Изобретение относится к области управления транспортными средствами и предназначено для определения уровня умения водителя управлять транспортным средством в реальных условиях. Система для контроля управления транспортным средством содержит устройство для обработки информации, дисплей, средство управления. Устройство для обработки информации выполнено с возможностью вычисления и сравнения реальных значений максимальной скорости и среднего квадратичного отклонения ускорения от среднего значения с безопасными значениями этих показателей и с возможностью вычисления и сравнения реальных показателей средней скорости и расхода топлива с вычисляемыми установленной программой оптимальными значениями средней скорости и нормативными значениями расхода топлива и определение уровня безопасности и эффективности управления транспортным средством с выведением этих показателей на дисплей.
