅拌器包括一磁力搅拌元件;
一支架, 所述搅拌器活动设置于所述支架上, 所述支架可拆卸地设置于所述 容纳腔中; 和
一机体, 所述机体包括一驱动装置, 所述驱动装置包括一电机和一磁铁盘, 所述驱动装置磁力驱动所述搅拌器旋转, 从而使所述液体食品发泡。
优选地, 所述杯体与所述加热装置为一体式结构, 所述支架底板由所述搅拌 器和所述驱动装置的磁铁盘产生的磁性吸力夹紧而紧贴在所述杯体内底面指示 圈内, 所述支架与所述杯体可分离。
优选地, 所述杯体与所述加热装置为一体式结构, 所述支架底板上设置有磁 铁, 所述杯体底部设置有铁质材料区域, 所述支架底板与所述杯体底面磁力吸紧 在所述杯体内底面的指示圈内, 并且可分离。
优选地, 所述杯体与加热装置为分离结构, 所述支架底板上设置有磁铁, 所 述杯体底面为至少 2层复合底结构, 并且复合底中间镶有铁质磁性材料区域, 所 述杯体内底面成型有放置支架底板的指示圈,当所述支架放置在所述杯体内底面 指示区域时, 所述支架底板与杯底镶有的所述铁质磁性材料磁力相吸, 使支架底 板与杯体底面磁力相吸紧贴在杯底。 当所述杯体与所述发热装置分离后, 倒出液 体食品时, 位于杯内底面的所述支架和所述搅拌器不会掉落, 施加一正常提拉力 于支架, 所述支架与所述杯体可分离。
优选地, 所述杯体进一步包括有一杯盖和一支架中心轴, 所述支架中心轴与 所述杯盖采用可拆卸的防止转动的连接方式,所述杯盖与所述支架中心轴的上端 为对应的一对磁性元件, 或者, 所述杯盖中心下部与所述支架中心轴上端采用螺 纹连接。所述支架中心轴下端设置有固定环, 在固定环上设置有活动连接板, 所 述搅拌器与所述活动连接板采用弹性卡扣可拆卸的连接。
优选地, 所述机体内还包括一加热装置, 一驱动装置, 一杯体 NTC温控器, 一加热装置 NTC温控器、一加热装置温度保险丝、一控制电路板和一开关按键。 所述控制电路板与所述加热装置、所述杯体 NTC温控器、加热装置 NTC温控器 及电机电连接, 以实现对所述杯体内的液体食品加热和搅拌, 所述加热装置为单 铝发热管和铝板的焊接体, 或者是电磁感应加热装置, 或者是云母加热装置; 所 述驱动装置包括电机和安装在电机轴上的磁铁盘, 所述搅拌器内置有磁铁, 并且 所述搅拌器外部设置有弹簧和扎圈, 所述驱动装置磁力驱动所述搅拌器旋转, 从 而使液体食品发泡。
本实用新型的有益效果在于, 提供一支架和一搅拌器, 搅拌器转动设置在所 述支架上, 提供一内底面平整光滑的杯体, 所述支架连同所述搅拌器可快速地在 杯体内放置和分离, 结构简单, 使用方便。
杯体内无任何卫生死角, 便于清洁消毒, 搅拌器和支架可洗碗机清洗, 当杯 体与加热装置为分离结构时, 杯体也可用洗碗机清洗消毒, 彻底解决了消费者关 注的与液体食品接触的零部件的清洗消毒问题。 附图说明

如图 1至图 2所示,根据本实用新型的第一优选实施例的液体食品搅拌发泡 机, 其包括一杯体 10, 一杯盖 16, 一搅拌器 30和一支架 40, 一机体 20, 一驱 动装置 21, 一取电底座 50。
所述杯体 10具有一容纳腔 11, 液体食品如牛奶盛放于所述容纳腔 11中, 所述支架 40和所述搅拌器 30安装后一同放置在所述杯体 10内底面上, 所述杯 体 10设置在所述机体 20内, 所述机体 20内还包括一驱动装置 21, 在本优选实 施例中, 所述驱动装置 21包括一电机 211和一磁铁盘 212, 所述电机 211连接 至控制电路板 25, 工作状态时, 所述控制电路板 25给所述电机 211供电, 使所 述电机 211旋转并带动所述磁铁盘 212—起旋转,所述磁铁盘 212产生一旋转磁 场驱动所述搅拌器 30旋转。

所述支架底板 42由所述搅拌器 30和所述驱动装置 21的磁铁盘 212产生的 磁吸力夹紧而固定在所述杯体 10内底面指示圈 12内, 工作时, 支架底板不会转 动。
