Abstract

본 발명은 나노고단위복합체(nano-assembly matrix)에 고집적(high density)로 물질을 디스플레이(display)함으로써, 고집적 표지물질에서 효과적으로 발생하는 에너지 전달 및 신호 변화를 이용해서, 고집적 탐색물질들 사이에서 효과적으로 발생하는 상호작용을 정량적으로 감지 및 검출하고, 고집적 탐색물질과 효과적으로 상호작용하는 표적물질을 민감하게 표지 및 분리하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 고집적 디스플레이를 토대로 인 비트로(in vitro) 또는 인 비보(in vivo)에서 일어나는 다양한 생리활성물질들 사이의 상호작용을 정량적으로 감지하는 방법 그리고 이들과 상호작용하는 표적물질을 민감하게 표지하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
