有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种吸盘支架及产品吸附定位方法,其结构简单、可控性佳、实用性强;
其次要目的是提供一种吸盘支架及产品吸附定位方法,其可巧妙利用产品自身重力来驱动吸盘下滑,并在下滑的过程中联动可变形吸附面板变形吸紧产品,由于重力一直存在,可以确保吸盘对产品保持吸紧。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种吸盘支架,包括有吸盘和用于装设吸盘的安装部;所述吸盘具有盘体和露 于盘体一侧的可变形吸附面板;
所述吸盘相对安装部可位移式设置,所述可变形吸附面板相对盘体可变形式设置;所述吸盘相对安装部自第一位置朝向第二位置位移时联动可变形吸附面板向内变形,以扩大产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积形成负压;所述吸盘相对安装部自第二位置朝向第一位置位移时联动可变形吸附面板向外复位,以缩小产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积。
一种产品吸附定位方法,放置产品时,使吸盘自第一位置朝向第二位置位移同时联动可变形吸附面板向内变形,以扩大产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积形成负压;取产品时,使吸盘自第二位置朝向第一位置位移同时联动可变形吸附面板向外复位,以缩小产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知,其主要是通过将吸盘相对安装部可位移式设置,利用吸盘相对安装部的位移时联动可变形吸附面板向内变形或向外复位,该种吸附定位控制方式,其所需实施的机械结构更加简单,有利于降低吸盘支架的成本,可以更好地推广应用使广大用户受惠,同时,取放产品(例如手机等)时可以握持产品顺势动作以使吸盘位移,操作方便,实用性强,可控性佳。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图22所示,其显示出了本发明之多种实施例的吸盘支架的具体结构,所述吸盘支架可用于吸附手机等移动电子产品,也可用于吸附其它具有一相对较为平整光滑的吸附面的产品。
一种吸盘支架,包括有吸盘10和用于装设吸盘10的安装部;所述吸盘10具有盘体11和露于盘体11一侧的可变形吸附面板12;所述吸盘10相对安装部可位移式设置,所述可变形吸附面板12相对盘体11可变形式设置;所述吸盘10相对安装部自第一位置朝向第二位置位移时联动可变形吸附面板12向内变形,以扩大产品与可变形吸附面板12之间的间隙的体积形成负压;所述吸盘10相对安装部自第二位置朝向第一位置位移时联动可变形吸附面板12向外复位,以缩小产品与可变形吸附面板12之间的间隙的体积。所述吸盘10上下位移时可以联动可变形吸附面板12,其联动结构可以有多种多样,不作局限。所述吸盘10是横向设置或竖向设置或斜向设置,因此,其位移的方向也相应变化。
优选地,所述可变形吸附面板12露于盘体11前侧,所述吸盘10相对安装部可上下位移式设置,所述可变形吸附面板12相对盘体11可前后变形式设置;所述吸盘10向下位移时联动可变形吸附面板12向后变形,以扩大产品与可变形吸附面板12之间的间隙的体积形成负压;所述吸盘10向上位移时联动可变形吸附面板12向前复位,以缩小产品与可变形吸附面板12之间的间隙的体积。所述盘体11位移时带动整个吸盘10位移,所述盘体11与可变形吸附面板12之间设置有联动结构,以使吸盘10位移联动可变形吸附面板变形或复位。
一种产品吸附定位方法,放置产品时,使吸盘10自第一位置朝向第二位置位移同时联动可变形吸附面板12向内变形,以扩大产品与可变形吸附面板12之间的间隙的体积形成负压;取产品时,使吸盘10自第二位置朝向第一位置位移同时联动可变形吸附面板12向外复位,以缩小产品与可变形吸附面板12之间的间隙的体积。
如图4、图19至22所示,其显示了几种情形,当吸盘10布置方向不同时,若采用外力来推动吸盘位移,其推力方向也相应不同,因此,在实际设计时,可以变化出吸盘10的多种具体应用情形及推动方式、方向,在此不再作赘述。
