【发明内容】
基于此, 有必要提供一种更换或拆卸较为方便的壁挂式支撑装置。
一种壁挂式固定装置, 包括支撑装置和可拆卸地设于该支撑装置的固定支 架, 该支撑装置包括设于支撑物上的挂钩, 该固定支架包括两个固定杆和设于 该两个固定杆上的止挡件、 挂钩抵压件和支撑物抵压件, 该挂钩延伸穿过所述 两个固定杆、 止挡件和挂钩抵压件围成的过孔, 且所述止挡件和挂钩抵压件的 最小距离小于挂钩的垂直高度, 该挂钩、 挂钩抵压件和支撑物抵压件其中至少 一具有弹性, 该挂钩抵压件和支撑物抵压件的最大距离大于该挂钩的顶部至该 支撑物的最小距离且小于该挂钩的顶部至该挂钩与该支撑物的相连部的距离。

由于硅胶类材料具有蠕变 (creep)的现象, 即摩擦垫 15在受力时会逐渐沿施 力方向移动, 因此, 在一个实施例中, 摩擦垫 15与墙壁 W相贴合的一面还可 以设有凹凸不平的, 类似汽车轮胎表面的花纹, 以减少蠕变现象。
在另一实施例中, 在两个固定杆 131的底端设有可以与墙壁 W相氏的硬质 衬块。 更为优选的方案中, 硬质衬块与墙壁 W相贴合的表面涂覆有用于增大摩 擦力的涂层。 该涂层的材料为高摩擦力的材料, 例如橡胶类 (包含硅胶)、 PU 或 TPR类塑料。硬质衬块与墙壁 W相贴合的一面也可以设有凹凸不平的, 类似 汽车轮胎表面的花纹。

请参阅图 5 , 当固定支架 13沿支撑物抵压件 137与基座 111的相接触的部 位继续逆时针翻转时, 在挂钩 113及挂钩 4氏压件 135、 支撑物 4氏压件 137的回复 弹力的作用下, 挂钩抵压件 135会加速滑入挂钩 113的底部, 到达翻转的终点。 如此, 可给予操作者一种良好的操作手感。 此时, 挂钩 113位于两个固定杆 131 之间, 挂钩抵压件 135与挂钩 113相抵, 支撑物抵压件 137与基座 111相抵, 摩 擦垫 15与墙壁 W相抵。 由于挂钩 113恢复成原来形状, 阻止固定支架 13沿图 示 X轴方向运动, 而止挡件 139与挂钩 4氏压件 135分别位于挂钩 113的上下两 侧, 且止挡件 139和挂钩抵压部 135的最小距离 D小于挂钩 113的垂直高度 L, 可以阻止固定支架 13沿图示 Y轴方向移动后沿垂直于墙壁 W的方向将固定支 架 13取出, 因此可将固定支架 13牢牢地固定在支撑装置 11上。
当需要将固定支架 13从支撑装置 11上取下时, 可以对两个固定杆 131的 底部反向施力, 使固定支架 13顺时针翻转。 在翻转的初期, 需使用较大的力以 克服挂钩 113及挂钩抵压件 135与支撑物抵压件 137的弹力, 但当挂钩抵压件 135与支撑物抵压件 137移动经过图 4所示的临界位置之后,便可较为轻松地将 固定支架 13从支撑装置 11上取下。
现在分析壁挂式固定装置 100 的受力情况。 为了方便起见, 分析时忽略固 定支架 13和支撑装置 11的重量因素。