所述机体 20内还包括一设置在杯体 10下部的一加热装置 22, 一温控器 24 和一控制电路板 25, 所述加热装置 22对所述杯体 10内的液体食品加热。 值得 一提的是, 在本优选实施例中, 所述杯体 10与所述加热装置 22为焊接成一体的 结构, 如所述杯体 10底部与铝盘和发热管钎焊成一体, 以提供一加热系统。
所述支架 40被所述搅拌器 30和所述磁铁盘 212磁吸力夹紧而紧贴在杯体 10的内底面上, 当倒出杯体内的液体食品时,支架和搅拌器不会掉落出来; 施加 一提拉力于所述支架 40的提手 43, 即可将所述支架 40连同所述搅拌器 30从所 述杯体 10取出, 使所述搅拌器 30和支架 40及杯体 10非常方便的清洁消毒。传 统的奶泡机杯体底面或者是穿孔结构, 或者是固定铆接有轴, 或者是固定焊接有 凸起结构, 容易产生卫生死角, 导致清洗消毒不彻底。 而本实用新型的优选实施 例的液体食品搅拌发泡机很好地解决了这个问题。
如图 3A,图 3B和图 3C所示,为杯体 10底部成型有指示圈 12立体示意图。 如图 4A, 图 4B和图 4C所示, 根据本实用新型的上述第一优选实施例的液 体食品搅拌发泡机的支架 40和搅拌器 30的另一变形结构方式,其结构与上述图 1和图 2中的支架 40和搅拌器 30结构类似, 其差异在于, 所述支架中心轴 41 上端有凹槽 411, 所述搅拌元件 31上端开有槽 313, 并且搅拌元件 31的上端内 孔有凸起的弹性结构 312, 当所述搅拌器 30套设在支架中心轴 41上时, 弹性结 构 312大间隙弹性扣入凹槽 411内, 因其配合间隙足够大, 凹槽 411并不影响搅 拌器 30转动。
如图 5和图 6所示,根据本实用新型的第二优选实施例的液体食品搅拌发泡 机, 其结构与本实用新型的第一优选实施例结构类似, 差异在于所述支架底板 42上设置有磁铁 421, 所述杯体 10的底部对应设置有铁质磁性材料圈 13, 所述 支架底板 42与所述杯体 10底面磁力吸紧在所述杯体 10内底面的指示圈 12内, 并且可分离。这种在支架底板 42上设置磁铁 421和在杯体 10的底部设置铁质磁 性材料 13的磁力连接结构, 主要适用于加大容量的杯体, 因为大容量的牛奶在 搅拌发泡时, 搅拌器的阻力会加大, 这种结构能很好地增强支架底板 42在杯体 10底面的稳固性, 使支架底板 42不会转动或移动。
所述杯体 10底部成型有一指示圈 12, 所述指示圈 12为一微型凸起结构, 其高度在 0.5mm左右, 所述支架 40放置在所述杯体 10的内底面上的指示圈 12 内, 指示圈 12可以是一整圈凸起的圆弧, 或者是至少两段同心圆弧均匀分布。
所述支架 40的底板 42上固定嵌入的磁铁 421呈均匀分布,且至少包含 2块 磁铁。
所述杯体 10底部固定连接的铁质磁性材料 13是完整一圈的环形结构,当所 述支架 40的底板 42放置在所述指示圈 12内的任意角度时,支架底板 42都能可 靠的磁力固定在杯体 10内底面。
如图 Ί至图 11所示, 根据本实用新型的第三优选实施例的液体食品搅拌发 泡机, 其杯体 10与加热装置 22可分离, 其包括一杯体 10, 一机体 20, 一搅拌 器 30, 一支架 40, 一驱动装置 21, 一风扇 215和一电磁感应加热装置 22。
所述杯体 10底面有复合底 101, 在所述复合底 101与所述杯体 10底面之间 还设置有铁质材料圈 13, 所述杯体底面与所述铁质材料圈 13和复合底 101焊接 固定成一体,杯内底面成型有指示圈 12; 所述支架 40包括一中心轴 41和一底板 42, 所述中心轴 41与所述底板 42固定连接, 所述搅拌器 30套设于所述中心轴 41上, 并由所述底板 42支撑, 提手 43与所述支架中心轴螺纹连接。 当所述支 架放置在所述杯体内底面指示圈 12内时,所述支架底板 42与杯底镶有的所述铁 质磁性材料 13磁力相吸, 使支架底板紧贴在杯底, 工作时, 所述支架底板 42不 会转动或移动。
所述搅拌器 30内的磁铁 311和所述驱动装置 21的磁铁盘 212内的磁铁 218 为强磁性材料钕铁硼制成,所述驱动装置 21的磁铁盘 212随电机 221的轴旋转, 磁力驱动杯体 10内的搅拌器 30旋转, 使液体食品发泡。
