技术领域
本发明属于涉及一种用于公路交通运输控制和资源配置的系统。
背景技术
目前,依托公路或城市道路进行的客货运输的公路运输力量在具体运行当中,存在着大量的冗余运力,如公车、私家车、出租车和大巴车的闲置座位,以及货运车辆的空余运力等。上述的冗余运力由于与有运力需求的人或单位无法及时沟通协调,不但具有冗余运力的车辆的运力会大量浪费掉,而且有运力需求的人或单位又不能及时找到运力。因此,现有的公路交通运输的路面、车辆和能源利用效率低,出现交通堵塞的概率高。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题在于提供一种公路运输力量优化配置系统,以实现即时处理公路运输力量冗余和需求信息、优化配置冗余运力、网上结算和支付,为有冗余运力的运力冗余客户端、有相似客运或货运需求的运力需求客户端提供即时寻的、交易、网上结算和支付服务,提高资源(路面、车辆和能源)利用效率,减少上路车辆和出现交通堵塞的概率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:公路运输力量优化配置系统,包括运力冗余客户端、运力需求客户端、公司终端、车载信息处理器;所述的运力冗余客户端编辑运力冗余信息,并向公司终端发布该信息;所述的运力需求客户端向公司终端发送运力需求信息; 所述的公司终端获取运力冗余客户端的运力冗余信息以及运力需求客户端的运力需求信息,定位跟踪运力冗余客户端,定位运力需求客户端,挑选两者之间最合适的搭配,搭配完成后反馈给运力需求客户端和运力冗余客户端以进行交易;所述的车载信息处理器采集运力冗余客户端信息、运力需求客户端信息、车辆身份、车辆使用起止时间和里程信息,为运力冗余客户端、运力需求客户端和公司终端提供交易原始信息。

所述的运力冗余客户端和运力需求客户端以智能手机为平台,利用GPS技术和电子地图,实现编辑、发布、获取运力冗余和需求详细信息,以及即时寻的、记录交易数据、网上支付操作。
由于采用了上述的结构,本发明具有即时处理公路运输力量冗余和需求信息、优化配置冗余运力、网上结算和支付功能,可以为有冗余运力的甲方、有相似客运或货运需求的乙方提供即时寻的、交易、网上结算和支付服务。本发明使冗余运力变成现实运力,也就是将公车、私家车、出租车和大巴车的闲置座位,以及货运车辆的空余运力,有偿提供给有相似需求的人或单位,即时沟通有无,综合考虑双方的相似度、以运力冗余客户端为主进行配置,提高资源(路面、车辆和能源)利用效率,减少上路车辆和出现交通堵塞的概率。

所述的运力冗余客户端和运力需求客户端以智能手机为平台,利用GPS技术和电子地图,实现编辑、发布、获取运力冗余和需求详细信息,以及即时寻的、记录交易数据、网上支付操作。运力冗余客户端和运力需求客户端还可借助实名申请和指纹识别,仅限合法用户使用,以保证网上支付和资金安全;加装信息收发模块,实现与车载信息处理器的信息交换(提供自身身份、使用车辆起止时间,获取交易对象和车辆身份、交易起止时间与里程);可使用公司提供的特定电子地图(含放大缩小),能满足信息存贮调阅需求。客户端与公司终端,通过无线通信网络进行信息交换。

本发明各组成部分的工作流程如下,其中甲方为运力冗余一方,乙方为运力需求一方。
车载信息处理器工作流程:
A、车辆启动(停止),客户端向车载信息处理器(信号接收模块)通报客户身份和使用起(止)时间。
B、里程仪向车载信息处理器提供车辆身份和即时里程信息(由信号接收模块接收)。
C、信号接收模块将信息传送至信息合成转换模块。
D、信息合成转换模块将里程仪提供的车辆身份、里程信息转换成客户端可识别的模式,结合客户端提供的客户身份、使用车辆时间信息,合成为客户与车辆身份、使用起(止)时间与即时里程信息,将这一信息传送至信息存贮模块贮存。
E、信息存贮模块将客户与车辆身份、使用起(止)时间与里程信息传送至信号发射器。
F、信号发射器将客户与车辆身份、使用起(止)时间与里程信息发射至客户端。
补充说明:有人上车、下车(含驾驶者本人)时,由驾驶者以手动方式通过客户端搜索、启动车载信息处理器,完成上述操作,主要解决什么人用车(谁驾驶、谁搭车)、用什么车、起(止)时间和里程。
运力冗余客户端工作流程:
A、甲方(运力冗余一方)登车,生成原始数据1(甲方和车辆身份,使用车辆起始时间、里程)。
B、编辑、发布运力冗余信息。
C、获取乙方(运力需求一方)的需求信息,根据自身情况决定是否交易。
D、定位跟踪乙方。
E、乙方登车,生成原始数据2(甲、乙方和车辆身份,乙方使用车辆起始时间、里程)。
F、乙方下车,生成原始数据3(甲、乙方和车辆身份,乙方使用车辆结束时间、里程)。
G、甲方停止使用车辆,生成原始数据4(甲方和车辆身份,甲方停止使用车辆时间、里程)。
运力需求客户端的工作流程与运力冗余客户端的工作流程大体相同,区别在于:B流程中,乙方需要编发运力需求信息,D流程中,乙方需要跟踪定位甲方,乙方不需要执行A和G流程及生成原始数据1和4。
公司终端工作流程:
A、获取甲方运力冗余信息,乙方运力需求信息。
B、定位跟踪甲方,定位乙方,挑选最合适的搭配。
C、获取交易起止信息。
D、网上结算、支付,并反馈给客户端。
需要补充的是,大巴车使用本发明时,需要使用电子发票,将长途汽车客运站的服务起止点延长至高速公路或其它等级公路出入口;小件物品,可利用客运车辆进行邮递。
总之,本发明虽然例举了上述优选实施方式,但是应该说明,虽然本领域的技术人员可以进行各种变化和改型,除非这样的变化和改型偏离了本发明的范围,否则都应该包括在本发明的保护范围内。