优选地,放置产品时,对吸盘10形成向下的作用力使得吸盘10向下位移,同时联动吸盘10上的可变形吸附面板12向后变形,以扩大产品与可变形吸附面板12之间的间隙的体积形成负压,产品被吸附在吸盘10前侧;对吸盘10形成向下的作用力来自产品的自身重力或者放置产品时的按压力或者产品的自身重力和放置产品时的按压力之和;通常,吸盘10上供产品放置的放置面是顶后底前之倾斜状时,可以只需要产品的自身重力即可实现自动吸紧产品;当然,也可以在放置产品时,附以一定的按压力,利用产品的自身重力和放置产品时的按压力之和实现吸紧产品;若吸盘10上供产品放置的放置面是竖直状或者顶前底后之倾斜状时,最初一瞬间是靠放置产品时的按压力使产品预吸在可变形吸附面板12,随后是利用产品的自身重力和放置产品时的按压力之和实现吸紧产品。
拿取产品时,使吸盘10向上位移,吸盘10在向上的作用力下向上位移的同时联动吸盘10上的可变形吸附面板12向前复位,以缩小产品与可变形吸附面板12之间的间隙的体积,增大间隙内的压强,以使产品能被取下;向上的作用力来自吸盘10的复位装置的复位作用力与产品重力相抵消后的第一合力或者该第一合力与向上推力的第二合力或者向上推力。
接下来,结合附图对吸盘支架的具体实施结构作进一步说明。
一、如图1至5所示,其显示了吸盘10联动可变形吸附面板12的第一种联动结构;
所述安装部具有上下延伸的联动面21,所述联动面21是自上往下斜向后延伸或者自上往下弧形向后延伸;所述可变形吸附面板12连接有第一作用部121,所述 第一作用部121受限于联动面21的后侧且可选择性地沿联动面21上下位移;优选地,在联动面21的后侧围构形成有槽体供第一作用部121伸入,便于对第一作用部121的定位及位移时的导引;
所述吸盘10向下位移时,第一作用部121沿联动面21向下位移同时拉动可变形吸附面板12向后变形;所述吸盘10向上位移时,第一作用部121沿联动面21向上位移以逐渐释放可变形吸附面板12向前复位。
二、在实施例一中,所述安装部具有壳体31和安装主体,所述壳体31一般包括有彼此组装的前壳和后壳,在后壳上进一步连接安装主体。所述安装主体可以指夹头、万向头、吸盘式安装座等,其中,夹头主要是指出风口夹,万向头主要是指万向球头,吸盘式安装座是直接用后侧的吸盘方式实现对整个吸盘支架的安装定位。所述吸盘10装设于壳体31前侧,所述壳体31安装于安装主体上;因此,所述吸盘10相对壳体31可上下位移式设置。
如图6至8所示,所述吸盘10和壳体31一起相对安装主体可上下位移式设置。此处,联动面21是形成于安装主体上。
三、在实施例一中,所述安装部设置有上下延伸的滑动导槽25,所述吸盘10具有导块13,所述导块13伸入滑动导槽25内;实施例一中,所述滑动导槽25外露。
如图9至11所示,于滑动导槽25的前侧设置有遮挡片14,所述遮挡片14连接于吸盘10以随同吸盘10一同相对安装部可上下位移式设置。通过遮挡片14的设置,一方面,使得吸盘10的前侧呈现更加一致的外形效果,另一方面,滑动导槽25内隐式设置,避免灰尘等进入支架内部,提高支架使用性能稳定性,延长支架使用寿命。
四、在实施例一中,还设置有复位装置;所述复位装置作用于吸盘10与安装部之间;拿取产品以抵消产品的部分或全部重力时,复位装置使吸盘10自动向上复位。当然,不设置复位装置亦可,在需取产品时,手动向上推吸盘使之向上复位回到初始状态即可。实施例一中,其显示了弹性复位装置,利用弹簧40或拉簧或扭簧或弹性橡皮等的复位弹性作用力;当吸盘10向下位移时,弹性复位装置发生变形以存储弹性势能,拿取产品以抵消产品的部分或全部重力时,在 弹性作用力下使吸盘10自动向上复位。
如图12所示,其显示了复位装置为磁性复位装置的一种设计情形。通常,所述复位装置为磁性复位装置,初始状态是磁性作用力使吸盘10保持,放入产品后,产品自身重力或产品自身重力和外力一起作用于吸盘10使之向下位移;取产品以抵消产品的部分或全部重力时,磁性作用力使吸盘10自动向上复位。具体而言:其包括有上磁铁261、下磁铁262,所述上磁铁261、下磁铁262两者上下间距布置于安装部;所述吸盘10设置有磁吸件15,所述上磁铁261对磁吸件15的吸力大于下磁铁262对磁吸件15的吸力;当吸盘10向下位移时,磁吸件15脱离上磁铁261下移直至吸附于下磁铁262;拿取产品以抵消产品的部分或全部重力时,在上磁铁261的磁吸作用力下使吸盘10自动向上复位并磁吸件15吸附于上磁铁261。
五、实施例一中,其吸盘的四周是全敞开式设计,适用于不同尺寸的产品的吸附定位。
如图13所示,所述吸盘10的下侧设置有用于支撑产品的托脚16,避免产品出现掉落现象。当然,该种带托脚16的吸盘支架,其仍可适用于多种不同尺寸的产品吸附定位之用。
