Abstract

一种安装于婴儿车的挂件机构，包括位于车架顶部的U形管（10）、可拆卸地安装于U形管（10）上的挂件座（20）以及与挂件座（20）相插接的挂件（30），挂件（30）上具有用于放置物件的收容部。挂件上可以设置多个物品放置区，以供放置不宜婴儿碰触的物品，不需大人再携带背包或挎包。其设计合理，结构简单，操作方便，便于生产加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种婴儿车的附件。
背景技术
现有技术中的婴儿车，包括车架、设置于车架底部的车轮、设置在车架上的拖杆、设置在车架上的遮挡体，车架具有底架，底架上设置有座位，车架的顶部具有U形管。通常，在婴儿车上可放置物品的地方只有设置在座位的正前方的小托盘，由于小托盘所处的位置为婴儿的活动范围，因此，小托盘一般用于放置婴儿的玩具等物品，而用来照顾婴儿的物品，如奶瓶、湿巾、奶粉等，却没有放置的地方，这些用于照顾婴儿的物品一般需要大人再携带背包或挎包来放置。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种安装在婴儿车上的挂件机构，其可用于放置物品并避免婴儿触及。
为了达到以上目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种安装于婴儿车的挂件机构，它包括位于车架顶部的U形管、可拆卸地安装于U形管上的挂件座、与挂件座相插接的挂件，挂件上具有用于放置物件的收容部。
进一步地，挂件座包括座体和位于座体侧部并相对座体可转动的锁定件，锁定件具有至少两个工作位置，在第一工作位置下，锁定件相对于座体收拢至两者之间形成一锁槽，锁定件将U形管卡在锁槽中，使挂件座相对U形管被锁定，在第二工作位置下，锁定件相对于座体呈展开状态，锁定件与U形管相脱离，使得挂件座相对U形管被释放。通过锁定件和座体的连接结构使挂件座卡接在U形管上，不会脱落，并且安装和拆卸均很简单。
更进一步地，座体的底部具有第一凹部，锁定件侧部具有第二凹部，当锁定件在第一工作位置下，第一凹部和第二凹部形成用于卡住U形管的锁槽，当锁定件在第二工作位置下，第一凹部和第二凹部相分离。
优选地，座体和锁定件通过销钉连接。
更优地，座体具有凸起，锁定件具有缺口，当锁定件在第一工作位置下，凸起位于缺口内，以使锁定件保持在第一工作位置，这样，锁定件便可与座体相互锁定，不会产生相对转动，以防止挂件座从U形管脱落。
进一步地，挂件包括本体和插接部，座体设有插槽，插接部相可脱离地插接在该插槽内，上述的收容部设置在本体上，收容部的形状可根据需放置的物品来设计。
更进一步地，插接部侧面设有凸块，插槽侧面设有凹痕，当插接部与插槽相插接时，凸块位于凹痕内，这样，挂件不会从挂件座轻易脱落。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明安装于婴儿车的挂件机构，其挂件上可设置多个物品放置区，以供放置不宜婴儿碰触的物品，不需大人再携带背包或挎包。设计合理，结构简单，操作方便，便于生产加工。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述，以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解，从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
参照图1-3，本发明提供了一种安装于婴儿车的挂件机构，它包括位于车架顶部的U形管10、可拆卸地安装于U形管10上的挂件座20、与挂件座20相插接的挂件30，挂件30上具有用于放置物件的收容部。由于U形管10为婴儿车上的一般部件，已为本领域技术人员所熟知，因此在图中未显示其全貌。
挂件座20包括座体21和位于座体21侧部并设置为相对座体21可转动的锁定件22。锁定件22具有至少两个工作位置，第一工作位置参照图1-3所示，在第一工作位置，锁定件22相对于座体21收拢，且锁定件22与座体21之间形成用于卡住U形管10的锁槽，使挂件座20相对U形管10定位，该锁槽的具体构造在下文中介绍；第二工作位置参见图5-6所示，在第二工作位置下，锁定件22相对于座体21展开，锁定件22与U形管10相脱离，使得挂件座20相对U形管10被释放。
座体21的底部具有第一凹部23，锁定件22侧部具有第二凹部24，当锁定件22在第一工作位置下，第一凹部23和第二凹部24相结合构成上文提及的锁槽， U形管10通过锁定件22和座体21的配合而被卡在该锁槽中。第一凹部23和第二凹部24的截面形状（即锁槽的截面形状）根据U形管10的截面形状设计，当锁槽与U形管10相卡接时，应保证挂件座21在U形管10上牢固不可转动；当锁定件22在第二工作位置下，第一凹部23和第二凹部24相分离，锁定件22和座体21对U形管10的夹持即失去，挂件座20相对U形管10即被释放。
安装时，先将锁定件22转动使其相对于座体21展开，将挂件座20放置在U形管10上，使U形管10位于座体21的第一凹部23内，并使U形管10的外壁与第一凹部23的内壁相贴合，再转动锁定件22使其位于第一工作位置，此时第一凹部23与第二凹部24形成卡口，将挂件座20固定于U形管10上。相反地，在拆卸时，将锁定件22转动使其位于第二工作位置，第一凹部23与第二凹部24分离，挂件座20对U形管10的夹持被释放，此时即可将挂件座20从U形管10上拆下。