从此例知,挂钩 133只承受全部外力的 37 % (其余外力由摩擦垫承受), 而受 力方向与墙面夹角 63.7。 ,这对于是吸着或黏着于墙面的支撑装置 11是有利的, 因为此类支撑装置 11若受与墙面平行的向下的力,对吸盘或黏着材料容易损伤, 同时破坏吸着或黏着力, 使其难持久而容易脱落; 这种向下延伸长一定距离的 摩擦垫结构不但可大大承担支撑装置 11 的负荷, 同时对支撑装置 11起到保护 作用。
另外, 这种摩擦垫结构需向下延伸很长的距离才能产生功效, 对于室内外 用具, 若仍采用常用的塑料材料, 由于是长距离下受大负荷, 塑料结构体必须 做得很宽很厚很大, 不但各种成本高 (材料、 制造生产、 包装、 运输、 销售陈 列), 而且发生小的被承载物确要大的支撑结构, 不但形成空间浪费, 在外观设 计上也处理起来^艮困难。 而用铁或不锈钢线类(包括扁铁或钢)做成支架, 不但成 本低, 占空间小, 且因其纤细, 视觉上占空间感少, 而使外观设计筒单容易。
可以理解, 如果挂钩 113直接设置在墙壁上, 基座 111也可省略。 此时, 支 撑物抵压件 137可以直接与墙壁相抵。 也就是说, 挂钩 113直接设置在墙壁上 时, 墙壁可以作为支撑物; 挂钩 113通过基座 111设置在墙壁上时, 基座 111 可以作为支撑物。
上述实施例中,挂钩 113、挂钩 4氏压件 135和支撑物 4氏压件 137均具有弹性, 但是可以理解, 这三者其中一个具有弹性即可实现本发明之目的。

支撑装置 91包括设于墙壁上的基座 911和设于该基座 911上的挂钩 913。 本实施例中, 基座 911可以被认为是一种用以支撑挂钩 913的支撑物。基座 911 大致为橢圓形塑料盘, 其可通过贴膜、 胶粘或螺丝固定等方法固定在卫生间或 阳台的墙壁上。 挂钩 913 包括设置于基座 911 的表面靠近底端的位置的相连部 (未标示)和朝上方折弯延伸的顶部 9131。 挂钩 913的外侧具有平滑过渡的曲 面 919。 挂钩 913的底部还设有一个卡合凸起 9191。
固定支架 93包括大致为方形的支撑板 931和从支撑板 931靠近基座 911的 一端垂直向下折弯延伸形成的固定板 933。
支撑板 931靠近固定板 933的一侧设有一个具有弹性的定位凸起 9311。 如 图 24所示,定位凸起 9311至支撑物 911的最大距离设为 J,挂钩 913的顶部 9131 至支撑物 911的最小距离为 K, 则 J K。
请一并参阅图 25 , 固定板 933上开设有供挂钩 913穿过的过孔 935。 固定 板 933位于过孔 935的边缘形成有弹性的卡合条 937。固定板 933由具有弹性的 材料构成, 例如塑料或橡胶等。 固定板 933 上靠近两侧边缘的位置分别开设有 一个长条形的第一变形孔 9331。 固定板 933上位于过孔 935和卡合条 937之间 还开设有连通两个第一变形孔 9331的末端的长条形的第二变形孔 9333。
下面结合图 23至图 24详细说明固定支架 93安装到支撑装置 91的全过程。 当需要将固定支架 93安装到支撑装置 91 时, 首先使挂钩 913穿过固定板 933 上的过孔 935 , 并使固定板 933位于挂钩 913的顶部 9131与基座 911之间。 当 卡合条 937沿曲面 919滑动至与卡合凸起 9191的左侧相抵时, 支撑板 931上的 定位凸起 9311刚好与挂钩 913的顶部 9131相 4氏。 当对支撑板 931的末端施加 如图 24所示方向的力 F时, 固定支架 93会逆时针翻转。 由于卡合条 937具有 弹性, 因此其可发生弹性变形而越过卡合凸起 9191 , 并最终被卡合于卡合凸起 9191与基座 911之间。 同时, 具有弹性的定位凸起 9311也会发生弹性变形, 从 而进入挂钩 913与基座 911之间。 由于定位凸起 9311至支撑物 911的最大距离 J小于等于挂钩 913的顶部 9131至支撑物 911的最小距离 K, 因此, 定位凸起 9311最终会与挂钩 913的顶部 9131内侧相氐, 阻止固定支架 93进一步的逆时 针翻转, 同时也能阻止固定支架 93顺时针旋转, 从而将固定支架 93牢牢地固 定在支撑装置 91上。 固定支架 93上可以堆放卫生间使用的各类杂物, 例如脸 盆, 肥皂等等。
请参阅图 26, 当需要将固定支架 93从支撑装置 91上拆除时, 可以用手挤 压固定板 933的两侧, 使两个第一变形孔 9331被压扁, 同时第二变形孔 9333 扩张, 即使得卡合条 937朝远离挂钩 913的方向运动, 从而使卡合条 937与卡 合凸起 9191脱离。 此时, 顺时针旋转固定支架 93便可将固定支架 93从支撑装 置 91上取下, 整个过程较为方便快捷。
可以理解, 由于卡合条 937是弹性的, 如果直接用手将卡合条 937朝外拉 动, 也可以使其绕过卡合凸起 9191 , 因此第一变形孔 9331及第二变形孔 9333 也可省略。 另外, 如果固定板由刚性材料构成, 则卡合条 937及卡合凸起 9191 也可省略。
可以理解, 卡合凸起 9191也可以设于实施例一至实施例八的挂钩底部, 从 而将止挡件卡合于卡合凸起与支撑物之间。
由上述多个实施例可知, 本发明的壁挂式固定装置使用相同的支撑装置可 以匹配不同的固定支架以实现不用的用途。 而且上述壁挂式固定装置还具有结 构筒单, 使用方便的优点。
但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。 应当指出的是, 对于本领域 的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干变形和 改进, 这些都属于本发明的保护范围。 因此, 本发明专利的保护范围应以所附 权利要求为准。