六、如图14和15所示,其显示了吸盘10联动可变形吸附面板12的第二种联动结构;
所述安装部具有上下延伸的第一联动齿条22;所述盘体11连接有可转动式齿轮111,所述齿轮111的轴向是左右延伸设置;所述可变形吸附面板12连接有前后延伸的第二联动齿条122;所述第一联动齿条22、第二联动齿条122分别啮合于齿轮111;
所述吸盘10向下位移时,齿轮111沿第一联动齿条22正向转动式位移同时联动第二联动齿条122向后位移,拉动可变形吸附面板12向后变形;所述吸盘10向上位移时,齿轮111沿第一联动齿条22反向转动式位移同时联动第二联动齿条122向前位移以逐渐释放可变形吸附面板12向前复位。
七、如图16和17所示,其显示了吸盘10联动可变形吸附面板12的第三种联动结构;
所述安装部具有第一枢接杆23,所述第一枢接杆23的下端枢接于安装部;所述盘体11枢接有第二枢接杆112,所述第二枢接杆112的上端枢接于盘体11;所述可变形吸附面板12连接有第二作用部123;
还包括有联动板24,所述第一枢接杆23的下端枢接于联动板24,所述第二枢接杆112的上端枢接于联动板24,且,所述第一枢接杆23的下端与第二枢接杆112的上端均通过齿轮部彼此啮合;所述联动板24上开设有联动槽241,所述第二作用部123伸入联动槽241内;
所述吸盘10向下位移时,第二枢接杆112随同盘体11向下位移的同时向后转动,第一枢接杆23的下端联动第二枢接杆112向后转动,以使:联动板24向后位移的同时联动第二作用部123向后位移,拉动可变形吸附面板12向后变形;
所述吸盘10向上位移时,第二枢接杆112随同盘体11向上位移的同时向前转动,第一枢接杆23的下端联动第二枢接杆112向前转动,以使:联动板24向前位移的同时联动第二作用部123向前位移,以逐渐释放可变形吸附面板12向前复位。
八、如图18所示,其显示了吸盘10联动可变形吸附面板12的第四种联动结构;
所述安装部设置有上下间距布置的第一磁铁271、第二磁铁272,所述可变形吸附面板12连接有第三磁铁124;所述第三磁铁124与第一磁铁271的磁极相异;所述第三磁铁124与第二磁铁272的磁极相同;在初始状态时,所述第三磁铁124位于第一磁铁271的前侧上方位置。
九、如图15所示,所述可变形吸附面板12倾斜设置,其外露下端位于外露上端的前侧,以形成供产品倾斜放置的放置面;当产品60倾斜放置于放置面时,产品60的自身重力G被分解为沿倾斜方向的下滑作用力F1、向后抵压吸盘10的抵压力F2;下滑作用力F1使得吸盘10斜向下位移,吸盘10向下位移动作同时会联动可变形吸附面板12向后变形直至吸紧产品;在产品被吸附定位的过程中,吸盘一直会受到产品的重力作用保持向下,确保吸盘对产品的吸紧可靠。
十、如图5所示,针对吸盘10还设置有自锁机构;所述吸盘10向下位移时,所述自锁机构将吸盘10限制在最低位;拿取产品,所述吸盘10脱离自锁机构的锁定向上位移。实施例一中,所述自锁机构包括有卡凸51和卡槽52,卡凸可以形成于卡钩、弹片上;所述卡凸51与卡槽52可脱离式定位,其一设置在吸盘10, 另一设置在安装部。当然,也可将所述自锁机构设计为磁吸式自锁,其包括有锁定磁铁、锁定磁吸件,所述锁定磁铁、锁定磁吸件可脱离式吸附,其一设置在吸盘10,另一设置在安装部。
通常,若吸盘支架上设置有复位装置,利用复位装置可以解除自锁机构的锁定作用;在未设置复位装置的情形下,取产品时,需要用力向上推迫使自锁机构的锁定作用解除。
十一、所述的吸盘支架,可以结合应用无线充功能,例如,在前述的壳体31内进一步设置无线充单元,以使手机等移动电子产品在被吸附定位于吸盘10时,可依需进行无线充电。
需要说明的是,本发明之核心创新之处在于:利用吸盘的上下位移动作与可变形吸附面板的变形相关联,进一步地,可以借助所放置的产品的自身重力来作用于吸盘使之下移;因此,虽然本发明之多种实施例的若干具体结构设计,各自具有其独特巧妙之处,但是,本发明之技术方案的应用并不局限于所列举的实施例,例如:
所述第一、六、七、八项所述的多种联动结构,在对吸盘支架进行实际设计制作时,可以择其一应用,也可采用除这四种联动结构以外的方式;
所述安装主体的具体设计情形、滑动导槽、遮挡片、复位装置、自锁机构、无线充电功能、可变形吸附面板倾斜设置或竖直设置等,在实际设计制作时,可以不选用这些设计,也可以依需选择其一、其二或多项组合应用。