需要说明的，座体21和锁定件22不拘泥于本实施例中附图所示的形状以及连接结构，如附图1至附图2在本实施例中，锁定件22设置于座体21的下方，销钉29垂直于U形管设置，也可设计为，锁定件22具有两个凸出的分别位于座体21两侧延伸臂，通过延伸臂与座体21相连接，销钉29可以设置为大致平行于U形管10，只要保证座体21和锁定件22之间的转动关系并保证第一凹部23与第二凹部24相接时形成可与U形管10相卡接的有效的锁槽即可。
座体21具有凸起25，锁定件22具有与凸起25相配合的缺口26，当锁定件22在第一工作位置下，凸起25位于缺口26内。这样，锁定件22与座体21相互锁定，不会产生相对转动，以防止挂件座20从U形管10脱落。本实施例中，凸起25与缺口26设置为半圆柱形或半球形，当操作人员将锁定件22转动到第一工作位置时，可以不费太大力气就能使凸起25进入缺口26内，同时，在将锁定件22旋转离开第一工作位置时，亦可以不费太大力气便使凸起25离开缺口26。半圆柱形或半球形的设计，即能起到锁定的作用，又可以避免卡死现象。凸起25以及缺口26的位置可以根据座体21和锁定件22的形状和连接结构来设计。
如图1所示的优选实施例，锁定件22上设有握持部221，以在转动锁定件22时方便人员操作。
挂件座20和挂件30之间采用插接的连接方式。
结合参照图3和图4，挂件30包括本体31和插接部32，座体21设有插槽27，插接部32相可脱离地插接在该插槽27内。插接部32与插槽27的形状及尺寸相互配合，如附图2至附图4实施例中，插槽27的的尺寸较大，U形管10的部分进入到插槽27内，插接部32上相应地设有形状与U形管10外壁相配合的第三凹部34，第三凹部34并不影响第一凹部23和第二凹部24形成卡口。
插接部32的侧面设有凸块33，插槽27侧面设有凹痕28，当插接部32与插槽27相插接时，凸块33位于凹痕28内。这样，挂件30与座体21插接后不会很容易脱落。类似地，凸块33和凹痕28也可以采用半圆柱形或半球形的设计，即能起到锁定的作用，又可以避免卡死现象。
上述的收容部设置在本体31上，收容部的形状可根据需放置的物品来设计，例如，设计为圆形的凹槽用来放置水杯或婴儿奶瓶，也可设置一横杆用来悬挂手绢等物品，或设置多个凹槽用来放置杂物。
如附图3所示，挂件座20既可以不带挂件30与U形管10相安装，也可以如附图2所示，带上挂件30与U形管10相安装。
本实施例中的座体21、锁定件22以及挂件40为一次成型的塑料件，可以为目前应用较广的聚丙烯材料，也可以选用其他塑料材料制作。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点，其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施，并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1. 一种安装于婴儿车的挂件机构，其特征在于：它包括位于车架顶部的U形管（10）、可拆卸地安装于所述U形管（10）上的挂件座（20）、与所述挂件座（20）相插接的挂件（30），所述挂件（30）上具有用于放置物件的收容部。
2．根据权利要求1所述的挂件机构，其特征在于：挂件座（20）包括座体（21）和位于座体（21）侧部并与座体（21）可转动地相连接的锁定件（22），所述的锁定件（22）具有至少两个工作位置，在第一工作位置下，锁定件（22）相对于座体（21）收拢至在两者之间形成一锁槽，锁定件（22）与座体（21）配合将U形管（10）卡在锁槽中，使挂件座（20）相对U形管（10）被锁定，在第二工作位置下，锁定件（22）相对于座体（21）呈展开状态，锁定件（22）与U形管（10）相脱离，使得挂件座（20）相对U形管（10）被释放。
3．根据权利要求2所述的挂件机构，其特征在于：座体（21）的底部具有第一凹部（23），锁定件（22）侧部具有第二凹部（24），当锁定件（22）在第一工作位置下，第一凹部（23）和第二凹部（24）相结合形成一用于卡住U形管（10）的锁槽，当锁定件（22）在第二工作位置下，第一凹部（23）和第二凹部（24）相分离。
4．根据权利要求2所述的挂件机构，其特征在于：座体（21）和锁定件（22）通过销钉（29）可转动地连接。
5．根据权利要求1-4之一所述的挂件机构，其特征在于：座体（21）具有凸起（25），锁定件（22）具有缺口（26），当锁定件（22）在第一工作位置下，凸起（25）插在缺口（26）内以使锁定件（22）保持在第一工作位置。
6．根据权利要求1所述的挂件机构，其特征在于：挂件（30）包括本体（31）和插接部（32），座体（21）上设有插槽（27），插接部（32）可脱离地插在该插槽（27）内，收容部设置在本体（31）上。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的挂件机构，其特征在于：插接部（32）侧面设有凸块（33），插槽（27）侧面设有凹痕（28），当插接部（32）与插槽（27）相插接时，凸块（33）插入凹痕（28）内。
