Abstract

一种加油泵油管放置装置,包括:两个供缠绕加油管的支架(1),相对的固设于外部装置;两个限位加油管的隔板(2),相对的固设于外部装置,且位于两个支架(1)所在直线的两侧,两个隔板(2)之间形成容置缠绕于两个支架的加油管的容置空间,该加油泵油管放置装置能有效避免加油泵加油管路的凌乱放置,利于加油操作,结构简单,实施方便,并能避免加油管滤芯的污染。

Description

加油泵油管放置结构 本申请要求于 2011 年 08 月 20 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201120304604.7、 发明名称为"加油泵油管放置结构"的中国专利申请的优 先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种放置装置, 特别涉及一种加油泵油管放置装置。
背景技术
大型重工机械一般都配有加油泵和加油管, 以挖掘机为例, 挖掘机是 一种广泛应用的土石方工程机械, 其油耗较大, 通常 30吨油耗在 30L/h左 右, 所以大型挖掘机一般均配有加油泵, 且相应配置的加油管长度都比较 长, 例如三一集团研制的 SY700C型挖掘机标配的加油泵加油管长度即为 4.7m。
目前, 业内针对加油泵加油管路的整理、放置未曾做过精细化的设计, 一般均是直接将加油管路盘放于加油仓内, 而加油管端部的滤芯也是直接 随地放置。 由于加油管路的长度较长, 在实际应用中就会出现加油管凌乱 的堆放在加油仓中的情况, 以及出现加油管相互交错打结在一起的现象, 这样一方面不利于加油操作, 造成实际使用的困难, 另一方面, 加油管路 缠结在一起也容易使加油管路损坏, 甚至导致生产事故。 滤芯的随地放置 也极易造成滤芯的污染, 特别是在工作环境比较恶劣的情况下, 滤芯部位 的尘土及污物污染,将直接影响输油的品质,进而造成发动机的故障损坏。
鉴于上述情况, 本设计人借其多年相关领域的技术经验以及丰富的专 业知识, 不断研发改进, 并经大量的实践验证, 提出了本发明的加油泵油 管放置装置的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加油泵油管放置装置, 能够有效的避免加 油泵加油管路的凌乱放置, 以利于加油操作, 结构筒单, 实施方便。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种加油泵油管放置装置, 能有效避免加 油管滤芯的污染, 保证输油品质。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种加油泵油管放置装置, 包括: 两个供缠绕加油管的支架, 相对的固设于外部装置; 两个限位加油管的隔 板, 相对的固设于外部装置, 且位于两个所述支架所在直线的两侧, 两个 所述隔板之间形成容置缠绕于两个所述支架的加油管的容置空间。
上述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其中, 所述加油泵油管放置装置还包括 放置加油管滤芯的滤芯放置座, 所述滤芯放置座固设于外部装置。
上述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其中, 所述滤芯放置座位于所述支架及 隔板的下方。
上述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其中, 所述支架为 "U" 形, 其开放端 的两支脚固设于外部装置。
上述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其中, 两个所述支架的封闭端向相异侧 弯折, 形成防止缠绕于其上的加油管脱落的止挡端。
上述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其中, 两个所述隔板顶部向相同侧弯折 而形成限位部。
上述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其中, 所述外部装置为加油仓。
上述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其中, 所述加油泵油管放置装置固设于 所述加油仓的外侧。
由上述可知, 本发明的加油泵油管放置装置具有下列优点及特点:
1、本发明的加油泵油管放置装置通过设置相对的支架, 以供加油管缠 绕于其上, 并在支架两侧设置隔板来限位缠绕在支架上的加油管, 从而实 现加油管的良好整理及放置, 避免了加油管凌乱放置而引起的各种问题。
2、本发明的加油泵油管放置装置通过设置滤芯放置座来容置加油管滤 芯, 避免了滤芯由于随地放置而造成污染, 进而影响输油的品质。
3、 本发明的加油泵油管放置装置结构筒单, 可实施性强, 能够应用于 多种配有加油泵的机械设备, 具有较广泛的适用性。