1、 一种壁挂式固定装置, 其特征在于, 包括支撑装置和可拆卸地设于该支 撑装置的固定支架, 该支撑装置包括设于支撑物上的挂钩, 该固定支架包括两 个固定杆和设于该两个固定杆上的止挡件、 挂钩抵压件和支撑物抵压件, 该挂 钩延伸穿过所述两个固定杆、 止挡件和挂钩抵压件围成的过孔, 且所述止挡件 和挂钩抵压件的最小距离小于挂钩的垂直高度, 该挂钩、 挂钩抵压件和支撑物 抵压件其中至少一者具有弹性, 该挂钩抵压件和支撑物抵压件的最大距离大于 该挂钩的顶部至该支撑物的最小距离且小于该挂钩的顶部至该挂钩与该支撑物 的相连部的 巨离。

24、 根据权利要求 1 所述的壁挂式固定装置, 其特征在于: 该挂钩的底部 设有卡合凸起, 该止挡件被卡合于该卡合凸起与该支撑物之间。
25、 一种壁挂式固定装置, 其特征在于, 包括支撑装置和可拆卸地设于该 支撑装置的固定支架, 该支撑装置包括设于支撑物上的挂钩, 该固定支架包括 支撑板和从该支撑板的一端折弯延伸形成的固定板, 该固定板上开设有供该挂 钩穿过的过孔, 该支撑板靠近该固定板的一侧设有具有弹性的定位凸起, 该定 位凸起与该挂钩的顶部相抵, 且该定位凸起至该支撑物的最大距离小于等于该 挂钩的顶部至该支撑物的最小距离。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的壁挂式固定装置, 其特征在于: 该挂钩的底部 设有卡合凸起, 该固定板位于该过孔的边缘形成有弹性的卡合条, 该卡合条被 卡合于该卡合凸起与该支撑物之间。
27、 根据权利要求 25所述的壁挂式固定装置, 其特征在于: 该固定板由具 有弹性的材料构成, 该固定板上靠近两侧边缘的位置分别开设有一个第一变形 孔, 该固定板上位于该过孔和该卡合条之间还开设有连通两个第一变形孔的第 二变形孔, 挤压该固定板的两侧使两个第一变形孔压缩且第二变形孔扩张, 从 而使该卡合条与该卡合凸起脱离。