所述杯体 10底部成型有一指示圈 12, 所述指示圈 12为一微型凸起结构, 其高度在 0.5mm左右, 所述支架 40放置在所述杯体 10的内底面上的指示圈 12 内, 指示圈 12可以是一整圈凸起的圆弧, 或者是至少两段同心圆弧均匀分布。
所述支架 40的底板 42上固定嵌入的磁铁 421呈均匀分布,且至少包含 2块 磁铁。
所述杯体 10底部固定连接的铁质磁性材料 13是完整一圈的环形结构,当所 述支架 40的底板 42放置在所述指示圈 12内的任意角度时,支架底板 42都能可 靠的磁力固定在杯体 10内底面。
加热装置 22为电磁感应加热装置, 螺旋状线圈 221设置在线圈盘骨架 222 内, 具体地, 所述加热装置 22包括一线圈 221和一控制电路板 25, 控制电路板 将高频交流电加在螺旋状的线圈 221上, 以产生交变磁场, 所述交变磁场施加于 杯体底面而使杯体加热, 进而加热杯体内牛奶等液体食品, 所述杯体 10由不锈 钢导磁导电材料制成, 所述机体 20由耐温的绝缘材料制成。
另外可选择地, 提供交变磁场的线圈盘也可设置在杯体 10侧壁, 从而从杯 体 10侧面对液体食品加热。
值得一提的是, 线圈盘 222下面安装有至少 6块磁铁, 使所述线圈 221产生 的磁力线聚集到杯体 10的底面, 以提高所述线圈 221对杯体底面的加热效率, 同时, 电机 211外侧设置有电磁屏蔽罩 213。
工作状态时, 所述电磁线圈 221对所述杯体 10底面加热, 磁铁盘 212随所 述电机 221—起旋转, 磁力驱动杯体 10内的搅拌器 30旋转, 使牛奶等液体食品 加热搅拌发泡, NTC温控器 23与杯体 10底面弹性接触, 控制杯体 10的加热温 度, 机体 20与线圈 221对应的平面上, 也设置有温控装置, 以控制机体 20的温 度。
所述机体 20内设置有降温风扇 215, 以帮助降低机体 20内部温度。 所述杯体 10和加热装置 22可分离,所述支架 40和所述搅拌器 30可与杯体 分离, 所述杯体 10、 所述支架 40和所述搅拌器 30都可用洗碗机清洗消毒, 干 净卫生。
如图 12至图 14所示,根据本实用新型的第四优选实施例的液体食品搅拌发 泡机, 其包括一杯体 10, 一机体 20, 一杯盖 16, 一位于杯盖上的磁铁 161, 一 搅拌器 30, 一支架轴 40, 一位于支架中心轴 41上端的磁铁 48, 一驱动装置 21 和取电底座 50。
所述杯体 10进一步包括有一杯盖 16, 所述杯盖 16中心的一方形结构 162 内固定嵌入有磁铁 161, 所述中心轴 41顶部固定设置一方形件 47, 方形件 47 内固定嵌入磁铁 48, 所述中心轴 41的方型件 47与所述杯盖 16的方形结构 162 磁力连接。 所述方型结构连接是防止中心轴 41的转动, 即中心轴 41与杯盖 16 磁力连接后不转动, 搅拌器 30可绕中心轴 41旋转。
所述搅拌器 30上的弹性卡扣 35与活动设置在中心轴 41上的连接板 46卡扣 连接, 并且可拆卸, 连接板 46活动套设在中心轴 41上, 中心轴 41上还设置有 固定环 42, 用于轴向支撑活动连接板 46, 所述连接板 46可随搅拌器 30—起旋 转。
如图 15所示, 根据本实用新型的第四优选实施例的液体食品搅拌发泡机的 一变形实施结构,其差异在于支架中心轴 41上的活动连接板 45下端有弹性卡扣 451, 所述弹性卡扣 451与所述搅拌器 30上的卡槽 34连接固定, 并可拆卸。
如图 16所示, 根据本实用新型的第四优选实施例的液体食品搅拌发泡机的 一变形实施结构, 差异在于支架中心轴 41的上端与杯盖 16中心采用螺纹连接。 所述中心轴 41的上端活动套设有一螺母 471, 所述杯盖 16中心固定设置有一短 外螺杆 163, 所述螺母 471与螺杆 163螺纹连接, 并可分离。
本领域的技术人员应理解,上述描述及附图中所示的本实用新型的实施例只 作为举例而并不限制本实用新型。