以及,所述吸盘10,在前述的各实施例中,其主要包括盘体11和可变形吸附面板12,通常,将可变形吸附面板12优选设计为外凸式球冠表面,在可变形吸附面板12的内侧连接有长柄,所述长柄的一端组装于可变形吸附面板12的内侧,例如:通过倒扣、凹槽适配,或者,通过长柄的一端镶嵌成型式埋设于可变形吸附面板12的内侧,或者将长柄的一端粘接固定于可变形吸附面板12的内侧等;所述盘体11具有组装孔,长柄的另一端作为嵌入部以穿过组装孔,所述嵌入部沿组装孔延伸方向可位移式设置以拉动可变形吸附面板12变形。可变形吸附面板12的内侧周缘设置有第一凸环,在盘体11的外侧设有环形凹槽及第二凸环,第一凸环适配于环形凹槽内且围绕于第二凸环的外围,当然也可以在可变形 吸附面板12的内侧对应第一凸环内部设置另一环形凹槽以供第二凸环适配;如此,形成多道弯折式密封接触,定位效果及密封效果均能得到保证。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:包括有吸盘和用于装设吸盘的安装部;所述吸盘具有盘体和露于盘体一侧的可变形吸附面板;
    所述吸盘相对安装部可位移式设置,所述可变形吸附面板相对盘体可变形式设置;所述吸盘相对安装部自第一位置朝向第二位置位移时联动可变形吸附面板向内变形,以扩大产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积形成负压;所述吸盘相对安装部自第二位置朝向第一位置位移时联动可变形吸附面板向外复位,以缩小产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述吸盘是横向设置或竖向设置或斜向设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述可变形吸附面板露于盘体前侧,所述吸盘相对安装部可上下位移式设置,所述可变形吸附面板相对盘体可前后变形式设置;所述吸盘向下位移时联动可变形吸附面板向后变形,以扩大产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积形成负压;所述吸盘向上位移时联动可变形吸附面板向前复位,以缩小产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述盘体位移时带动整个吸盘位移,所述盘体与可变形吸附面板之间设置有联动结构,以使吸盘位移联动可变形吸附面板变形或复位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述联动结构包括有联动面和第一作用部;所述联动面设置于安装部,所述联动面是自上往下斜向后延伸或者自上往下弧形向后延伸;所述可变形吸附面板连接于第一作用部,所述第一作用部受限于联动面的后侧且可选择性地沿联动面上下位移;
    所述吸盘向下位移时,第一作用部沿联动面向下位移同时拉动可变形吸附面板向后变形;所述吸盘向上位移时,第一作用部沿联 动面向上位移以逐渐释放可变形吸附面板向前复位。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述联动结构包括有第一联动齿条、第二联动齿条及可转动式齿轮;所述第一联动齿条上下延伸式设置于安装部,所述盘体连接于可转动式齿轮,所述第二联动齿条前后延伸式连接于可变形吸附面板;所述齿轮沿第一联动齿条转动式位移以联动第二联动齿条前后位移;所述吸盘向下位移时,齿轮沿第一联动齿条正向转动式位移同时联动第二联动齿条向后位移,拉动可变形吸附面板向后变形;所述吸盘向上位移时,齿轮沿第一联动齿条反向转动式位移同时联动第二联动齿条向前位移以逐渐释放可变形吸附面板向前复位。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述联动结构包括有第一枢接杆、第二枢接杆、联动板;所述第一枢接杆的下端枢接于安装部;所述第二枢接杆的上端枢接于盘体;所述第一枢接杆的下端枢接于联动板,所述第二枢接杆的上端枢接于联动板,所述联动板连接或作用于可变形吸附面板;
    所述吸盘向下位移时,第二枢接杆随同盘体向下位移的同时向后转动,第一枢接杆的下端联动第二枢接杆向后转动,以使:联动板向后位移的同时联动可变形吸附面板向后变形;
