Test example 1
3 mg of the present amide compound is dissolved in 0.2 ml of acetone (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.) containing Sorgen TW-20 (Daiichi Kogyo Seiyaku Co., Ltd.) and then spreader (trade name: Dyne ( (Registered trademark), manufactured by Sumika Takeda Horticulture) was diluted with water containing 0.02% by volume. 3 mg of tricyclazole and dinotefuran are dissolved in 0.2 ml of acetone (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries) each containing Sorgen TW-20 (Daiichi Kogyo Seiyaku Co., Ltd.) and then spreader (trade name: Dyne) (Registered trademark, manufactured by Sumika Takeda Horticulture) was diluted with water containing 0.02% by volume. Commercial preparations of etiprol (trade name: Kirappu floor bull, manufactured by Hokuko Chemical), silafluophene (trade name: MR. Joker EW, manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.) and etofenprox (trade name: Trebon emulsion, manufactured by Nissan Chemical Industries) It was diluted with water containing 0.02% by volume of a spreading agent (trade name: Dyne (registered trademark), manufactured by Sumika Takeda Horticulture).
A water dilution of the present amide compound, a water dilution of tricyclazole, and a water dilution of dinotefuran, ethiprole, silafluophene, or etofenprox were mixed to prepare a test drug solution.
2.5 ml of paper pot planted rice (Oryza sativa, variety: Hoshino Yume) seedlings were sprayed with 10 ml of the test chemical per strain. The rice seedlings were air-dried and placed in a glass test tube (diameter 30 mm, height 200 mm) containing 4.8 ml of water. Ten third-instar larvae of the green planthopper were released into the test tube and placed indoors (25 ° C., humidity 55%). This is called a processing zone.
On the other hand, rice seedlings that were not treated with the test chemicals were placed in test tubes and the larvae were released and placed indoors, as in the treatment group. This is called an untreated section.
In both the treated group and the untreated group, the survival and death of the larvae tested 5 days after release were observed. From these observation results, the mortality rate was calculated by Equation 1) and the corrected mortality rate was calculated by Equation 2). The test was repeated twice. The average value is shown in Table 5.
100 Formula 1): Death rate (%) = (number of test insects−number of surviving insects) / number of test insects × 100
