本发明公开了一种可换针安全自毁式注射器,其具备可换针 结构, 可换针头与内针座之间采用旋接方式配合, 该单体式内针 座处形成环状缓冲区, 在受到外力作用时具有缓冲弹性效果, 克 服了材质本身特性带来的缺陷,弹性缓冲区能确保内针座与筒颈之间 的咬合力和密封性, 并在内针座回抽时减少内针座回拉时所需的拉 力, 使得本身矛盾的两个关键要素达到一个最佳平衡点, 内针座可 一次注塑成型, 有效减低了制造成本, 简化了制造工序, 成品注 射器在实际使用中操作简便,工作状态稳定,具有很好的实用性, 再者, 本注射器采用分体式钢钩装配技术和钢钩二次加固结构, 有效增加钢钩部的稳定性, 产品整体结构合理, 相比现有技术而 言, 具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步。

本发明为一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 它主要包括筒体 22, 所述筒体 22的端部的筒颈 2内设有内针座本体 3, 内针座本体 1下 端开设有回拉锁定腔 8, 筒体 22内设有芯杆 4, 芯杆 4靠近端部处套 接有胶塞 5, 其区别于现有技术在于: 所述内针座本体 3端部设有可 换针座 6, 可换针座 6上端部设有针管 7, 所述内针座本体 1的上部 形成可换针装配部 9, 针座本体 1的下部形成弹性密封限位部 10,可 换针装配部 9和弹性密封限位部 10成一体式单体结构, 弹性密封限 位部 10表面开设有环状缓冲间隙 11, 环状缓冲间隙 11外侧的弹性 密封限位部 10外壁处形成环状密封限位卡合部 12, 可换针装配部 9 处形成外螺旋纹装配部 13或内螺旋紋装配部 14, 芯杆 4的端部设有 锁定件 20。

在具体实施时, 所述可换针装配部 9上部呈圆锥台状, 其锥度为 6: 100, 可换针装配部 9外壁设有外螺旋纹装配部 13, 所述可换针 装配部 9下部的外壁处形成环状分布的防侧旋凸筋 16。
在具体实施时,所述可换针装配部 9呈柱状体,柱状体内腔中空, 中空内腔的内壁上部形成内螺旋纹装配部 14, 中空内腔下部腔体呈 倒圆锥台状, 其锥度为 6: 100, 所述可换针装配部 9下部的外壁处 形成环状分布的防侧旋凸筋 16。
在具体实施时, 所述防侧旋凸筋 16的端部呈半圆弧状或锥状。 在具体实施时,所述可换针装配部 9与弹性密封限位基座 4之间 的过渡处形成环状台阶 23或环状坡面, 在具体实施时, 所述环状缓冲间隙 11为环形槽结构, 其槽口至 槽底的高度为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙 11 的宽度为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙 11外侧槽壁与环状密封限位卡合部 12 表面弧面弧顶的距离为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙 11外侧槽壁槽 口处与环状密封限位卡合部 12外壁之间的距离为 0.1mm-20mm, 环 状缓冲间隙 11外侧槽壁槽底处与环状密封限位卡合部 12外壁之间的 距离为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状密封限位卡合部 12的表面成弧面状, 环 状密封限位卡合部 12表面弧顶至弧面上边缘的距离小于弧顶至弧面 下边缘的距离, 所述环状密封限位卡合部 12下部的弹性密封限位部 10外壁处形成环状凹陷 17。
在具体实施时,所述环状凹陷 17与环状缓冲间隙 11的槽底位于 同一水平面或高于环状缓冲间隙 11的槽底。
在具体实施时,所述环状台阶 23处套接有" 0"形密封橡圈, "0" 形密封橡圈位于筒颈与内针座之间, 能在筒颈处起到很好的密封效 果。
在具体实施时, 所述弹性密封限位部 10上表面或下表面开设有 环状缓冲间隙 11, 环状缓冲间隙 11使得内针座外壁产生可塑弹性效 果更好, 克服材料因为环境和温度变化造成的差异,始终将与筒颈之 间的卡合力控制在最佳范围内。
在具体实施时, 所述弹性密封限位部 10设置于可换针装配部 9 底部处或中段处或顶部处,两者形成一体式单体结构或分体式装配结 构。 在具体实施时, 所述环状密封限位卡合部 12处纵向形成若干缺 口或切断线。
在具体实施时, 所述芯杆 4的上端部形成锁定件基座装配部 18, 锁定件基座 19的下端位于锁定件基座装配部 18内, 锁定件基座 19 处设有锁定件 20, 锁定件基座 19外壁形成环状限位片 27, 现有钢钩 式芯杆的结构中是将金属钢钩直接组装在芯杆端部,此结构缺乏稳定 性,钢钩组装的角度和位置很难统一,采用分体式钢钩装配结构就彻 底解决了上述问题, 装配过程也十分便捷, 且稳定性也好。
在具体实施时, 所述芯杆 4端部设有锁定件基座 19, 两者呈一 体结构, 锁定件基座 19侧壁处开设有至少一个小孔 21 , 该小孔与锁 定件基座 19内纵向设置的管状腔体相联通,锁定件基座 19处设有锁 定件 20, 锁定件 20的下端位于管状腔体内, 并延伸至与小孔位于同 一水平面, 锁定件为金属钢钩, 在装配时, 金属钢钩的下端插入管状 腔体内, 设备在小孔处进行二次加固, 用于固定金属钢钩。
在具体实施时, 所述锁定件 20为金属钢钩。
在具体实施时, 所述可换针座 6外壁处设有至少两片旋转翼片 24, 可换针座 6下端成倒圆台体状, 倒圆台体的锥度为 6: 100。
在具体实施时,所述可换针座 6内形成与针管 7联通的柱状腔体 25, 柱状腔体 25内壁处设有至少两片旋转翼片 24, 柱状腔体 25上 部呈圆台体状, 圆台体的锥度为 6: 100。
在具体实施时, 所述可换针座 6外壁纵向设有至少两条加强筋

