Abstract
L'invention porte sur l'industrie du transport et peut être utilisée dans le transport ferroviaire et dans les véhicules automobiles. Le but de l'invention consiste à améliorer la sécurité des trains et du trafic de transport automobile dans les zones des passages à niveau. Le but est atteint par le dispositif selon l'invention qui comprend la première partie qui est montée dans un train et qui contient un récepteur de communication par satellite (1), un bloc récepteur d'informations (2), une antenne de réception (3), un bloc de sortie d'informations (4), un bloc de freinage d'une locomotive (5), un bloc de stockage de données comportant une entrée de programmation de base (6), un bloc générateur d'informations (7), un bloc qui détecte le passage à niveau le plus proche sur l'itinéraire d'un train et une antenne de transmission; la deuxième partie du dispositif est installée dans un véhicule automobile et contient un récepteur de communication par satellite (10), un bloc récepteur d'informations (11), une antenne réceptrice (12), un bloc de sortie d'informations (13), un bloc qui détecte le prochain passage à niveau sur l'itinéraire du véhicule automobile (14), un bloc de stockage de données comportant une entrée de programmation de base (15), un bloc de fixation d'urgence manuelle (16), un bloc générateur d'informations (17) et une antenne de transmission du véhicule automobile (18); la troisième partie du dispositif est installée à un point de commande d'un passage à niveau et contient une antenne réceptrice (19), un bloc récepteur d'informations (20), un bloc de détection de collision probable (21), un bloc de détection d'embouteillage de véhicules automobiles (22), un bloc générateur d'informations d'avertissement (23), un bloc générateur d'informations d'urgence (24), un bloc générateur d'informations (25) et une antenne émettrice (26).