为了对本发明的技术特征、 目的和效果有更加清楚的理解, 现对照附 的实质范围。 并且, 本发明的加油泵油管放置装置可用于多种机械加油泵 的加油管整理放置, 且其位置可根据实际需要灵活调节, 下面仅以应用于 挖掘机加油泵仓为例进行说明, 但并不以此来限制本发明的应用范围。
请结合参考图 1及图 2, 其中图 1为本发明加油泵油管放置装置结构 示意图, 图 2为本发明加油泵油管放置装置另一角度结构示意图, 如图所 示, 本发明加油泵油管放置装置主要包括: 两个用于缠绕加油管的支架 1 两个用来限位缠绕于支架 1上的加油管的隔板 2以及用于放置加油管滤芯 的滤芯放置座 3
两支架 1固设于外部装置,其设置位置可根据实际工况需要灵活调整, 本实施例中为固设于加油仓(图中未示)的外侧, 以方便使用操作。 两个支 架 1隔开一定距离相对设置, 以便加油管 4能够缠绕于两个支架 1上, 如 图所示可为一圏一圏的连续缠绕方式, 从而将加油管缠绕于支架 1上实现 加油管的规整放置。 支架 1的形状并不作具体限定, 常见的能够缠绕固定 加油管的支架均可进行实施, 本实施例中, 支架 1 为 "U" 形, 其开放端 的的两个支脚固定于外部装置上, 也就是加油仓上, 而两个 "U" 形支架 1 的封闭端朝向相异的两侧弯折, 形成止挡端 11 , 以防止缠绕于两个支架 1 上的加油管 4脱落。
两个隔板 2也为相对的固设于外部装置上, 并且两个隔板 2位于两个 支架 1所在直线的两侧, 如图所示, 当加油管 4缠绕于两个支架 1上时, 两个隔板 2位于呈缠绕状态的加油管的两侧, 两隔板 2之间形成容置缠绕 于两个支架 1的加油管的容置空间, 能起到限位及规整加油管的作用。 进 一步的, 两隔板 2的顶部还可向相同侧弯折而形成限位部 21 , 从而能更好 的限位加油管, 防止其从隔板内滑出。
用于放置加油管滤芯 6的滤芯放置座 3也固设于外部装置上, 其设置 位置并没有具体限制, 一般来说应根据加油管端部滤芯 6的方位来进行配 合设置, 本实施例中, 如图所示, 滤芯放置座 3位于支架 1及隔板 2的下 方, 当加油管缠绕于支架 1上之后, 其端部的滤芯 6向下方延伸而容置于 滤芯放置座 3内, 从而将滤芯保护起来避免其受到污染。
下面参考图 1及图 2来说明本发明加油泵油管放置装置的筒单应用, 如图所示, 加油管 4逐圏缠绕于两个支架 1上, 并且处于缠绕状态的加油 管 4位于两隔板 2之间的容置空间中, 由隔板 2进行规整和限位, 避免加 油管的散乱或者滑落。 加油管一端的滤芯 6自然下垂并延伸而容置于滤芯 放置座内部, 避免滤芯受到污染, 加油管另一端经过加油泵 5而连通至油 箱。 由上述可知, 借助于本发明的加油泵油管放置装置能够筒单快捷的实 现加油管的规整以及滤芯的良好放置, 且结构筒单, 易于实施, 解决了现 有技术中的一系列技术问题。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种加油泵油管放置装置, 其特征在于, 所述加油泵油管放置装置 包括:
两个供缠绕加油管的支架, 相对的固设于外部装置;
两个限位加油管的隔板, 相对的固设于外部装置, 且位于两个所述支 架所在直线的两侧, 两个所述隔板之间形成容置缠绕于两个所述支架的加 油管的容置空间。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其特征在于, 所述加 油泵油管放置装置还包括放置加油管滤芯的滤芯放置座, 所述滤芯放置座 固设于外部装置。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其特征在于, 所述滤 芯放置座位于所述支架及隔板的下方。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其特征在于, 所述支 架为 "U" 形, 其开放端的两支脚固设于外部装置。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其特征在于, 两个所 述支架的封闭端向相异侧弯折, 形成防止缠绕于其上的加油管脱落的止挡 端。
6、根据权利要求 1、 4或 5所述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其特征在于, 两个所述隔板顶部向相同侧弯折而形成限位部。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其特征在于, 所述外 部装置为加油仓。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的加油泵油管放置装置, 其特征在于, 所述加 油泵油管放置装置固设于所述加油仓的外侧。