    所述吸盘向上位移时,第二枢接杆随同盘体向上位移的同时向前转动,第一枢接杆的下端联动第二枢接杆向前转动,以使:联动板向前位移的同时联动可变形吸附面板向前复位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述可变形吸附面板连接有第二作用部;所述联动板上开设有联动槽,所述第二作用部伸入联动槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述第一枢接杆的下端与第二枢接杆的上端均通过齿轮部彼此啮合。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述安装部设置有上下间距布置的第一磁铁、第二磁铁,所述可变形吸附面板 连接有第三磁铁;所述第三磁铁与第一磁铁的磁极相异;所述第三磁铁与第二磁铁的磁极相同;在初始状态时,所述第三磁铁位于第一磁铁的前侧上方位置。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述可变形吸附面板倾斜设置,其外露下端位于外露上端的前侧,以形成供产品倾斜放置的放置面;当产品倾斜放置于放置面时,产品的自身重力被分解为沿倾斜方向的下滑作用力、向后抵压吸盘的抵压力;下滑作用力使得吸盘斜向下位移。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述安装部设置有上下延伸的滑动导槽,所述吸盘具有导块,所述导块伸入滑动导槽内;
    所述滑动导槽外露;或者,于滑动导槽的前侧设置有遮挡片,所述遮挡片连接于吸盘以随同吸盘一同相对安装部可上下位移式设置。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:还设置有复位装置;所述复位装置作用于吸盘与安装部之间;拿取产品以抵消产品的部分或全部重力时,复位装置使吸盘自动向上复位。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述复位装置为弹性复位装置或磁性复位装置。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述安装部具有壳体和安装主体,所述吸盘装设于壳体前侧,所述壳体安装于安装主体上;
    所述吸盘相对壳体可上下位移式设置;或者,所述吸盘和壳体一起相对安装主体可上下位移式设置。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述吸盘的下侧设置有用于支撑产品的托脚。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:针对吸盘还设置有自锁机构;所述吸盘向下位移时,所述自锁机构将吸盘限制 在最低位;拿取产品,所述吸盘脱离自锁机构的锁定向上位移。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述自锁机构包括有卡凸和卡槽,所述卡凸与卡槽可脱离式定位,其一设置在吸盘,另一设置在安装部;
    或者,所述自锁机构包括有锁定磁铁、锁定磁吸件,所述锁定磁铁、锁定磁吸件可脱离式吸附,其一设置在吸盘,另一设置在安装部。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸盘支架,其特征在于:所述盘体具有组装孔,所述可变形吸附面板的后端设置有嵌入部以穿过组装孔,所述嵌入部沿组装孔延伸方向可位移式设置以拉动可变形吸附面板变形。
  20. 一种产品吸附定位方法,其特征在于:放置产品时,使吸盘自第一位置朝向第二位置位移同时联动可变形吸附面板向内变形,以扩大产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积形成负压;取产品时,使吸盘自第二位置朝向第一位置位移同时联动可变形吸附面板向外复位,以缩小产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的一种产品吸附定位方法,其特征在于:放置产品时,对吸盘形成向下的作用力使得吸盘向下位移,同时联动吸盘上的可变形吸附面板向后变形,以扩大产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积形成负压,产品被吸附在吸盘前侧;对吸盘形成向下的作用力来自产品的自身重力或者放置产品时的按压力或者产品的自身重力和放置产品时的按压力之和;
    拿取产品时,使吸盘向上位移,吸盘在向上的作用力下向上位移的同时联动吸盘上的可变形吸附面板向前复位,以缩小产品与可变形吸附面板之间的间隙的体积,增大间隙内的压强,以使产品能被取下;向上的作用力来自吸盘的复位装置的复位作用力与产品重力相抵消后的第一合力或者该第一合力与向上推力的第二合力或者向上推力。