(4) 的端部设有锁定件 (20)。
2. 一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 它包括筒体(22), 所述筒体 (22) 的端部的 筒颈(2)内设有内针座本体(3 ), 内针座本体(1 )下端开设有回拉锁定腔(8), 筒体 (22) 内设有芯杆 (4), 芯杆 (4) 靠近端部处套接有胶塞 (5 ), 其特征在 于: 所述内针座本体(3 )端部设有可换针座(6), 可换针座(6)上端部设有针 管(7), 所述内针座本体(1 ) 的上部形成可换针装配部(9), 针座本体(1 ) 的 下部形成弹性密封限位部(10), 可换针装配部(9)和弹性密封限位部(10)成 分体式装配结构, 弹性密封限位部 (10) 表面开设有环状缓冲间隙 (11 ), 环状 缓冲间隙(11 )外侧的弹性密封限位部(10)外壁处形成环状密封限位卡合部(12), 可换针装配部(9)处形成外螺旋纹装配部(13 )或内螺旋紋装配部(14), 芯杆
(4) 的端部设有锁定件 (20)。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述可 换针装配部 (9) 上部呈圆锥台状, 其锥度为 6: 100, 可换针装配部 (9) 外壁 设有外螺旋纹装配部(13 ), 所述可换针装配部(9)下部的外壁处形成环状分布 的防侧旋凸筋 (16)。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述可 换针装配部 (9) 呈柱状体, 柱状体内腔中空, 中空内腔的内壁上部形成内螺旋 纹装配部 (14), 中空内腔下部腔体呈倒圆锥台状, 其锥度为 6: 100, 所述可换 针装配部 (9) 下部的外壁处形成环状分布的防侧旋凸筋 (16)。
5. 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所 述防侧旋凸筋 (16) 的端部呈半圆弧状或锥状。
6.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述可 换针装配部(9)与弹性密封限位基座(4)之间的过渡处形成环状台阶(23 )或 环状坡面。
7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述环 状缓冲间隙(U ) 为环形槽结构, 其槽口至槽底的高度为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓 冲间隙(11 ) 的宽度为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙(11 )外侧槽壁与环状密封 限位卡合部(12)表面弧面弧顶的距离为 0.1mm-20mrn, 环状缓冲间隙(11 )外 侧槽壁槽口处与环状密封限位卡合部(12)外壁之间的距离为 0.1mm-20mm, 环 状缓冲间隙(11 )外侧槽壁槽底处与环状密封限位卡合部(12)外壁之间的距离 为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状密封限位卡合部(12)的表面成弧面状, 环状密封限位卡 合部(12)表面弧顶至弧面上边缘的距离小于弧顶至弧面下边缘的距离, 所述环 状密封限位卡合部( 12)下部的弹性密封限位部( 10)外壁处形成环状凹陷(17)。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述环 状凹陷(17)与环状缓冲间隙(11 )的槽底位于同一水平面或高于环状缓冲间隙
( 11 ) 的槽底。
9.根据权利要求 6所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述环 状台阶 (23 ) 处套接有 "0"形密封橡圈。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述弹 性密封限位部 (10) 上表面或下表面开设有环状缓冲间隙 (11 )。
11. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述弹 性密封限位部 (10) 设置于可换针装配部 (9) 底部处或中段处或顶部处, 两者 形成一体式单体结构或分体式装配结构。
12.根据权利要求 1所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述环 状密封限位卡合部 (12) 处纵向形成若干缺口或切断线。
13.根据权利要求 1所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述芯 杆(4) 的上端部形成锁定件基座装配部(18), 锁定件基座(19) 的下端位于锁 定件基座装配部 (18) 内, 锁定件基座 (19) 处设有锁定件 (20), 锁定件基座 ( 19) 外壁形成环状限位片 (27)。
14. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述芯 杆(4)端部设有锁定件基座(19), 两者呈一体结构, 锁定件基座(19)侧壁处 开设有至少一个小孔 (21 ), 该小孔与锁定件基座 (19) 内纵向设置的管状腔体 相联通, 锁定件基座 (19) 处设有锁定件 (20), 锁定件 (20) 的下端位于管状 腔体内, 并延伸至与小孔位于同一水平面。
15. 根据权利要求 13或 14所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述锁定件 (20) 为金属钢钩。
16. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述可 换针座 (6) 外壁处设有至少两片旋转翼片 (24), 可换针座 (6) 下端成倒圆台 体状, 倒圆台体的锥度为 6: 100。
17. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述可 换针座 (6) 内形成与针管 (7) 联通的柱状腔体 (25 ), 柱状腔体 (25 ) 内壁处 设有至少两片旋转翼片 (24), 柱状腔体 (25 ) 上部呈圆台体状, 圆台体的锥度 为 6: 100。
18. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可换针安全自毁式注射器, 其特征在于: 所述可 换针座 (6) 外壁纵向设有至少两条加强筋 (26)。