由此可见, 本实用新型之目的已经完整并有效的予以实 本实用新型的功 能及结构原理已在实施例中予以展示和说明, 在不背离所述原理下, 实施方式可 作任意修改。所以, 本实用新型包括了基于权利要求精神及权利要求范围的所有 变形实施方式。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其特征在于, 包括:
一杯体, 所述杯体具有一容纳腔以容纳液体食品;
一搅拌器, 所述搅拌器包括一磁力搅拌元件;
一支架, 所述搅拌器转动设置于所述支架上, 所述支架可拆卸地设置于所述 容纳腔中; 和
一机体, 所述机体内设置有一驱动装置, 所述驱动装置包括一电机和一磁铁 盘, 所述驱动装置磁力驱动所述搅拌器旋转, 从而使所述液体食品发泡。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其特征在于, 所述支架可分离地 放置在所述杯体内底面的指定区域内; 或者所述杯体还包括一杯盖, 所述支架与 杯盖可拆卸连接。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其特征在于, 所述支架包括一中 心轴和一底板,所述支架底板由所述搅拌器和所述驱动装置的所述磁铁盘磁力夹 紧而紧贴在所述杯体内底面上。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其特征在于, 所述支架包括一中 心轴和一底板,所述底板上设置有磁铁,所述搅拌元件同心安装在所述中心轴上, 所述支架放置在所述杯体的内底面上的指示区域内,所述杯体底部下面镶有铁质 磁性材料圈,使所述支架底板上的磁铁与所述杯体底部的铁质磁性材料圈磁力吸 紧, 并且支架底板与杯体可分离。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其特征在于, 当杯体与加热装置 是可分离结构时, 所述杯体底面为至少 2层复合底结构, 并且复合底中间还镶有 铁质磁性材料圈, 杯体内底面为设置有放置搅拌器支架位置的指示区域, 支架底 板上的磁铁与杯体底面镶入的铁质磁性材料圈磁力吸紧, 支架与杯体可分离。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其特征在于, 所述杯体进一步包 括有一杯盖和一中心轴, 中心轴与杯盖采用可拆卸的防止转动的连接方式; 所述 杯盖和所述中心轴的连接件为对应的一对磁性元件磁力吸紧连接, 或者, 所述杯 盖与中心轴上端采用螺纹连接。
7、 如权利要求 1至 6中任一所述的液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其特征在于, 所述支 架由支架中心轴和支架底板固定连接而成,所述支架底板为平板并且带有加强筋 的结构。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其特征在于, 所述杯体内底 面为便于清洁的平整光滑的面。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其特征在于, 所述搅拌器转 动套设于所述支架上, 所述搅拌器与支架底板线接触支撑, 以减少摩擦力, 所述 搅拌器与所述支架组合使用。
10、 如权利要求 9中任一所述的液体食品搅拌发泡机, 其特征在于, 所述本体 内还包括一加热装置, 一驱动装置, 一杯体 NTC温控器、 一加热装置 NTC温控 器、 一加热装置温度保险丝、一散热风扇和一控制电路板, 所述控制电路板与所 述加热装置、所述杯体 NTC温控器、加热装置 NTC温控器及电机连接, 以实现 对所述杯体内的液体食品加热和搅拌,所述加热装置为单铝发热管和铝板的焊接 体, 或者是电磁感应加热装置, 或者是云母加热装置; 所述驱动装置包括马达和 安装在马达轴上的磁铁盘, 所述搅拌器内置有磁铁, 并且所述搅拌器外部设置有 弹簧和扎圈, 所述驱动装置磁力驱动所述搅拌器旋转。
