Claims (6)
- 扁平な平面に真空吸着方式で付着されるように、上部側に回転可能に設置される蓋と、上記蓋の下部に結合されて、扁平な平面に真空吸着される吸着板と、上記蓋と吸着板との間に設置されて、蓋の回転によって上記吸着板を往復移動させる高さ調節部材とが具備された真空吸着器において、上記蓋の内側の上面には複数の固定片が形成され、上記高さ調節部材の内側には上記各固定片が接触された状態で摺動可能にするとともに、上記蓋の逆回転を防止するために上記各固定片が端部側に掛けられて蓋を固定するように所定の弾性力を有する複数の弾性係止片が結合されることを特徴とする真空吸着器。
- 蓋の各固定片は「V」字状に形成され、上記各固定片の屈曲した外面はラウンド状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空吸着器。
- 各弾性係止片は高さ調節部材の内側に結合され、蓋の各固定片は各弾性係止片と接触された状態で摺動する時、各固定片が各弾性係止片の端部側に当接して蓋を固定するようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空吸着器。
- 蓋は、上記蓋の上部側にホルダーの一側が挿入される挿入孔が形成され、上記挿入孔の外側位置にある上記蓋の内面には挿入孔側に屈曲したフックを有する複数の回転突部が放射状に突出して形成され、上記蓋の内周面に複数の係止突部が突出して形成され、上記蓋の内側上面に複数の固定片が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空吸着器。
- 高さ調節部材は、上記高さ調節部材の底部に複数の結合孔を有する底板が形成され、上記底板の外側の上面には側板が形成され、上記側板は蓋が所定範囲内のみで回転されるように、上記蓋の各係止突部と接触されるように突出して形成される複数のストッパと、上記各ストッパの間にそれぞれ形成されて、各係止突部の底面が接触及びスライドされながら移動するように所定角度に傾斜された傾斜面と、上記各傾斜面の一端に形成されて、各係止突部が固定される固定溝部とからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空吸着器。
- 吸着板は、上記吸着板が蓋の下部に結合されるようにするために、吸着板の中央部の上面にはホルダーの一側が挿入結合される結合溝を有する中心軸が形成され、上記中心軸の外周面には各回転突部のフックが挿入固定される係止溝部が形成され、上記吸着板には高さ調節部材の各結合孔に挿入結合される複数の結合突起が形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の真空吸着器。
