Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具工作信息判定系统及其判定方法。
背景技术
灯具在我们的生活中起着重要作用,包括照明、装设等等,然而,出于灯具内部构造的问题,也有可能出于消费者的不正当使用或者其他各种人为因素,从而缩短的灯具的使用寿命。对于制造商来说,能否从灯具的破坏程度以及当时灯具的内部环境记录和控制系统得到相应的启示,从而对产品进行改进,若是人为的原因,这就可以提醒消费者正确使用灯具,从而提高产品的整体寿命。
由于在很多情况下,灯具问题可能产生于一些可知的,也有可能产生于一些不可预测的情况。当一种灯具拥有灯具实际工作时间判定和使用期间的内部环境记录和控制系统的时候,我们可以从中得到相应的信息,从而更快的找出灯具出现问题的原因所在,这样也进一步维护消费者以及制造商的权益,避免引起不必要的商业纠纷。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种方便灯具使用、改善售后服务、提高产品整体寿命的灯具工作信息判定系统;
本发明还提供了一种灯具工作信息判定方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种灯具工作信息判定系统,包括芯片单元、监测器、判定单元及计数单元;
监测器,用于接收灯具的负载信息,并将该负载信息发送至判定单元;
判定单元,用于判定当前灯具负载信息是否处于正常状态下,若正常则发送指令至计数单元,若不正常则发送指令至芯片单元;
计数单元,当接收到判定单元的指令时,用于累加灯具的工作寿命,并进行记录,同时与灯具工作寿命额定值进行比较,当累加灯具的工作寿命大于灯具工作寿命额定值时,则发送指令至芯片单元;
芯片单元,用于控制灯具的工作状态。

、判定单元判定当前灯具负载信息是否处于正常状态下,若正常则发送指令至计数单元,执行步骤c;若不正常则发送指令至芯片单元,执行步骤d;

、当接收到判定单元的指令时,计数单元累加灯具的工作寿命,并进行记录,同时与灯具工作寿命额定值进行比较,当累加灯具的工作寿命大于灯具工作寿命额定值时,则发送指令至芯片单元,执行步骤d,当累加灯具的工作寿命小于灯具工作寿命额定值时,则返回步骤a;
步骤d、芯片单元控制灯具至正常工作状态。
步骤a中,负载信息为灯具的外部环境、使用温度、内部温度、电压和电流输入输出情况。
步骤d中,所述芯片单元控制灯具至正常工作状态,包括控制灯具的输入电压、电流或直接将灯具关停。
步骤d中,所述芯片单元还包括异常控制模块,当监测器检测到灯具的工作电压、工作电流和工作温度不在额定电压和额定范围内时,异常控制模块利用控制输入电压、改变工作电流或关停灯具工作的手段,使灯具恢复正常工作状态。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果在于,
本发明利用计数单元及判定单元,将灯具的工作寿命进行实时累加,用户可随时查询灯具的使用时间,而作为制造商,也可根据灯具是否处于使用寿命内做出相应的处理对策,大大方便了使用及改善了售后服务。
本发明通过计数单元,记录该灯具的工作寿命,经过每一次累加的程序,将灯具在发生故障之前累加的使用时间记录下来,以便维修查询,并且便于确认该灯是否已经达到了正常的使用寿命,或者是出于某种原因而导致的故障。若是出于某种未知的原因,我们可以通过内部环境记录模块,进一步确认灯具在发生故障的时候的内部环境运转情况。这就需要通过系统中的监测器来实现,以将查出是否由于内部环境运转的情况而导致的故障,以便进一步验证。

以下结合实施例及附图对本发明进行详细的描述。
本发明公开了一种灯具工作信息判定系统,包括芯片单元、监测器、判定单元及计数单元;
监测器,用于接收灯具的负载信息,并将该负载信息发送至判定单元;
判定单元,用于判定当前灯具负载信息是否处于正常状态下,若正常则发送指令至计数单元,若不正常则发送指令至芯片单元;
计数单元,当接收到判定单元的指令时,用于累加灯具的工作寿命,并进行记录,同时与灯具工作寿命额定值进行比较,当累加灯具的工作寿命大于灯具工作寿命额定值时,则发送指令至芯片单元;
芯片单元,用于控制灯具的工作状态。

在整个电路运行过程中,灯具与电源之间还有一个电源适配器,针对整个灯具运行过程中的电路进行调配,当监测器测试到该电路中的电压、电流以及温度不在正常范围内的时候,内部环境记录模块将记录并保存此信息,芯片单元通过异常控制模块发出相关请求,从而进行调节和控制,使该异常情况恢复到正常状态;若该灯具已经达到预期使用寿命时,而灯具内部仍可以正常运作,则主控芯片会请求降低灯具电压、电流,从而保证灯具的运作。
同时,本发明还公开 一种灯具工作信息判定方法,其包括以下步骤:
a 、监测器接收灯具的负载信息,并发送至判定单元;
b
、判定单元判定当前灯具负载信息是否处于正常状态下,若正常则发送指令至计数单元,执行步骤c;若不正常则发送指令至芯片单元,执行步骤d;

、当接收到判定单元的指令时,计数单元累加灯具的工作寿命,并进行记录,同时与灯具工作寿命额定值进行比较,当累加灯具的工作寿命大于灯具工作寿命额定值时,则发送指令至芯片单元,执行步骤d,当累加灯具的工作寿命小于灯具工作寿命额定值时,则返回步骤a;
步骤d、芯片单元控制灯具至正常工作状态。
步骤a中,负载信息为灯具的外部环境、使用温度、内部温度、电压和电流输入输出情况。

Claims (10)
- 一种灯具工作信息判定系统,其特征在于,该判定系统包括芯片单元、监测器、判定单元及计数单元;监测器,用于接收灯具的负载信息,并将该负载信息发送至判定单元;判定单元,用于判定当前灯具负载信息是否处于正常状态下,若正常则发送指令至计数单元,若不正常则发送指令至芯片单元;计数单元,当接收到判定单元的指令时,用于累加灯具的工作寿命,并进行记录,同时与灯具工作寿命额定值进行比较,当累加灯具的工作寿命大于灯具工作寿命额定值时,则发送指令至芯片单元;芯片单元,用于控制灯具的工作状态。

- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具工作信息判定系统,其特征在于,所述芯片单元还包括异常控制模块,当灯具的工作电压、工作电流和工作温度不在额定电压和额定范围内时,利用控制输入电压、改变工作电流或关停灯具工作的手段,使灯具恢复正常工作状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具工作信息判定系统,其特征在于,所述芯片单元还包括内部环境记录模块,用于记录灯具工作环境信息、灯具发生故障以及芯片单元调节或关停灯具的控制信息。
